Washington Orthodontics has always exceeded my expectations. If youre doing your research to find a office, believe me when I say youll be pleased. The atmosphere is welcoming, every visit. There is usually a lady named Morgan, that juggles the front desk. She is always so nice, knowledgeable, welcoming (remembers us by name), & just really sets the tone from the start of each appointment. All around great office & professionals staff. Definitely recommend.

Hands down best orthodontist office i’ve been to. with this being my second time in braces this was the best experience at this particular office. everyone there that has assisted with me we’re pleasant! never had any complaints about anything, they’re so patient. i would recommend anyone wanting orthodontic treatment to come here. Dr. Washington is great at what he does and always has been nice every time i walk in. trust me, you won’t be disappointed at all. i love the entire staff❤️❤️❤️

Customer service was phenomenal and the office was always well kept. Appointments were easily made to accommodate my work schedule and the payment plan(s) that had to they offer were very convenient and affordable. Absolutely NO disappointments!

The office was clean, staff was kind and Dr Kent Washington was very informative, very accomodating. The insurance person wasn’t that helpful or patient when I was trying to find out the PPO fee. I really wanted to work with this practice but I didn’t feel comfortable with the way I was treated by admin.*I received a follow up call to get questions answered by someone from the office which really turned my experience around. I appreciated their thoroughness and empathy.

This is the third time I’ve come for a scheduled appointment and I leave with uncut wires scraping my gums. Which I’m completely unaware of. Until hours later. Why am I leaving with uncut wires in my mouth? #Negligent.

I had the best orthodontic experience with Dr. Washington and staff. Aside from being satisfied with the results from my 2-year treatment, Im extremely satisfied with the staff. Every appointment was a pleasant experience. They treated me like family while upholding professionalism. Both doctors also treated me like family and accommodated my needs. If I had to get braces all over again, I would come back to Washington Orthodontics.

Amazing Orthodontist! My entire life I was told I’d need surgery to correct my class 3 underbite! Dr Washington has corrected my underbite without surgery in 16 months.

This is definitely the Orthodonist to go to. Friendly staff, always available if you have any questions, && my teeth started showing great progress within the first month!!

Just seen him Monday 12/11. Hes staff is great. Environment is extremely clean, up to date technology. Dr. Kent (the son) was so nice and understanding. He even remembered me from 3 years ago and we had a 10 minute interaction. Hes my orthodontist from now on.

Mr. Kent T. Washington is my ortho, and I love it! I get a new toothbrush with every visit, and his staff is EXCELLENT! I love how they make you feel welcomed, and overall the environment feels so relaxing! His prices are affordable, and most importantly he restored my confidence when he fixed my smile!
