I’ve never had problem with my teeth until I went here. First of all, I was only needing one fill in. I walked out having 4 fill ins done, that I wasn’t aware of, & on top of that, all of them have came out, and my teeth were cracking & breaking apart. I’ve been having to have so much more work done just because this dentist screwed up my teeth up. Please don’t go here!! Go to another dentist.

I had an emergency dental appointment and I must say that I had the best experience at Heavenly Dental Associates. Dr. Heavenly is very professional, caring, and very good. Dr. Heavenly is very passionate and it shows. I would recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you Dr. Heavenly for taking very good care of me in my fragile state. God Bless.

Went to this dentist after switching insurance companies and was told I needed a “deep clean” and had two cavities that needed to be filled. Given that I had been getting regular cleanings and I’m 41 and haven’t had a cavity since I was 10 years old, I found this very strange so I left and asked for my chart so I could get a second opinion. I returned to my dentist I had previously visited and self paid because I trusted him. My instincts were right as I was told my teeth were in great shape, no cavities and no deep clean needed. Beware this clinic, all they want is to bill your insurance as much as they can and unethically and dangerously perform unneeded procedures on patients.

DO NOT GO HERE. They took out perfectly good fillings and replaced with subpar material. Every tooth they touched has broken or fell apart. They are QUACKS!

I wish I had read the reviews before I went to the Heavenly Dental office in Lithonia believe me I would never have gone.Believe it these reviews are true. The staff is so rude and the doctor I saw wasnt friendly at all.They start drilling in your mouth like they are drilling for gold or something.Told them I felt the pain they left that tooth and went on to another one and it wasnt numb either.They talk about the patients soon as they leave out the door that is not professional at all.There was one kid back there and I felt so sorry for that child.I would never recommend this practice to anyone. I need more work done but I wont be going back to them.That was the worse experience I have ever had at a dentist. I think they all need to go thru training again because they didnt get it.

My children have been going for about 3 years now and its ok. I just dont like that when my elementary aged child needs a filling/crown they refer him to Childrens Dentistry at Stonecrest. I dont get it because he has had the same work done at this office before. So its like he can only have his cleanings done there. Its a headache going to 2 different dentists. I understand a referral to an orthodontist. If you cant do all children services in your office then you shouldnt take children at all. But my 15 yo goes there as well and they complete all his services needed, just took 2 hrs the last time to fix a cavity.

The young lady at the front desk needs some help in the customer service area. They messed up on the time on my appointment sheet by writing 8:00 pm instead of 8:00 am and then made it out like it was my fault. Her smart comment was No one pulls teeth at 8 in the night .

I had the best experience it was my first time at the office I have not been to the dentist in years I had to have 4 teeth pulled after getting numb it took maybe 5 mins to get everything done I was never in any pain she talked me through the whole thing always stopped to check on me I will always go back to her and all my children will transfer to her office . They don’t even deserve 1 star. I’m not sure if Dr. Heavenly is even a real dentist. If she is she needs to go back to school. I’ve had a horrible experience with them but my father..... he is now in excruciating pain after someone put a crown on his tooth wrong. It’s been about a year and a half since his last visit at dental Hell. When I picked him up from he root canal and crown his whole left side of his face was frozen down for a good 4 hours because they hit a nerve in his face. They’re lucky they didn’t damage it with permanent effects! I called to ask about it and the phone rang forever and no one picked up. After I left a message they rolled the phones about an hour before closing time to let callers know they were “closed” of course they never called back. And now here he is a year and a half later at a new dentist with an abscessed and rotten tooth under the crown because they didn’t do it right the first time. This place needs to be shut down! OMG, no good. The Black female with the tats at the front desk is rude az fu**. They need to shut it down or get a new team. SMFH

I was appalled by mine & my mothers experience with Heavenly Dental. The staff was unbelievably rude & insensitive. I have made formal complaints to the dental association for both of these offices (Conyers & Covington) My mother suffers from panic attacks & anxiety, & lets face it no one likes the dentist when you have very painful tooth ache, but for them to treat her like they did, they dont deserve to be in business. Im not sure if they just didnt want to do the job or they werent competent enough. Either way we walked out both offices in the same day because of the way she were treated. Dont want to get into details but I would highly recommend NOT going to Heavenly Dental.

Sketchy to say the least. Waited hours. And the assistants were by far the rudest people ever. They never did a follow up and said I had an abcess , did route canal and no antibiotics

Horrible!!! Do not trust your dental work with these people. They do not know what they are doing!!!

Paid cash for my expensive services and had the worst experience. My partial plate made it hard to talk and eat even when I got used to the plate and it damaged my healthy teeth and had wires showing although I asked for no wires.
