I will never be able to say enough good things about Dr. Pinto and his staff. They truly make an already hard process very manageable. From my very first appointment all the way until the very last appointment, I felt valued and cared for. If you are looking for an AMAZING fertility clinic and a Dr who will actually care about you, you will NOT be disappointed with ReproMed and Dr. Pinto. We are forever grateful for our time with them and cannot wait to meet our baby soon!

WARNING: Ensure you check your EOBs and how much they collect at time of visit. They intentionally over collect and stated that they only give refunds if it is requested by the patient. (Quote was from Veronica)If they do this to you, call your insurance and state you want to file a formal complaint.Gave 3 stars because we love the doctors but the staff was challenging. The clinic was requiring us to pay $200+ per visit before we could see the doctor. We got the Eobs and realized that they were collecting over 2x the amount allowed by our insurance company.I called them about this and talked to Veronica, she was challenging and difficult person to work with. She was confrontational from the very beginning and was irritated that i was even questioning there process. I explained to her that they are collecting over twice the amount that they are allowed to, I stated since we are High deductible that we are happy to pay the amount stated on the EOBs but I wont be paying the over collection any more. She responded, You will pay what i say you will pay or you wont be a patient here anymore. To humor this more, i said ok, say we pay the full amount you requested how long will it take to get my refund back. Veronica stated that if we want a refund then the patient will have to call and request a refund. They do not issue refunds unless it is requested. That is a huge violation, report this immediately to your insurance company if it happens to you.I finally talked to Michelle and Gladys, they were far better to work with. Since i already overpaid so much they made sure we didnt pay anymore up front. They mentioned that the practice used to not give refunds unless it was requested but that hasnt been the policy in over 4 years.Again, Dr. Pinto is great and really thankful for him. Veronica is one of the most hostile office workers that i have experienced.Summary:The clinic can not intentionally over collect from you , they can not refuse you as a patient for not paying the over collection (they are contracted with the insurance company and can only get paid what based on that agreement), they are required by law to issue a refund within 90 days of a known credit (even for a penny).If they do any of these, call you insurance company and file a formal complaint.

Dr. Pinto is amazing. I swear I feel like he is like my guardian angel. The whole staff are so friendly and caring. They treat you well and are with you every step of the way. Dr. Pinto doesnt give up easily and thats what I love about him. He is the doctor to go to fer fertility needs!!

I highly recommend ReproMed Fertility Center. Dr. Pinto and the entire staff are amazing! They make you feel comfortable and go above and beyond to be helpful. The staff made scheduling easy and questions were always answered promptly. Dr. Pinto is knowledgeable and an expert in his field. We welcomed our baby boy in October and we are so thankful for ReproMed!

I love Dr. Pinto and his team. He has this way of making you feel comfortable no matter what is going on. I did two egg retrievals with him. The first didn’t have any good eggs at all despite us having over 20 collected. He worked with us money wise and on the second retrieval we got our embryo that we transferred. The difference between the two retrievals was a strict vitamin regime he had me follow. The whole experience was amazing. He didn’t kick me out the door either as soon as we were pregnant. Instead he stayed with us the whole first trimester and provided emergency care when my uterus tore. I highly recommend you doing everything he says as he really knows what he’s talking about. Also, pay for the testing of your embryos. Totally worth it and my obgyn said my testing let him know the egg is so good I have less than a 5% chance of miscarriage. Talk about a piece of mind.

Results matter!!! Heres my review and why I gave Dr. Pinto five stars:-We had our first daughter who was born in 2008 naturally.-Had secondary infertility and tried for 6 yrs to conceive again with no cycles and no hope.-I was told by 2 female ob/gyns that they didnt know why I couldnt conceive. Misdiagnosed by them.-Referred to Dr. Pinto and within 15 minutes of 1st appointment he correctly diagnosed me and started a treatment plan.-5 months later I was pregnant with our first son (born 2014).-Went back in late 2015 and 6 months later pregnant with our second son (born 2016).-Tried again in late 2017 and 4 months later pregnant with our second daughter (born 2019).*Before Dr. Pinto: 1 child and no hope of conceiving.*After Dr. Pinto: Parents to 4 wonderful children!Dont wait, go see this doctor!

Dr. Pinto and his team are exceptional. Without him, my husband and I wouldnt be parents to our beautiful rainbow baby. We struggled with infertility for 4 years and he was able to properly diagnose me and tailor a plan for my specific situation. They would always be available for questions and get me in last minute for any concerns I would have. Dr. Pinto is a Dr. that truly cares about you, doesnt only see you as a patient. Dr Pinto and his team were amazing! His honest and committed approach helped us have our two children. They never gave up and always shared with me the latest research on what could be causing my miscarriages. He even worked with my OB and guided her on the Best medecine to give me to keep the pregnancy viable through to delivery. I am happy to recommend him and his team.

I dont really know where to begin. My husband and i went to Dr. Pinto after nearly two years of trying to conceive naturally. Dr. Pintos way of being funny with me was to consistently mispronounce my name. Not really funny. A bit rude actually. But whatever. On ultrasound I was told I had an endometrioma on my left side but was not advised to seek treatment or to be concerned about it whatsoever. When we did my HSG test, I had terrible pain when we tried to do my left side. I was told before the test to be honest about my pain because that was part of the diagnostic testing. So of course I told Dr. Pinto it hurt. I couldnt have hid it if I wanted to. So we stopped the test and Dr. Pinto rescheduled me to come back in and try again. He seemed to not really believe my pain was as bad as I was telling him it was. The next time I came in, it didnt hurt at all and he told me I was probably just stressed despite the fact hes aware I have endometriosis with a left sided endometrioma. At the end of all our diagnostics, Dr. Pinto says he sees no reason why we cant get pregnant naturally. So we leave there hopeful and keep trying.Ive now found out that endometrioma is indicative of stage III to stage IV endometriosis, which absolutely DOES affect fertility. My endometrioma ended up reaching 14 cm and wreaking havoc in my pelvis. Ive since had the endometrioma and, unfortunately, my ovary removed as well as my endometriosis lesions excised. My endometriosis doctor seemed very surprised that Dr. Pinto did not take my endometrioma more seriously and said most IVF clinics likely wouldnt even accept me until I had the endometrioma addressed. He says my fertility should definitely improve now after my excision.Were hopeful but disappointed that we wasted nearly a year of our life trying to conceive, believing Dr. Pinto when he said he saw no reason we shouldnt. Dr. Pinto and his team at Repromed Fertility Center in Dallas are a great team. They made me feel comfortable thru the entire procedure. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr pinto and his stuff are amazing.i have PCOS and my husband and I have been together about 7years never got pregnant but 3months after we seeing them I got pregnant without IVF.im now 30weeks pregnant:)we wouldn’t be parents without their help.the best Dr and nurses!!!!i miss everyone.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Everything that could go wrong did. The staff was supposed to follow the steps to thaw the vial and in case the vial was not alive further steps and didn’t. Then we had to call the Cyrobank ourselves and fix the situation luckily the cyrobank gave us a “courtesy credit” the 2nd vial was used for the IUI but the person (nurse) who did our IUI was rude VERY rude didn’t care one ounce. Now almost 1 year later they send us a bill for “storage fee” which we did NOT use for one day because our vials got there the night before the IUI which was early in the morning. We are done with ReproMed. The Staff in Dallas, Texas made us feel uncomfortable throughout our whole process the only reason we stayed was because of Dr.Escobar and his special connection to us as patients. And one young lady Adriana. This was NOT how we wanted our first try of becoming parents to be. We cannot have that 1st chance again but we can certainly warn to avoid this fertility center to any other 1st time patients.

The nursing staff and the dr were great! BUT i had an appoitment set with them for my husband and i a month ago, with referrals from our dr. They scheduled appointments with us for the same day. When we arrived they told us that they only had an appointment scheduled with me. After asking multiple times why they werent seeing my husband they told me he needed a referral and wouldnt see him for another 4-5 weeks According to my doctors office this isnt the first time this facility has done this to people. I wont be coming back to this facility.

Unfortunately, not a good experience for me......lack of organization, unprepared staff. Would not recommend.
