I absolutely LOVE this practice! The staff is kind, courteous and caring. The hygienists are so nice. I had a scaling done and needed NO anesthetic! No needles is always alright with me. I was bilked by Dental One for over $2000. They charged my credit card for services I did not receive. When I call, the appropriate staff are not available to talk with me. They do not return phone calls as promised. I would recommend that you do not use this practice.

I saw Dr. Barrow who explained the reason for my irritation between two of my molars. Xrays were taken and I now know the proper hygiene for the area. She was amazing and very understanding of my concerns. I now know what to do to ease my discomfort !!

What a fantastic experience.... and no, Im not into pain and self mutilation. I had a tooth that was absolutely killing me after having been prepped for a crown. The doctor informed me it was unfortunate but I would need a root canal.... I was oh hell, are you sure. She said Im sorry but yes. She was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything as she proceeded. She kept me informed. Then she worked like a skilled surgeon. Ive never had a root canal before and heard all the horror stories, but let me tell you, she was amazing, completely pain free. And even two days later, very little soreness.

Dr. Wright and the dental assistants working with him make receiving dental care a calm and professional experience. I highly recommend Dental One Associates and suggest you seek dental care from Dr. Wright!!He explains his findings, what needs to be done, and he provides pain-free service. This is the best dentist ive ever had. When I have to get another tooth out. I will be calling Dr Asher.

Service is amazing. Doctors are patient and kind. This practice really listens to their patients.However...Their billing practices are challenging to deal with. I had one appt in June, one in July, and 2 in August. I paid my balance at every appointment and left my last appointment under the impression my balance was paid. In September, I get a bill with a statement date of 2 weeks prior to its arrival with a due date the next day. The bill stated that I was more than 30 days past due. After calling the practice, I found out that my insurance denied a claim, and I owed money and the statement and due date was based on the date of service, not the date I was notified that I still had a balance after being told I had paid in full. Im not sure how it is ok to make the original due date based on service date when they dont notify you of your balance until months later.Additionally, the late notice mentions a fee for late payments, but the practice didnt seem to know if or when it would be applied to late payments, so now I have to worry about this late fee hitting my account after I pay my balance and not getting notified until the day before it is due....or after it is due...or maybe the late fee will be considered due at the time of service. Im not sure.

Avoid at all cost!!!! They will charge you for procedures you don’t need and you will have you come several times to correct a problem that should’ve been done at the initial visit. Scheduling is ridiculous. They also charged me the full amount as well as my dental insurance. Scam artists!!! Absolutely the worst dentist practice around. Go here if you are a fool and like getting ripped off.

Unfortunately, I had to switch practices. My doctor left about two years ago that’s was the first reason, I really wanted to stay with the practice but the office does not return messages. When they do pick up the phone, they leave you on hold and eventually hang up on you. Several of my appointments were canceled and then I received a voicemail that it had been rescheduled for a different time or day without my approval. I was told there was nothing they could do for me except an implant. Luckily, the new practice is able to accommodate my schedule and my needs. Lots of turnover, and very unprofessional atmosphere. I would not recommend this practice.

Doesnt even deserve one star. Probably the worst dental company out there! Never can commit to a schedule, constantly move appointments without asking approval. I literally showed up and they were like sorry you dont have an appointment today it was moved, rescheduled and they moved it again. Happened like 4 times. Not trustworthy dentists either, I had one dentist and for 3 years he told me I had no cavities, thought I was doing good. Finally asked for a second opinion to find out I had 7. Do not go here, they are the worst.

Dr. Divya Puri is an Awesome Dentist. She definitely cares about her patients dental health. She makes sure you are comfortable and not in pain. The dental assistants are also great!Do yourself a favor dont coward to your dental issues. Let Dr. Puri treat your teeth right!

Ms. Raquel (the receptionist) is so nice, polite & welcoming. She puts the personal touch in visiting Dental One - Columbia, she is one of the reasons everyone feels welcomed. No matter if in pain or not it is always a pleasure to see and hear her call me by my name and ask me how I am doing. She is definitely the one to be where she is as you step off the elevator and greeted with a Heart - Smile.Assistant Manager Linney is such a professional and has made every effort to comfort me with the discussions I had to make in reference to an outstanding bill and my current coverage. She explains everything from beginning to end. If the Manager position, a promotion and/or a raise becomes available, she should definitely be next in line.Ms. Pat & Hannah (Dr. Khleifs assistants) are excellent and provide knowledgeable information and care during Office Visits. Would have given 5 stars were it not for my cleaning appointment running 20 minutes late. Would likely have been longer had I not asked about the lateness.

Would not be going back here ever again. Wasted 2 hours of the day. Im a new patient, they took me back after filling out no paperwork, which was odd. Took me from the back to the front then asked me to fill out paperwork. They take me back again, then try to convince me to take new xrays when I had xrays taken a month ago. This took 1.5 hours . Finally got the xrays sent over from my dentist and then they needed a referral from my dentist. Another 30 min wait. They couldnt do any work on me until they had all these items. Did they not know they needed all this before I got there? 2 hours wasted.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with this practice. Every team member is friendly, professional and helpful. Most recently I had an implant procedure. To say I was nervous prior to that experience would be an understatement. NOTHING to fear here. Dr. Wright, who performed the procedure, and who was assisted by Tia, were amazing. It was painless -- HONEST -- and over before I knew it. I would highly recommend Dental One Associates. Dr Agarwal is a good dentist. He gives you his full attention and treats patients well. The office staff are also professional.

I was a patient here for years. My dental hygienist was wonderful. My previous dentist was also very nice despite seeing him infrequently. I am not longer coming here because, I needed orthodontic work. Dr. Agarwal quoted me a price that if you pay all at once there is a 15% discount. I have FSA and that arrangement doesnt work with FSA, so I inquired as to being guaranteed the price and paying basically half now and the rest when my FSA populated in January. I was told they would get back to me. In March 2020, I chipped my tooth and he fixed it right away. Then I started pursuing invisalign, I went to OX orthodontics and their pricing was more, but very professional, scan, screens, and they explained what they could and could not fix in detail. Dr. Agarwal did a scan and staff gave me pricing. I want to the Orthodontist at Dental One Dr. Huynh, she told me that to fix my bite, I needed to have my jaw broken and rewired and referred me to Univ. of MD Medical Center. I am 62 and have not ever had TMJ or any jaw related pain. She said she did not recommend braces or invisalign and said ethically she would only recommend treating the problem surgically and admitted there is not oral surgeon on staff or I had to Live with your bite. So I found an insurance company that offered a 20% discount on orthodontic services. When I returned they told me they only do the 15% even when I showed them the card. I was told Dr. Agarwal will not take the 20% insurance discount. I asked about Dr. Pahkt and was told I cannot see him. So OX orthodontics accepted the 20% discount and I signed up with them. Another tooth chipped and I made an appointment to get it fixed. After waiting 40 minutes, Dr. Agarwal looks at my tooth, remembers fixing the last one and notes its the one next to the one that broke before. He reminds me that I need to get orthodontics and I told him I have an appointment with OX Orthodontics. He asked me why I didnt go with Dental One and I told him that he wouldnt accept my insurance discount. He then asks me How much are they charging you? I told him it didnt matter because I had already signed a contract. He asked me again and I told him that I dont feel comfortable discussion my financial transactions with another business. He said ok, and left. The assistant came in and unhooked my bib and I asked was he going to fix my tooth and she told me Dr. Agarwal told me to come back when my invisalign was finished. I asked why did I wait 40 minutes if he wasnt going to fix my tooth like he did the last time and I got some excuse like this was an emergency appointment. I personally think that he got angry and refused to the do the work. I refuse to return to a practice that is unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Dr. Wright is a considerate professional. I was nervous about an emergent dental implant process. Dr. Wright put my mind at ease and performed a painless procedure. His confidence and sure touch allowed me to have a positive experience. I cannot thank him enough!

Dr. Agarwal did an excellent job with my dental reconstructions. Ive struggled with my teeth most of my life because of an accident with a baseball bat as child. He gave me back my smile. I strongly recommend him.

You guys keep in sending me a outstanding bill which not Accurate because I always pay right after every visit. Earlier this year when you guys updated your system, there was an error showing I have a balance due so back then few of your stuff members and also I believe a young lady manager looked it at and said not to worry about it, they will have it fixed. I WONT consider going there back again. You suppose to gain your patients trust.

Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone. I tried to make an appointment for a dental cleaning and kept getting their voicemail. I called three separate times on different days and left messages asking for a return call. Never heard back. After a week I gave up and made an appointment at another practice. Dr. Kevin Asher is the one bright spot. He made my oral surgery as comfortable as possibly. Personable, caring, and funny. I had a procedure performed by another doctor there and was in so much pain that I left in tears. At a bare minimum, you should make sure your patients are numb and at ease. NO procedure should ever cause a patient that much pain while theyre in the chair. Not ideal if you already have dental anxiety.

This dental place is just a patient mill designed to make a buck out of you. They make you come first for an evaluation and do multiple xrays. I have never had that many xrays done at other facilities. I had cuts inside my mouth from the jamming of their hard plastic into my mouth. The equipment is old and dirty.They make you schedule a separate appointment for cleaning (again its about the $$$). They had a same day appointment on the date of my first evaluation to get my wisdom tooth pulled but no slots for a cleaning. They have available appointments for procedures that they can charge money.I come for my cleaning appointment and they say it was at 9:00am and not 9:40. I showed them the appointment card and text reminder showing it 9:40 and they kept insisting somehow their own reminder and card was wrong? Their lead hygienist could care less and kept offering other day appointments. Huh? Does this place not like doing basics like cleaning? These people are very disorganized and unprofessional.Get your care elsewhere. Do not go! Dentist Money mill.

My appointment has been cancelled by them three times in a row now. They did not call me the last two times they cancelled my appointment. This last time they sent me a text to confirm my appointment two days prior. But the time was different so I called them to ask about that. Turned out I was actually taken off the schedule, cancelled again. They had no reason for why I was cancelled or why no one had called to tell me. Ive waited one to four months between each of these appointments. I would never recommend this place to anyone seeking dental care. I dont know how they have 4 stars as an overall rating on Google. On Yelp and Facebook they are closer to 2 stars which seems more accurate and still generous.

Staff are unprofessional. I went in for pain that turned out to be from a wisdom tooth. I only saw the dentist once during the visit. A while after he left the room, the receptionist came in to explain the billing. I was pretty confused because the doctor did not even explain that he was doing a procedure. I was told by the receptionist that he wanted to extract the tooth that day and insert a bone graft that is not covered by insurance and would be $2000. I obviously said I needed to think about it for the cost and fact that I didn’t feel comfortable having the procedure after the strange encounter with the dentist. When checking out, the receptionist told me that if I went to an oral surgeon they would not do the bone graft and it would be much less expensive. I then asked if they would be able to refer me to one because there was no oral surgeon in that office. She said no because they wanted to do it there. Made some sense, but also made them seem **in it for the money** and not for quality care. After calling several other dentists and oral surgeons, they all told me how unnecessary it would be to get a bone graft. Once I finally found an oral surgeon who was able to see me, my insurance company had to call dental one to tell them that they needed to provide a referral there. I then followed up with dental one to tell them where I was going and where to send the referral. Of course, the day I go to see the oral surgeon, they expressed that they did not receive the referral or previous XRs. The oral surgeon was still able to see me that day and I had an amazing experience there. And....I did not need a bone graft.

I was a patient at this practice since around 2003. Overall, the hygienist and dentist were good. They dId try to sell the irrigation treatment which is a waste of money. That’s no big deal. My last time there was in December but every appointment I tried to make this year, they kept getting cancelled. One time I called, someone picked up the phone and hung up. Maybe this is due to covid 19 and the current economic times. Unfortunately, I had to switch practices. I hope they get their act together.

Everyone is very respectful and with COVID they are very clean and are extra careful of everything the dentist and employees are amazing couldn’t ask for anything better !!

Very unfriendly and coldThe dentist was not willing to listen to my concern. As a matter of fact she used the word” hopless.” A couple of times. Didnt get any service that day except xrays and evaluation. . Then was told to make more appointments. Basic communication skill is missing. No emphaty Went home and filled one of thoes forms and asked if i could talk to someone about my concern. It has been more than a months. Havent heard from anyone

I really want to appreciate all medical professionals working at Colombia branch. Specially Dr. Aguwal and his team Ayda and others, but they have very poor management and poor customer handling service specially the finance manager and some front desk workers. They only focusing on the money collection.

My Customer Experience was Excellent! All interaction with various employees at Dental One was humane, professional, and customer service oriented and began when I first walked through the door where I was greeted by Ms. Lauren at the front desk. Ms. Bonnie then kindly walked me through insurance requirements and Ms. Mina provided great customer service in setting me up in the dental room. Dr. Chehab ensured that he clearly understood my needs through interpreting results of my x-ray, physically looking at my dental problem, and in consultation with me. The results were worthy! Ms Marya clearly walked me through my payment options and I was out the door! Excellent Team Work!!

My first time visit this office, I did not get a welcoming feeling from.anyone other than reception. The tech barley talked to me, I had to hold the x Ray machine and the dentist didnt have the best bedside manner. I have dental anxiety and I asked them to let the doctor know beforehand. I am grateful they were unable to treat me. I feel being treated here would have made my dental anxiety worse.

Ive loved this place since my first office visit, when they found time to see me for a dental emergency on a holiday. Four years and many treatments later, I still enjoy seeing my Dental One family. My dentist does great work, Tia and the other staff are great in support, and Ive been pain-free. Five stars.

Been a patient of Dr Wrights for years now. Have had lots of intense dental work completed. Don’t know if I could have gone thru this much dental work without Dr. Wright patience, kindness, explanations of procedures & his well mannered approach. He gave me the boost that it would be okay & I would be at aw with the final results. (YES, I was when completed) His assistant Tia was by my side, while I was having multiple visits back to back, Tia was always there with GREAT encouragement & giving me a pat on the back when needed. Always greeted me with joy and a glad to see me approach. Dr Wright & Tia both gave me their #’s for any problems/questions I might have after leaving appointments & I yes I did have ?’s for sure & they both always responded ASAP! This was so greatly Appreciated! Went in today to have a bad tooth removed. Dr. Asher took care of the situation with speed and precision and I was on my way inside of an hour. Not exactly the type of morning I fancy, but the Doctor and staff kept me at ease and made the experience much easier than I had imagined. I have continued to use Dental One over the years because they are consistently proficient and have all types of dentists on staff that can take care of everything from one office. Dr. Barrow is my general dentist there who I highly recommend as well.

UPDATE:So updating on the experience I had there once they got around to not cancelling my appointment. I had to some fillings. Fairly routine procedure. Well the dentist didnt numb my mouth enough before drilling and caused extreme pain. When I yelled out in pain, he basically called me a liar and said he gave me plenty of novacaine. After convincing him he didnt, he gave me more and started again. Ended up hitting my tongue with the drill causing it to bleed, which left a gash for a week.Fast forward to this past week when I noticed food was getting stuck in between the same two teeth every time I ate. I went to a new dentist and they told me the last dentist messed up my new fillings. The fillings werent properly contoured to my teeth, resulting in the filling breaking and creating a hook which was causing food to get stuck. On top of that, I might now need a root canal due to the botched filling. So not only did I pay nearly $400 here to get some fillings from a dentist that had awful bedside manner, but now I get to pay more money to fix their mistakes. I would avoid this place like the plague.ORIGINAL:Like others recently, I have had my appointment cancelled 3 times. Two of these were the day of. This last time I called at 4 when I got out of work and they said they would have the Scheduling Director call me back by the end of the day. Come 4:45 and I try to call back and you cant get anyone to answer the phone and the mailbox is full.The one time I was able to get an appointment for a new patient evaluation, I was there for 2hrs for them to do a single set of x-rays and have the doctor look at me for 5mins.Im not going to bother trying to reschedule my current appointment a 4th time. Ill be looking elsewhere.

It was bad enough that awhile back I was demanded payment while in the chair for preparation on a bad tooth which by the way, I had no balance due. I have always paid in full for every service rendered there. I have spent thousands. This was disturbing but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I really like and respect my dentist and they have a great support staff working the office so I continued to go here. Today, I was charged a PPE fee of $10.00. This is an outrage during a pandemic with massive job losses and unemployment at an historic record high. They have state of the art equipment valuing millions of dollars throughout all of their locations of which we are paying for via their services, and they ask their patients to pay for their responsibility for re-opening. In addition, they do not tell you this in advance. This is shameful. I am shocked. One last note: When I mentioned I was not charged on Monday for a PPE fee and returned today for another appointment, an office staff member interrupted and asked me rudely if I want to pay for it today! Im done. Moving on. They are overpriced and inconsistent with their billing statements, estimates from the moment you walk in the door to when you pay out at the end. Their services are very very expensive.

My experience here was not a lovely one the dentist was very rough! He came into the room without introducing his self, he went straight ahead and started working in my mouth. I will never go back there, they told me for a root canal is $2350 very expensive. Bad business if you ask me.

They will recommend unnecessary procedures to bill you more. They will make you come in for separate appointments for each little thing to bill you more. They will bill you incorrectly with the wrong billing codes to bill you more. My experience is that this place is essentially a scam. If you go here, be sure to get a second opinion because they will try to rush you into something like an unneeded crown and associated lab fees which are absolutely not in the best interest of the patient. I spoke with two friendly and informative receptionists, but everyone else was rude and barely spoke, let alone explained what was going on. Dr. Agarwal was especially brusque and disinterested.

Dr. Asher is an amazing oral sergeant. He took out my wisdom teeth and it has been painless since they’ve been removed. He went over in detail everything I needed to know in order to feel no pain and avoid infections. I appreciate his concern for making sure you’re fully aware before sending you on your way. He’s the best!Dr. Win is an amazing orthodontist. Her team makes sure I’m in and out of the office since I normally come on my lunch break. The only down side is when ever I need my wire cut on my braces they never have a sharp enough tool to cut the wire. Please get better tools so they don’t have to place six to seven in my mouth before the wire is cut.

My first time at this office was very pleasant! I love the staff and the Dentist, my daughter feels so comfortable here. No long wait, office is very clean, I just love it! The receptionist Denise is the best. They do a really good job with my daughter! I forgot to mention same day appointments. I am very pleased with the service that was provided!

Zero stars ... but I cant give that. I started taking my family to this practice years ago mainly because they took my insurance. I liked Dr. Hilbert. I like Dr. Pahk even more. He did a wonderful front crown for my daughter. He gets 5 stars. I have also had several good hygienists. Although they turnover quickly ... usually stay less than a year. However, I finally hit my limit today with the office management policies and the women who do the appointment scheduling. They have several times cancelled appointments when they say I needed to confirm. Show up again today ... cancelled. I said I returned the call yesterday, left my name and number and indicated I would be there. Apparently, they hadnt listened to all of their voicemails. Another woman at the desk said she had the same problem. Its not a one time thing. Same thing happened to me 2 months ago ... thus my rescheduled appointment today ... and several similar instances with me and my family over the years. Perhaps the scheduling bumbling has to do with the hygienist turnover. Go someplace else that wont drive you crazy with terrible business practices.Reply to the response:Lame response from the supposed owner. I will not go back. I asked the scheduler to speak to the Office Manager when I was there. She indicated the Office Manager was at lunch and would not be back until 3:50 pm. Who has a lunch time close to their closing time? I asked for the Office Managers phone number and was denied. I asked to speak to my dentist ... who makes them their money. I was told he was in a procedure and could not be interrupted. Again, stay away!

I went to the Columbia office for the first time as my initial appointment. The people at the reception area were very sweet. However, the staff had poor bed side manners. The staff I was working with was helping me and another patient at the same time which caused concerns for potential mistakes. Id like to have someone who is giving me their full attention than partial especially if you are doing dental work on me. I immediately left before any work was done. The whole experience was very unwelcoming and I felt like a number rather than a person.

Dental Hygienist Seema has given me great cleanings since I started seeing her. Efficient, thorough and supportive/encouraging of my continued dental hygiene habits at home. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Asher was very personable and she really knew her work. She was very pleasant yet professional. I was impressed with her confidence at such a young age. I felt I was in good hands.

Another great visit @ Dental One. Kudos to my dental hygienist Maxine for her being so good at what she does. She has a clear passion for patient care and well-being, and really enjoys her job. I am very pleased to post this review describing my experience with Dental One Associates of Columbia, Maryland.I am a retired school administrator with degrees in classical music and speech/language pathology. I am currently preparing to return to the concert stage as a recitalist and oratorio soloist. I am also an elected official in my community of Columbia, Maryland. It is imperative that I have good dental health and an attractive smile. I am thrilled that I have made the decision to have what is going to be rather extensive dental work completed at Dental One Associates. I will be able to have all of my dental needs met in one convenient location. The dentist and dental assistant who completed my initial evaluation were thorough, caring and professional in every aspect. All other staff persons with whom I interacted were courteous and helpful. I look forward to a long term relationship with Dental One Associates of Columbia, Maryland.

Dr Wright and Tia King has made my experience here at Dental One well worth the money, distance, but most of all, their bedside manners are out of this world. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. They were very patient and always had the time to explain what procedures they were about to perform. This was my first time getting an implant, which happens to be in the front of my mouth and I was very nervous, but I must say, kudos to them both. I am very pleased and satisfied with the outcome. My future plans are to return back to Dental One to have Dr. Wright and Tia King (only) to perform the new implants Im planning on getting in 2018. Thank you Dr. Wright and Tia King, you guys are outstanding and did an amazing job.

Ive been seen here for routine care with Dr. Barrow and shes great! My kids are also seen here for routine care and orthodontics. The front desk staff is always kind & helpful. I recently had a traumatic injury at work and Linney has gone above and beyond helping me file the Workmans Comp claims to make sure all the billing gets done correctly & in a timely manner. Periodontist Dr. Khleif & his assistant Kaitlin are friendly & so patient explaining all about my care to fix my broken tooth/root canal. I highly recommend this office for all your Dental & specialty needs!

This office displays a lack of concern for its patients. More specifically, I provided feedback of my experience when asked. I requested a return call so I can provide specifics. After many weeks I received a call however was unable to respond. Well that was the end of Dental Ones attempt to obtain feedback. More recently I tried on numerous occasions to reschedule a missed appointment. I left messages for the office to return my phone calls but that never occurred. Seems like everyone is too busy. I guess thats their interpretation of outstanding performance in customer service.

Im a new patient and have had a wonderful experience thus far. Ive generally always avoided going to the dentist, but the Dental One staff made my recent experience a relatively pleasant one (toothaches are never a pleasant experience, no matter how amazing the dentist is . . . ) Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dental assistants, and dentists were pleasant,professional, and efficient. Everyone took the time to help me feel comfortable and at home. They explained my options, went over the steps of my procedure, and are working with me towards developing a practical and affordable plan to get outstanding work done. A special thanks to Milton and Marya for helping to make what would otherwise have been an incredibly stressful day a good one.

Always 100% customer service!!! The best Dentist ever - very gentle and experienced.Dr. Akabar and Aida are the very BEST!!! I had to get 20 year old fillings removed this week. Cavities needed to be removed....and I had to get two crowns. I was scared too death. Aida was gentle and knew what she was doing.Dr. A is very sharp and confident as he performs the procedure. Clean dental health now....I am happy about that now. Dental One is the best place to go in Columbia, MD for great dental care.

Ive been a Dental One patient for years. The front office staff and I know each other by name and smile. Im pleasantly greeted upon each call and visit. The office prides itself on prompt service - you never wait more than 15 minutes before being escorted back to begin your appointment. Ive had great experienced with a number of professionals on the dental staff as well. Dr. Kevin Asher is an amazing oral surgeon (and the nicest guy ever!) The endodontist made my root canal seem like a routine filling, and my dentist/prosthodontist, Dr. Michael Wright, is phenomenal! I have all 32 teeth, yes, wisdom teeth too. Dr. Wright keeps my teeth and gums healthy and beautiful. ...And hes committed to 100% pain-free dentistry. I hate numbing medicine, but Dr. Wright is genius. He knows exactly where and how much/little to inject to keep me pain-free without numbing any other area of my gums, mouth or face and to make sure that Im not numb longer than necessary. I can talk, eat and be seen in public after appointments without anyone knowing Ive just left the dentist! As a busy professional, thats a huge bonus for me! Thanks, Dr. Wright and Dental One Associates! --happy patient since 2008

My experiences at Dental One have been amazing and impressive. Dr. Wright ensures I feel comfortable with the treatment plan and his assistant Tia is attentive and knowledgeable. Tia always greets me with a smile and checks in to make sure I am doing ok with each appt. Lauren at the front desk is sweet and very patient. She always remembers me when I come in and eases my anxiety. Dental work is stressful enough but with this team- they make it easy.

An old crown came loose over a weekend. I called first thing Monday morning and to my surprise they fit me in that day. Special thanks to the team of Dr. Agarwal and his assistant Aida. Even though I was wedged into their schedule they treated my case with great care, attention, and clear explanations. Their calm demeanor and skill working together made a stressful event much less so. As much as is possible, they made going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I absolutely love Dr. Wrights assistant Tia!! Always on time, professional and has an amazing personality! I will ONLY schedule my appointments when I know shell be working 😁

Dr. Daniel Pahk was great with explaining the procedure that he preformed. I would recommend him if you’re unsure with having any dental work done; he’s very thorough and reassuring. 👍👍 Also his assistant Deann was able to see me a few minutes early she was great and very personable. 🙂

April Michelle was very professional and warm. I love her attitude and smile. She was a pleasure to work with.

I was in for a surgical consult and discussion of treatment plan. That was going fine when I had a minor medical emergency. Dr. K and his assistant responded quickly and professionally. While waiting for the ambulance, Dr. K sat on the floor with me talking and trying to help me relax. This is not what usually happens with your dentist visit, but I was lucky to be in a safe place with caring people. Thank you for your many kindnesses.

We have four family members who are seen by the dental staff, and our two children also go to the orthodontic office at Dental One. We have had a very positive experience with all of the staff, from the front office staff to the dental hygienists to the dentists and orthodontist. Maxine is an amazing hygienist! I had gingivitis, and the staff has seen me through regular cleaning and reparative treatments, and I am now happy to have a great set of gums!We all look forward to seeing our friends at Dental One, and were in the offices often for routine orthodontic visits. The orthodontic staff is so supportive, gentle, and kind, and have seen our children through extensive treatments with minimal discomfort.We highly recommend this office for all of your dental and orthodontic needs.

Dental One Associates of Columbia is excellent. Today my wait time was under a minute. I love the education and feedback I get from my dental hygienist, Maxine Jenkins. She has taught me to take excellent care of my teeth and rated my oral hygiene at my appointment today as outstanding. Everyone is kind and professional and the office is always clean. I love my dental staff Mina, Maxine and Dr. Chehab!

I just had a crown build up completed and it was one of the smoothest major procedures I have had done on my teeth and I have had a lot of them done at other dental offices. I was at first worried because of other reviews I read before going there but my overall experience was very pleasant (seems like most bad reviews are from the past). Everyone was super polite and there was just a very positive spirit in the office. Dr. Wright and his assistants were all very professional and I felt at ease throughout the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me and were very personable. The ladies working at the front desk also are very polite and helpful. The wait was very short and I had no problems at all scheduling my appointments and they scheduled me in a way that worked for my own schedule. I would definitely recommend this office.

Positive: Staff are friendly, competent, and helpful. They take time to explain things and clear explanations are given. Negatives: You can never get through on the telephone. Prices are slightly high. No late or weekend office hours.

Ive only been here twice, but I definitely recommend it. Dr. Pakh is amazing - knowledgeable, personable and patient. I had a cleaning with Maxine and she was fantastic, going into detail about cleaning methods and prevention. She is very personable and courteous.My only issue with the office is that I had to wait past my appointment time both times (the first time was over 1/2 hour)

Changed insurance and found this dentist close by my house. The office is very clean and modern looking. The staff was very friendly but Ms. Maxine was really what made this place awesome. I’ve never had a friendlier, more knowledgeable dental hygienist, she was great!!!Only downfall was the scheduling. My first visit was just X-rays and I had to schedule two more separate appointments for teeth cleaning and cavity fillings. Luckily it’s less than 2 miles from me so wasn’t bad but could see this being a potential situation issue for someone else, although they did tell me the cleaning wouldn’t happen in the first visit in the email I received after booking the appointment.Would recommend!
