Great, empathetic care that included problem solving some old fears of the dentist. They were very aware and knowledgeable about secondary health problems I have. I normally HATE going to the dentist but hygentist, Jennifer was calm and soothing. Best experience Ive had at the dentist, and thats saying something!

I had a abscessed tooth with alot of pain, never been to Covington Family Dentistry before I was worried not knowing what to expect as I disliked my previous Dentist a lot but they got me straight In and fixed my problems and 3 hrs latter was feeling like million bucks. I discovered Covington Family Dentistry when an old crown came off right before the weekend and I needed urgent attention. I was so thankful that they fixed my tooth so quickly that I started using them as my regular dentist. Dr. Reed has since provided me with a crown, a filling, and a cap. She always makes sure that everything is perfect. The cap she put on today feels just like my original tooth. My wife now goes to Covington Family Denistry too and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding care.

Everyone is friendly and Tammy, my dental hygienist, goes the extra mile to help me develop a dental home care plan that bests suits my individual needs. I could not have asked for a better dentist office nor group of dentists to go to. The staff is friendly and quick to fix any schedule request. The dentists will listen to any concerns you have and will explain anything they need to do to fix your face. You honestly cant go wrong here.

Went in for my scheduled appointment to have cavities filled and they said nope. Time for a cleaning. I explained I already had a cleaning from them, they wanted to argue and spin it to have me pay more for a procedure that doesnt need to be done again. I told them, Im finished. Quit playing around with me and my money and my time. Ill take my business elsewhere. Completely unprofessional of them to say that I wasnt scheduled for fillings, when I spoke with them 24 hours earlier about fillings being done. Horrible experience

I have been coming to this clinic for many years because of Christina. She is kind, funny, always happy, and very skilled as a dental hygienist. Christina is always genuinely interested in her patients and their health. My parents are patients of hers as well. If you need a dental hygienist, then ask for Christina!

Accommodating, informative, pleasant: it wasn’t like pulling teeth.Had a filling replaced here recently. I’m 68, and for only the second time in my life that I can remember the dentist actually made sure my filling wasn’t too high. She also worked at making sure the new filling didn’t interfere with flossing. Something like leaving a shoe store with shoes that actually fit, instead of feeling regret every time you put on your new pair of shoes. Life as it should be, not as it all too often is.

I had a great experience today, I was made very comfortable, a sunshade was given to me after I took off my glasses, and I began to relax for my cleaning. The Doctor was very careful with the cleaning until the job was done, she made sure my gums were ok and gave me tips on flossing also gave me a special rinse to take home because I told her my gums were bleeding when I flossed. The Doctor did a very good job. Thank you.

I was going to Covington Family Dentistry for the past 10 years. The staff is amazing from the welcoming receptionists to Dr. Burgett who I normally see for routine check ups. I moved which is why I’m no longer going here but if you’re looking for a new dentist I highly recommend them! During the pandemic they have you call at curbside, check your temperature before entering the office, and have you fill out a health form. They are taking all safety measures and cleaning practices safely. It’s also nice to have the flexibility of going in after normal work hours or on Saturdays. Thank you Covington Family Dentistry for the past decade of excellence!

The dental appointment itself was fine. My 1 star rating is due to the service at the desk with the appt setter at the desk after my appointment. Poor customer service and asked me something that was not her place to ask.I would also like to see the same dentist each time and not someone different every visit.

This was my first time back to Covington Family Dentistry, since the pandemic hit. They seemed to do everything right in terms of interactions, precautions, etc. They did a physical temperature screen and then a checklist screen. They also presented a treatment plan for the visit that clarified costs and accountability before the treatment occurred. This is new and welcome. The dental hygienist was professional and friendly.

I really like my hygienist, Cathy. She is so friendly and keeps me distracted with her stories. She is also very gentle and thorough. The office almost always can schedule my large family in the same visit, at times convenient for us.

Yesterday, I became a new patient at Covington Family Dentistry. I hadnt been to the dentist in quite a few months, due to the current pandemic. Being a little nervous to break my quarantine bubble, I was put at ease by the precautions this practice is taking. I checked in from the parking lot and was met at the door for a temperature check. Everyone was masked.Dr Burgett was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Although Ive had a lot of dental work done over the years, I recently developed anxiety related to visiting the dentists office. She and her assistant, Amanda, put me at ease. They were very thorough with my exam and taking my x-rays. Dr Burgett discussed treatment options with me regarding one of my teeth.Jordan did my cleaning, and after so many months of not being seen, she probably had to work overtime on my cleaning. She was gentle and thorough. She gave me rests when I needed them (chronic illness makes keeping my mouth open for long periods of time difficult).Being a germaphobe, I was very happy to see that when I checked out, the front office person who took my payment (sorry, I dont remember her name), donned gloves to take my credit card to process payment.Very happy with my experience. I was happy to refer my husband to this practice for his exam and cleaning next week!

Dr. Laura Burgett is absolutely phenomenal!Dr.Burgett has performed phenomenal extraction, I did not feel pain at all.She kindly guided me through the proces, patiently listened my hundred questions and extracted my badly treated root canal tooth like an angel. I have seen everything in dentist office, this time around I was amazed from dentists briliance and kindness.Dr. Burgett is an angel in human form.For real.Front office is truly wonderful team of people. Scheduling was easy and the procedure started right on time.I highly recommend this dentristry!

The desk staff greet you with a smile and are a pleasure to work with. Dr. Gee, the assistants, and the hygienists have great attitudes and a sense of humor (which helps as going to any dentist can sometimes cause you to worry ahead of time). Cannot even start to describe how great this team is. They made sure I felt good about what was going to get done. I was a mess and they made me feel like it was handled and I could sit back and try to relax. They went above and beyond and werent even asked to do so.

I needed to get an appointment and quick because I was heading out of town in a couple of day and had a terrible toothache.The office was able to squeeze me in and found out that I needed to have a root canal and if I didnt get it done it would continue to get worse. Since I didnt want to deal with that issue while on vacation they were able to complete the procedure that evening. The Dentist and her assistant were AWESOME! I was having a hard time with my anxiety and they both were so calming and helpful with getting me throught that.

I came in a few weeks ago due to a broken tooth. They were able to see me the same day and so close to their closing time. I haven’t been to a dentist in years and there was so much work to be done that I was so embarrassed about. Since the broken tooth I have been back three times and because of the care I received by Dr. Burgett all three times I will make this my dental office. These guys are great. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist but the staff here is amazing. Theyre friendly and make sure that you are comfortable before they start working on your mouth. I live in Bremerton but the hour drive is definitely worth it when I need dental work done.

Ive been coming here for a decade - Great clinic to deal with! Im a little ADHD, and routinely forget such things as doctors appointments but they do a fantastic job with reminders and always scheduling the next visit before I leave. I wish I could find a family doctor that cared as much about me as my dentist office!

I have been coming to this Dentist practice for years now. I actually was referred here by my Mom. The dental hygienist Ms. Cristina and Dr. Laura Liutkiene, DDS are very professional, kind, gentle, and informative. They are the sole reasons for my return every time. They always take the time to educate me prior to performing any procedure, which I immensely appreciate. Most other providers do not feel it warranted to educate their patients on the process that they will be undergoing. I highly recommend this practice and especially Ms. Cristina and Dr. Laura Liutkiene, DDS.

Laura liutkiene is an amazing dentist. She is by far the warmest, kindest, gentlest, thoroughest dentist I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. I’m fearful of going to the dentist in general but Covington family dentistry makes it a quite tolerable experience. They offer free “gas” and that is very helpful. Thank you!!!

If I had Dr. Laura as my dentist when I was younger, I wouldnt have found myself in the challenging dental situation as I am now that Im older. She is absolutely, without exception, the best dentist Ive ever been to in my entire life (and Im over 50 so thats saying something!). 5 Stars??? Give me 10 stars and Ill rate her a 15! Professional demeanor is world class, her skill is beyond compare, and the experience is always painless regardless of the procedure (and Ive had them all!). The assistants are knowledgeable, empathetic, gentle, and kind. I have a very serious anxiety disorder that leaves me unjustifiably horrified of anything related to the medical experience. I cant even drive by a doctors office or hospital without starting to feel panicky. But Dr. Laura is the exception. After my first visit (I thinking 6 or 7 years ago), my anxiety around visiting the dentist has dropped significantly (although I cannot visit any other dentist without the anxiety reappearing). Shes the best.

I have gone here for 30 years but lately I haven’t felt like a valued patient. The front office staff is very off putting and more concerned about insisting on prepayment even though I have excellent insurance and usually don’t have to pay a copayment. The hygienists are friendly and good but because of the front office staff I won’t be returning. I will be looking for a new dentist.

Dr Laura and Kathy always do a professional job and make it a pleasant experience. The receptionist are also outstanding in scheduling appointments and answering billing questions. I highly recommend Covington Family Dentistry.

I walked in because of an abscessed tooth.My regular dentist didnt work that day. The front desk was welcoming and within minutes I saw Dr Laura. She took X-rays wrote script for antibiotic. Meanwhile the front desk contacted my insurance. Within thirty minutes I was out the door. These folks are GOOD.

This is the worst Dental office in Western Washington. The staff is rude and demands payment or credit card before the do the work. They do not send bills, the just send you to collections. The Dentist send you to other offices who charge you for a second opinion and then send you to specialists who triple charge you.. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

The staff was very helpful in navigating my train wreck insurance, but ultimately I was able to see Dr. Gee for a second opinion regarding information I received earlier this morning from another dentist. Not only was Dr. Gee absolutely delightful in conversation, he was thorough in his explanation, empathetic to my situation and even caugh two dental issues that the dentist I had seen earlier that day has completely missed. He never tried to upsell me, or pressure me to do more expensive procedures just to make a buck. I’m very grateful for him and his rockstar staff for all of their help!

I had an appointment at Covington Family Dentistry 3/16/2014 for a routine cleaning upon arrival they couldnt find my records for some reason so I had to fill out all the new patient information again. I specifically told them I didnt want the X-rays because my insurance wouldnt cover them as I found out the first time I was there. So the dental assistant went and checked with Kristi at the front desk and she returned with great news that my insurance would cover them and all I would have to pay is $47. She had it all written down so it looked legit to me. Then when I leave the total bill comes up to $250. I say that isnt correct because she quoted me $47 in writing literally an hour ago, thinking they would correct the obvious mistake they have made. Were really sorry if you would like we could split that up into three payments for you. They refused to correct there mistake, be for warned and dont believe a word they say.

Was told from mount cy dentistry that Dr. Deno took provider one at Covington dentistry A TOTAL LIE! THEY ARE EVEN LISTED TOBOOT AS TAKING IT. BEWARE OF DECEPTION THERE READ SOME OF THE BAD REVIEWS ON THEM ALL FROM STAFF ESPECIALLY THEY QUOTE IN WRITING THAN IT DOUBLES WHEN GET ACTUAL BILL YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
