On May 10, 2019 Dr. James Lemon performed oral surgery on two of my teeth (they were side by side) which badly needed to be removed. He did an EXCELLENT job. What I LOVE about Dr. Lemon is when he meets you he shakes your hand, he’s very polite and professional. He doesn’t make you feel bad about your teeth. Doctor Lemon called me later that evening to make sure I was alright. That meant so much to me! His Assistant was very helpful, kind and professional too.In fact, the entire Staff, from the Receptionist and the Billing Department were very helpful and professional. Your office was neat and clean. If I need him in the future, I’ll be calling him again! I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends if they ever need oral surgery! Dr. Lemon and staff were extremely accommodating and competent during my visit. They truly went out of their way to help me with scheduling and to help me feel comfortable with my procedure. I was treated with the utmost respect and even received a call after I returned home to ensure I was doing ok. I will certainly choose this doctor again if I ever need any oral surgery in the future.

I will never deal with this office or the st Julian office again the women are very short with you and rude, I had an impacted extraction and the woman at the desk refused to give me a prescription for MOTRIN!, Everytime I call its the same rude nasty attitudes. I had to come back in because fragments of my tooth begin coming through the incision area, after I already complained about pain and was turned away 6 weeks earlier. They have no empathy, customer service or concern for some patients. Never will I return again! ! Im beyond disappointed with my experience.
