Had questions about anesthesia prior to my procedure. Front staff seemed irritate and I was told that they use an outside company and would have to wait till just before my procedure to address concerns/questions. My doc called and got the information I was initially asking for.On day of procedure showed up to find that the company they use is out of network. This would have been extremely helpful information prior to me driving down to their office for the procedure. Again front staff is put off by me not wanting to pay out of pocket (not helping my deductible) or questioning why this wasn’t communicated prior to the procedureFind a better office.

I was Referred to this place i was In an car accident on November 16 and my back is in severe pain well i spoke With someone and they confirmed me an appointment on the 20th of November after i explained The situation to them receptionist over the phone we’ll come my appointment date November 27 i come Into the office i get To the back i dont Know if this was racial or not they proceed to direct me to the back i fill Out the first page of the packet a nurse with glasses comes in and goes can i have Your paper work i say To her I just received it I’m not done filling the forms out she leaves out the room another lady comes in and tells me they can’t see me unless i pay Upfront which the cost is $300 because they don’t do motor vehicle accidents i told Them i was Paying with my well earned high paid insurance through my well known employer which is capital one and they told me they can not see me WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE A WASTE OF TIME I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PLACE TO ANYONE I WILL BE REPORTING FURTHER EVERYDAY!!!!!

Dr. Le Doux has been amazing in helping to give me relief from my sciatic nerve. I highly recommend his practice. Everyone is professional and helpful during every visit. My father recommended him and I would recommend him for anyone suffering from back issues.

I’ve been seeing Dr Ledoux for a few years now and he is absolutely the best!!!! He actually listens to what is going on and is willing to do whatever it takes to get you feeling better! He very kind and personable while doing so. His staff is always wonderful too! I am thankful for Dr Ledoux.

Dr. LeDoux is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had (and trust me there have been many.) He listens, he gives feedback, and he determines solutions with you instead of just suggesting surgery or more pain meds. He takes the time to care about YOU and YOUR issues and treats you with dignity and respect. His nurse is fantastic as well. She is a bright spot in the day if you get to see her. This practice is phenomenal and I sing their praises to anyone and everyone that complains of chronic pain.
