Office staff (reception and nurses) are super hit and miss. Some are super compassionate and understanding and some are just downright rude and nasty. The therapists here are wonderful but the med percribers are awful.... Very medication heavy treatment, and if you disagree they don’t care and keep pushing the same meds on you constantly. I regret even getting help because of them.

They are always so polite and they try and work with you through any troubles you may have.
