Ive been coming to Novus Orthodontist since November 2020 and I can truly admit I have been handled with care in the most polite way !! I have never waited beyond my appointment time. Always in and out ! Dr. Joseph is very knowledgeable and always assures me that the care he chooses for my teeth/braces will work and THEY DO !! I smile more because of him . Thank you Dr. Joseph for an amazing staff !! I refer anyone to come here if your looking for QUALITY ortho/dental work . They are THE BEST !!!

Literally the best place I have ever been to!! In little time there is such a big difference and I’m so grateful! I’ve gone to the dentist and orthodontist and they are always so nice and helpful! Couldn’t ask for better care!

I was seen in the office this past Monday. Ms. Ronni changed my wire and rubber bands. She is always very professional and gentle when working on me. The entire staff represents this office with great professionalism which makes it a pleasant experience. Christine is one of my favorites you can tell she loves her job and cares about all the patients. Dr. Joseph is also caring, he always makes it a point to talk to me and ask about school. He is doing great work on my adjustments and I love my smile. Although I will miss this crew Im excited for my braces to come off too see the end result.

Dr. Joseph and staff are conscientious, caring, and do a great job. I am an adult who went in for orthodontic treatment. Even though, they are predominantly a childrens orthodontic practice there, they took me as a patient, and have been helping me with straightening my teeth and closing a rather large space. Lastly, as far as the bill, I had a down-payment and then monthly payments for 22 months with no interest. Ive paid off my treatment plan now, and they continue to work with me until the work is complete. Kudos to Dr. Joseph and Tannner (one of his best assistants) for their patience and professionalism!

Im really not sure why the place has a 5 star rating. Goodluck getting anyone to answer the phone!!!!! Or call you back!!!!! The ONLY reason why Im giving them 2 stars is because the people there... with the exception 1 particular person, are truly great people. They love what they do, and will have a full on conversation with you. Great people, HOWEVER how the business as a whole is operated is pure chaos. If you Google the main number.... youll never actually get to speak to someone. They are super busy so appts are near impossible to make or keep... and honestly I wish that I had went somewhere else especially after going through all this madness trying to get myself the specific retainer I asked for BEFORE my braces were even put on. The people are wonderful.... but the business as a whole needs a whole new approach to how it functions and operates.

I am truly thankful to have chosen Dr. Joseph to care for myself and my son. The entire staff is so friendly and professional and very thorough. Dr. Joseph, Miri, Christina, Taylor, and Tanner always go the extra mile with care they have treated us like great friends. My son injured himself while in braces and had extreme dental trauma. They all checked in on him and were very empathic. Dr. Joseph came in after hours to work on my sons mouth. As you can imagine I was hurt and very nervous, but Dr. Joseph was calm, patient and heaven sent. I will always be grateful. The before and after of my the injury is what I describe as magic! Dr. Joseph is a true artist in his craft. Coming to our monthly appointments feels like visitis to good friends and we actually look forward to coming in and catching up. Out of all the orthodontist I could have chosen here in Columbia this was the absolute best choice!!!!
