My family and I have been coming to this practice for many years. We are so pleased with the care and service that provided to us. Dr Miles and his staff are very professional and kind I couldnt say enough of how nice he treats his patients even my husband left there with a smile on his face.

Wish I could of given a rating of ZERO - I had a family member go to the Temple office and he received terrible treatment, they do not listen, they want you to take all these expensive test when all youre trying to address at the moment is bad cold/sinus infection. You are better off going to a minute clinic verses this office. Whatever you do - dont get seem by Erin Costando - she not even a doctor and NO Help what so ever - all youll get is attitude - when all your asking for is some antibiotics.

I don’t know where these negative reviews come from? I’ve been with Dr. Miles since he’s put up his shingle and he’s the best, he’s saved my life (literally TWICE) and is currently helping me with a very hard medical problem, when other Doctors would just treat me like a number on a chart, they don’t operate like that.Is it a busy practice? Yes, but when you need to be seen or you’re having an issues they take care of it. You may not get to see Dr. Miles right away but one of his mid levels will take care of you and I know for a fact they tell him and he signs off personally on the treatment. Dr. Miles and his staff I cannot say enough about how well they’ve treated me & my family. Also I’ve never seen Dr.Miles where he didn’t have a smile and he’s never been rude too me.

Never had more than minor issues with them {tried to reschedule an appointment and could not because their phone system was down, so I sent a message via the patient portal letting them know I was trying to reach them to reschedule but could not because their phones were down. I was then charged a no show fee. I let them know and they removed the fee right away}. They are very caring and quick to see you {when I was a new patient I called to make a new appointment and they had one in less than 24 hours.

Good wait times. I feel very cared for every time I go.

Caring Dr.My parents have been going to Dr. Miles for years. Even after we moved, they still drive a longer distance to see him. Very thorough and LISTENS.

I have had great experiences at this office. I am in the healthcare field and find that most people that leave bad reviews are only wanting something for free or drug seekers. They think they can get refills for 3-6 months just because they want them. They have no knowledge of the rules or care to consider the rules.

They sent my prescription to a pharmacy in Denton Texas when i live in Georgia. I went to see them Friday and got my medicine on Thursday. I was having sciatic issues and no medicine for a week is uncalled for. I have had more issues as well. Find a better office.

My father was to be seen in this office for a hospital follow - up for a serious medical condition. Because my father did not have $109.00 in CASH - they turned him away. They would not accept a check. He is a Medicare patient. This is unacceptable! Disgusting how these physician offices treat patients. Obviously this doctor is only looking for the $$, any physician that practices this way should have his license revoked. They do take an oath! And the only reason there is 1 star is because you have to choose one to post this.

I waited 1hr and 30mins and I never saw the doctor except in passing only his nurse. They were supposed to send my medication to a local pharmacy. When I went to pick up my medicine I waited an hour for them to call it in they never did. Called the next day and found out they had sent it to the wrong place. We requested they cancel that and call it in to the correct pharmacy. Well they did cancel the one at the wrong place but still never called it in to the correct one, It was Friday afternoon so there was nothing we could do because they are closed on the weekend. !!! BEWARE !!! not even worth one star!!

In my opinion this is a joke of a medical practice! 1st visit- I thought I had the FLU They gave me a shot and Prednisone. I told the nurse I need you to call in my blood pressure medication, Im out and the Prednisone will make my blood pressure worse. I called my pharmacy to see if it had been called in and it had not. I called twice and my pharmacy called twice, still could not get them to call it in. 24 hrs later they Finally called it in(after my blood pressure​ was almost stroke level). So 2 trips to the pharmacy when it should have been called in the same day. I was looking for a family doctor after moving here 2 years ago and they were recommended by my pharmacy, so I gave them another try. I called about noon today to verify the appointment time and left work early and showed up 15 minutes early. They called me to the desk and told me that I had called and cancelled my appointment (10000% not true) even went into a fictitious spill that I told them numerous things when I called! My conversation was 30 seconds to just verify my appointment time. If you care about your health or your time, dont waste your time with this unprofessional practice. They are a total joke! If they changed the practice to a Vet, I would be scared to bring my Dogs!

I have never been able to even meet Dr. Miles. Even though I have asked. I have had horrible experiences with both of his PAs Angel Bridges and Landie Romulus. They only gave me 30 days which is one refill of RX medicines I have been on for years. When I called the front office to ask why they did not give me at least 6 months worth all I got was a bunch of lame excuses from the office staff. I had to get very assertive to even get three months worth of meds. I have never even got to meet Dr. Miles not sure if he is even a doctor anymore. I have given them multiple chances to do better and they just can not get their act together. I will not waste any more of my time or money on them. And will not send anyone I know to them. Bad practice.

Absolutely horrible. I was there for two hours to get one piece of paper. The doctor didnt know what she was doing and had to leave the room to talk to another doctor. Basically I saw the doctor a total of 7min but waited in the room for 2 hours! The doctor did not even come back the nurse told me I can leave. Dont waste your time here nor your money not worth it.

He is a great Dr that listens to you and does his best to help you.

Wait time is outrageous!!! Dont even wait in the ER as long as here.
