The front desk were so great and welcoming! They made my entire experience so easy and I actually left the dentist happy!!! The dental staff were just as helpful and friendly as well! I was definitely nervous coming in, and satisfied with a smile going out! Thanks y’all for all you do!!!!

Terrible patient phone service, takes forever to get a call back or someone to help you. They make you wait 2 hours when you have an appointment scheduled but take walk ins before scheduled appointments. Also I was waiting in the room for 45 minutes after I was called into my appointment and the only lady who helped me ask when I was going to be seen was a lady who worked in the dental. As soon as someone reminded the staff that I had been waiting for that long, my doctor just happened to come right in as if she wasnt busy doing anything at all. Wonder where she was for the 45 minutes I was waiting. Very unprofessional

They took me in last minute for my prenatal when noone else would. They were busy but provided good service.

You know what, this place isn’t perfect but I’ve had staff really help me out when I was down on my luck.Pick and choose your docs and don’t blame the staff for how they operate. If it’s helpful I go to Covington.Find another sliding scale clinic that will help folks who need it. They’ve VASTLY improved over the past three years or so. Those who have given bad reviews might be going to a different location but I’ve had amazing in and out appointment experience. They’re not specialists but they are all licensed and affordable.

Have depression and a history of suicide attempts but HealthPoint wont refill my prescription until my upcoming appointment. Yes, I messed up and set-up my appointment too late, which is par for the course with depression, but Im out of meds and getting through the next 2 weeks without meds is going to be hell. All I need are 14 days of meds HealthPoint!!!I thought part of the oath is First do no harm.?The good news is I will have health insurance in a few months with my new job and can finally find another practice.

Just tried to call and it is 5:17 p.m. they are listed as being open until 7:30 p.m. but they have their after hours answering machine on. Do not have that youre open if you are not open.

Trying to get a refill is rediculus. Ive been waiting over a week still nothing. Waiting to get checked in rediculus one staff member sees theres a line and leaves her space makes checking in late half the time.

I absolutely love Dr meyers. She does not make you feel rushed. And takes the time to explain everything to you. Very sweet.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would have. This practice is the worst Ive ever been to. Instead of calling me when they ran into issues (didnt have my SS number, so couldnt get insurance to approve what I needed), they waited until I called them a month later to tell me. It took them THREE appointments to do what normally could have been done in one. Absolutely do not recommend.

You guys need to prioritize appointments over walk ins, if not theres no point in making an appointment at all and actually answer the phones. What a headache.

My niece had a 1030 appointment. The staff was busy chatting and signed us in 10 mins late. Then called everyone that was signed in after us ahead of us. Then the people who had come in while we had been waiting were called ahead of us. After waiting for over and hour. I ask the front desk receptionist if they had skipped over us. She rudely told me that my niece was next. Then they proceeded to call 6 more people who had recently walked in ahead of us and have us wait another half hour just to be called back. Very unprofessional and rude.

Dr.Beth Myers is awesome she puts me in the mind of like a laid back kinda hippie gal.lol thats not to be taken as she doesnt know her stuff just real easy to communicate and lays it out for you the patient to understand. Thanks Dr. Myers

Horrible absolutely terrible. I took my girlfriend to have a baby check up and we are supposed to have an appointment at 9:30. We sit for an hour and then call to see what’s the hold up. Mind you we had been here and they couldn’t see us. But others pulled up and they instantly are seen. So when we call they say there aren’t enough rooms available. We have been here for an hour and a half now and still yet to be seen, and they just don’t make an effort. This is by far the worst OB I’ve ever heard of. And it doesn’t help to wait to be seen but to wait to be seen in unsanitary and dirty conditions (roaches) it’s not okay. By far the worst healthpoint I’ve ever been to

I literally took a day off to come and see a doctor because of the fact that you can come in after 5 and now they said you can’t be seen after 7:30 due to COVID. Well don’t you guys think you could have changed that online so people would know. Instead of now messing with my job by taking a point now.

My Dr. is awesome! I see Dr. Lowe. This man TRULY cares about his patients. He could go anywhere and make tons of money, yet he stays where he is to help the poor and needy. As for waiting to be seen, thats a different story. I have literally sat there for HOURS. Other times its not so bad.

Healthpoint is the most unprofessional, and medically dangerous facility I have ever been in contact with. My issues were brought to the attention of management and were disregarded. My NP incorrectly prescribed medications on multiple occassions. Patient centered care is not a core belief of this organization. There is no reason anyone should receive care from this organization because of their rude and negligent approach to interacting with patients. My typical hold time when trying to schedule an appointment or reach any non automated message is >45 minutes.

Had some issues with my pharmacy getting my prescription. I talked with Sandy from triage and she was an absolute gem. Empathetic till the end. I have had nothing but positive interactions with all the staff but Sandy stood out among them all. She called me back and made sure my prescription was called in. Sandy, you are amazing!

Im not allowed to go back because im a father and not mother of my child. Then i wait hours on my wife because the staff is slow. Horrible

You can say what you want about the front desk but they have always been nice to me. True you do sit and wait forever. But to me it is worth it because I have an awesome dr. It is Dr Lowe and he is worth waiting on.

I have a lot of experience in Healthcare myself, greatly. Healthpoint is very respectful dealing with low income and walk in treatments to the community. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable.Dr. Lowe is an excellent physician taking appropriate time for established and new patients. He truly cares about people. I really think that as far as low income facilities this one is the best Ive ever seen.

Very difficult to work with. In order to get refills on perscriptions youve been taking for years you have to be seen every three months so they can bill an office visit. Then you see a doctor for 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and Ive had good experiences with Drs. but routine refills are problematic.

The staff is friendly and professional. The wait time is average for an inner city clinic. The waiting area was clean and the restroom smelled of disinfectants. Overall the visit was pleasant and convenient with the added walk-in hours.

The environment is very dirty. Wait times are over an hour... on a good day. The workers are very rude. Especially at the front desk. Some consideration/patience should be taken for people of different ethnicities. I understand that most people, like me, who come here are on governmental assistance and “you get what you pay for,” but treat your patients with some respect. HealthCARE is healthcare. Point. Blank. Period.

Dr.Patrica Broughton abuses her position by giving patients unnecessary medications. I have called several times and complained about a patient abusing medications and they will do nothing to stop it. I will be filing a complaint with the state to see if they will do something. This doctor needs to lose their license.

Their scheduling is horrible. Our last visit, we were told they had a cancellation so we could get right in. We waited an hour. I approached the receptionist and asked how much longer it would be and you could read on her face she forgot to put us in. Now today, we arrived 25 minutes before the appointment to check in and werent even checked in until the time the appointment was supposed to be. Finally got in 25 minutes after the appointment and probably only because we complained about our previous experience. The excuse, by the way, was slow computers. They also took walk-ins ahead of us because they have to go by the sign-in time. Ridiculous practice. Why even make appointments?

Pathetic excuse of a medical records clerk. I called atleast 4 times leaving the information they requested to no avail. I got no call back nothing, went to pick up a copy of my daughters immunization record today and what do you know? They dont have a scanned copy so now my daughter cannot start school on time. Not to mention they doctors just brush any concerns off as being an overly worried parent.

My family member calls to get in and is always told that Dr. Schram doesnt have any appointments. When asked to speak to a manager they hang up. If I call they wont let me make an appointment saying because of HIPPA? Ive never seen anything like it.

I have been trying to contact the dental for an hour now. I reached the medical receptionist who sits right next to the dental receptionist, told her my issues. She was very rude an said she would transfer me. Stayed on hold for twenty more minutes. Decided to just hang up. I wouldnt be so upset if it was for me but my 7 year old is having a dental emergency.

It close to home, and the staff does their best considering they serve so many patients with a huge range of needs, but its commonly slow and overcrowded. I sometimes feel like Im being rushed through an assembly line.I will say that it is great that you can get primary care, gynocology, dental, and psych appointments in one building.

Im new to this area and wasnt informed that this is a drug addict, court ordered facility. Thats exactly how I was treated. I was treatedLike a drug addict criminal begging for drugs(with a broken heel).I never once asked for a pill but was informed first and foremost I would not be receiving any medications. Not only in their medical ward but also in their psych ward, by the same woman. Ive survived cancer on many occasions and I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Remember; God doesnt like ugly.

The staff at the dental side is friendly and kind. It took a while to be seen the first time so I got the first appointment of the day for a teeth cleaning and it was right on time. Smooth, easy, quick.

This place sucks you get a appointment to wait hours to be seen just for them to give you a script without knowing whats wrong with. You. The nurse practitioner says she wants to give me meds for my problem without a ex ray or anything so I recommend that maybe a ex ray may b good before meds. So she printed no service provider for the X-ray and states patients choice. So shes basically saying she doesnt need a x-ray but names off 3 different things it could be and is willing to treat me with a prescription but wasnt willing to offer a x-ray.. They keep getting new people in there that dont care and its sad cause there are a few good doctors and nurses practitioners that you cant even get in with cause they are so booked cause nobody wants s to go to the newbies and I see why so time to change doctors.

I waited a total of 90 minutes for my doctor before I left on a scheduled appointment. The lobby was npt even half full my whole visit. I witnessed everyone that had come in before and after me get looked over and leave. Even a woman who had missed a previous appointment and came in to reschedule got checked out in a supposedly empty slot. I was told by the front desk, who as others have said were rude and on their phones not paying the slightest bit of attention, that the doctor was running late with no time frame of how much longer hed be. I advise you to not come here. They have showed me here they have no respect for their patients. I understand things happen and people run behind, but this is disrespectful.

Disappointed. On my first visit I waited about five minutes before someone came to the front desk. I inquired about paperwork being new a patient, in an irritated tone I was told, write your name down and we will get to you when we can. After waiting seventy minutes I chose to leave. There was no one at the front desk to inform of my departure. I was prompted to leave when the person next to me told me she had been waiting for an hour and a half. The waiting room was clean and crowded.

Dr. Tignor is awesome for the dentistry part. I absolutely love the medical team of Blecher and Parker! Very caring and straight to the point!!

I feel mistreated and it’s sad because I went in for a Obgyn appointment not that long ago and I need a physical exam I didn’t know that the dr was male I was thinking it was Dr. Meyers and I was wrong it was a make Dr. and I do not like a male Obgyn I have been sexually assaulted in the past so I prefer a female and since I would not let the Dr. so a physical exam on me he wouldn’t even come in the room to hear my concerns. I don’t know where I are from but to me that is inexcusable. I went to the appointment because I had concerns and I left with the same concerns now time has passed and I still have the concerns that I came in the office with. It’s a shame and just because I wouldn’t let them do a physical exam on me I could t get my concerns dealt with or even talked about how professional. And I wouldn’t even waste my breathe on the people in the front of the office. They treat you as you are beneath them and I am not I have just as much School as them probably even more I am a stna and a medical assistant so I know for a fact you should never treat

I have been coming here for many years, the front desk staff is very unfriendly and seem like they hate their job. I came in a few weekends ago for a physical and the front desk receptionist was so disrespectful and basically rushed me out and told me the dr couldnt take anymore patients when I had already spoke to someone on the phone and told me it was ok to come in. The only reason I continued to come was for Dr. Anna Geiman, she was the only dr who seemed to care and actually explain everything. Now that she is no longer there, I will not be returning.

Unnecessarily SLOW!! Bedside manner was also nothing they should be proud of. Went in for their walk in hours on a Tuesday night and sat there for over 2 hours before even seeing a doctor.

The staff is excellent - Friendly, polite, and professional. Ive been to a lot of different dentists and have received better care here than palaces that cost me thousands to pay for.

Was seen on a Wednesday and was told I would get my test results early the following week. This is now 2 weeks later and I finally sign up for test results through the company the tests are sent to and see very scary results. I have been calling for over 24 hours and have been told 3 times that I will get a call back right away and still nothing. Im stressed.....signs of cancer is no joke and its not fair someone cant take 5 minutes to call me back! So inconsiderate and a terribly stressful experience.

I couldnt even get past being on the phone trying to make an appointment. The rudest scheduler Ive ever talked to. Questioning your symptoms like youre lying about it. Just so unprofessional.
