Dr. Reddy and her staff are wonderful. I visited several dentists and orthodontists throughout my adult life trying to find a dental solution I was comfortable with - if only I had met Dr. Reddy 15 years ago! After my initial consultation I knew the plan Dr. Reddy presented was what I wanted. The staff at this location are phenomenal, I am always happy to catch up with them when I visit. During my last visit I met Dr. Thomas who is fantastic as well - I wouldn’t expect any less. To have a dentist like this in a metro Atlanta location is fantastic!

Havent been to the dentist in years from anxiety and lack of wanting to make the call. Bad experiences prior. So far so good now. Using things other dentists havent to make the process easier and more pleasant. I think this is my new place to keep my teeth healthy ;)

I usually NEVER do reviews but this one was a must! From the first day I came in the office EVERYBODY was so genuine and welcoming to me.. I originally came in for dental implants, but end up doing a fixed bridge . If it wasn’t for Tonya talking me into doing it I probably wouldn’t have my smile that I have as of today.. I am so grateful for her, McKenzie, Angela and Dr.Thomas. I’ve been a patient here for about 3 years and the service here is nothing short of amazing. I moved to the area 3 years ago and my family and I were looking for a new dentist. Creative Dentistry made me more open to going to the dentist. Thinking about going to the dentist used to give me anxiety but Angela my hygienist did everything in her power to assure that I was comfortable. When I called to schedule my appointment I had a bit of an attitude because i was scared (I realized I was a jerk and apologized) , but they kept it professional the entire time. My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now, and I couldn’t recommend them any more highly. The whole staff is kind and patient, thorough and personable. Dr. Reddy and her assistants are great for people who have dental-phobia, and Angela is the best hygienist you could ask for.

2 Route canals, 2 cap fittings and a bridge. All in one day. Wonderful staff from the time you walk in the front door to the time you sit in the doctors chair. All of the ladies there made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I actually fell asleep during the first root canal.

If I could give Dr Reddy and her staff 10 ⭐️ out of 5 I would. They are wonder. I had a bunch of issues. I have so much detox anxiety. Dr Reddy was able to figure out that clear explanations helped quell my fevers. I’m on a tight time frame and need it all done by October 31st for my daughters wedding. Today I had my wisdom removed. Initially, I was scared to death. I wanted to reschedule the appointment due to my fears. Dr.Reddy and her whole team. Ladies in front and back made me feel so comfortable like it was a walk in the park for them. I felt no pinch pain nothing. It was quick and sweet lady gave me instructions for my after care at home. I had a great experience at Creative Dentistry of Covington! The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional! My hygienist Angela was amazing! She took the time to educate me and made me feel at ease. The dentist Dr. fry something (sorry Im horrible with names) was also nice and very professional! I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area who is in need of dental work!

My boys and I have been going to this dentist ever since we moved to Georgia back in 2006. We have always been treated with kindness and respect. I have never had any problems with the staff... theyre too nice to leave! If there were ever any concerns about treatments needed, they made sure to give clear understanding. Always pleased with their work!

I started going to Creative Dentistry two weeks ago, and so far Im very pleased. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the office is pristine clean. The Medical Assistant McKenzie is very encouraging and helps to boost my confidence. Dr Reddy, is very thorough in explaining her procedures and so far, I have no complaints. Paulette is amazing as well in helping me work out the financial aspect. Cant wait to see the end product in a few weeks. Will update then.

Dr. Reddy has been my family dentist for 12 years. I absolutely love her and her staff. The service from everyone in the office is remarkable. I had at great experience at Creative Dentistry of Covington! My hygienist Angela was very professional and genuinely cared about the health of my teeth and mouth.

Be very careful if you decide to use this dental practice. They will over estimate how much yow owe them after your claim is filed with your insurance and then hold your money hostage after you catch that they over charged you. I was over charged $150. At the time I decided to opt for a credit instead of a refund. A portion of the credit was used, but now I need to have the remainder of the credit refunded and Im getting nothing but the runaround. When you call and mention that you have a credit with them, no matter who you speak with, they all act shocked and question why you think you have a credit. Now they wont refund me and are saying I still have a claim open from six months ago that would need to be looked into before they could process a refund. No one will call me back. Ive been fighting with them for almost a week. Worst experience with a dentist I have ever had!!

I showed up to my appointment full of anxiety, and anticipating a very uncomfortable procedure. The staff did an amazing job of explaining what was going to happen step by step, while reassuring me that I would feel no pain. The surgery went well, and was over before I knew it!! Charged me for a cleaning that should have been free by saying it was a “follow up” to a deep cleaning but did not once follow up about anything and when I mentioned they didn’t the lady said “well I wasn’t your hygienist so I don’t know what happened back there.” They told me my insurance would cover said deep clean and it did not. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Highly recommend going to another dentist if at all possible.

I returned after two years to this dentistry group after going to other dentists. The hygienist gave a very thorough cleaning.She showed great sensitivity ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the procedure and during the xrays. I would have given 5 stars,but did not due to the length of a 45 minute wait before being seen.

Do not use this dentist office! It’s the staff that is incompetent! My insurance pay 90% and I used this office which in in the plan. The 1st time I was overcharged and second time I decided I wanted to pay before getting in the chair. I received another bill and was told they made a mistake!!! I had a great visit today. The doctor was super caring and nice . Also there was another lady I believe her name was Ms.paulette. She help me from start to finish. I ended up having a meltdown for personal reasons and she immediately stopped everything and made sure I was OK by giving me a hug and grabbing tissue for me. I’m going through a lot in my life as she made things feel better just from her small act of kindness the rest of my day will be pretty easy knowing that people that don’t even know me care!! I have been going to Dr. Reddys office for my general dentistry needs for many years and have always been very happy with the service and staff in the Covington office. They always greet me by name, answer my questions, and are thorough in their work. Recently, I needed more intense cosmetic work on my smile. The one thing that stood out to me most is that Dr. Reddy wants you to have your best smile. If your smile is not the best it can be she will ask you to come back as many times as is needed to get it right. Not only is she good at her work but she stands by her work.

I have EXTREME ANXIETY but Dr. Reddy and his staff has done so much to make me feel at ease of coming to the dentist! We went here because its only one of two providers that accept my sons insurance in the area. On the first visit, he was soaked for an -- uninsured -- Deep Cleaning. We signed a form detailing how much it would cost and paid up front. After the procedure, we were told it would cost an additional $73. He returned to this place for a followup cleaning because of the lack of other insurance options. We asked twice if the procedure was fully covered and were promised it was. Then they pulled the same scam -- this time for $100 after the service. Stay away. Complaints filed with GA Dental Assn, the insurer, & Better Business Bureau.

Dr Reddy is a great dentist; however, she surrounds herself with a front office staff that is rude and incompetent. They have over priced my account and asked for a different rate than first offered. I have no confidence in the staff!!!

The employees are kind. Dr. Reddy isnt so much. Maybe she just happens to be having a bad day every time I visit. I had some cosmetic work done a few months ago and she seemed annoyed to have had to do the work. was not given any advice as to how to care or protect the work. I would not recommend this dentist. If you happen to go ask for the other dentist that works there, cant recall his name, but he is much more friendly, accommodating, and personable.

The Dental Hygienist is outstanding and provides useful and easy to follow advice for the care of my teeth.

Dr. Reddy does not deserve even a 1 start rating but in order to post this I had to put one. She is very unprofessional to say the least. Not only is she mean and rude to her staff, she is this way with her customers. I was discriminated against and was disrespected by Dr. Reddy and no one should ever have to experience this kind of inhumane treatment from someone. After 15+ years of seeing so many staff come and go and referring people to her only for them to tell me theyre not going back because of Dr. Reddys attitude. Dr. Reddy needs to attend a training on Stress Management specifically how to manage her stress and how not to take her stress and frustration out on innocent people. Some training on effective communication and how to provide good customer service would be beneficial as well. I deserve an apologize for her for how she treated me someone who had been a loyal customer to her for so many years.
