Nicole helps find a way to get your dental work done affordably. Carol is the best hygienist. You know she cares about your teeth and takes the time to talk about your general health too. Always smiling and happy. Dr. Jackson does extra special work, whether a root canal or filling or crowns and bridges. He makes sure you are comfortable and does the most detailed work. I enjoy going here and know I will always be taken care of in a professional and friendly manner.

I’ve been seen by Dr Jackson since 1985, and the last 16 years Carol has been my hygienist. We’ve watched each other’s families grow, and become young productive citizens with their families and children. She always have asked how is my family doing, and know their names. Carol is a genuinely caring person, and a great hygienist! Carol is amazing, I have been coming to this office for a few months now and it has always been a pleasant experience. I was not a fan of the dentist and it showed,However after visiting Jackson Smile studio I felt very relaxed and taken care of. I have been several times in the last few months to get my dental health back on track, Each time I am greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly office staff, They take all necessary Covid precautions including taking your temperature and masking. I was offered a numbing gel for my mouth while getting my teeth deep cleaned but Carol is so gentle I didnt even need it! Dr.Jackson is really laid back and makes sure feel relaxed at your visit. The staff lets you know all costs up front and you can divide big amounts into smaller payments to help out financially.

As someone who despises the dentist, I felt truly taken care of. Carol and Dr. Jackson took especially good care of me every visit. I couldnt be happier with a dentist and definitely recommend this office to anyone seeking a dr. and staff you can trust to take care of all your needs.

I came to The Smile Studio as a new patient with a broken bridge. I had no idea the extent of the damage nor what it would take to repair. Dr Jackson and his staff got me in quickly and formed a treatment plan that could be taken care of very soon and fit my finances. They were excellent about working with me on payments and appointments. Dr Jackson soon placed a new bridge and it looks amazing. I was very nervous about changing the smile I was used to, but I was very happy with it. Dr Jackson and his staff were all extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. They are prompt to respond and schedule me for an appointment within hours. Questions about dental procedures and billing are always explained and discussed thoroughly.

I had my root canal done and just finished up with my official crown placement. The whole experience was nothing like what I heard. Last week I had my teeth cleaned. Today Dr Wood and Kim started a crown on one of my teeth. I have been a patient of Dr Jackson for years and dearly love him and his St Andrews staff. But I was thrilled when his second office opened in Lexington. I have so enjoyed talking and laughing with the Lexington staff during my visits. They treat you like one of the family. Now if I can just convince Dr Wood to get a dog Ill be happy. The office is gorgeous and the staff professional and friendly.

I’m giving this place a 3 star because for one they are friendly and professional. The technology are up to date. However this place is crazy expensive! I paid $250 for a cleaning and yes I do have insurance. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t even cover the whole thing. So am I going back? Absolutely not. Will I recommend this place to anyone I know? Absolutely not.

A dentist is usually not a top list visit place. However, when their are people there who have the desire to make you feel comfortable and at ease, it can be an excellent experience. Dr. Jackson and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend his practice to anyone seeking a dentist to call home.

I dont usually take my time to rate or review like this, but I had to after my time with the staff at Jackson Smile Studio. Myself, like many others have a rational fear of the dentist, in fact was debating on cancelling my appointment with them (Im so glad I didnt). The staff will immediately put your fears to rest with kindness and a true sense of caring. Dr. Jacksons staff really listen and try to make their clients as comfortable as they can be. I experienced this first hand. I had mentioned to Nicole, one of the staff members that I was a history buff. When I returned to the examining room after getting x-rays, the history channel was on. This simple act showed me they listen to their patients. Pam the hygienist who cleaned my teeth addressed all my concerns and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time she was working on my teeth. Although my meeting with Dr. Jackson was brief I can tell Im in very good and capable hands, in fact I felt that way my entire visit. This place is simply amazing, I would recommend anyone who has a fear of dentists. I never thought I would say this about a dentist but I cant wait till my next visit!

My whole family comes here my wife and two small daughters.This dental clinic is the absolute best in South Carolina yes they are a bit pricier than the average dentist office Because they are not your average dentist office from the time you enter its nothing but smiles and genuine concern and professionalism. My wife had an 830 am appointment for a root canal Dr Jackson Himself called my wife 830 that night just to see if my wife was doing well and if her medication was working I have been alive 32 years and probably to about 7 different dentist in 4 different states and none of them compares close to Jackson Smile Clinic.
