Had 2 wisdom teeth extracted. Every one of the staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Andrews. I ended up getting dry socket a few days later and they got me right in and took care of it.

Had my wisdom teeth removed and got 2 implants. They did excellent work. Everything is healing great after just 1 month.

I visited on 1/8/2021 for a wisdom tooth extraction that was causing extreme pain. My dentist referred me here since the tooth was at a bad angle and it was hooked. Having never been put to sleep before, I was a little nervous but the pain I was experiencing took most of the nervousness away. They started hooking me up to the monitor machine and then put an IV in my arm. I remember this lady coming and taping the IV to my arm, and the next thing I remembered was being asked if I can open my eyes. It was over and done just like that. No more pain. Im so thankful for Dr. Andrews and his team there.

They all make you feel extremely comfortable going into for what most people is a terrifying experience they make a very pleasant and comfort experience. My surgeon was Dr.Andrews and he not only was an amazing person to talk to but he did an amazing job. If I had to go through getting my wisdom teeth out 1,000 times I wouldn’t hesitate to go to this facility each and every time. Thank every worker there for being so kind you guys are absolutely amazing!If it were possible I’d give them a 10/5 stars.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful and the nurses made sure I was comfortable.I have rolling veins that can be tricky to stick, but Dr. Andrews got it the very first try with no pain.I would recommend Dr. Andrews to anyone needing oral surgery.

Dr. Atwood pulled my wisdom teeth and it was the fastest, easiest and most pleasant dental experience of my life. What a great surgeon. He really knows his stuff. Also, Dr. Andrews did a very complicated surgery for my grandpa after I referred him there, and the results were superb. I highly recommend this office. If I told you that getting my wisdom teeth pulled was a good experience you would laugh at me and call me crazy. I wasnt very excited about having my wisdom teeth pulled to say the least, but the doctors and staff at Dr. Andrews office made it so simple and relaxing. They have a calming, relaxing office and the staff is very professional yet laid-back which really put me at ease. I had my wisdom teeth removed on 3-8-17 with Dr.Andrews, and had a very pleasant experience. I was very nervous going into the procedure, as I had never undergone any procedures of any nature before. The staff was very good about working with my anxiety and were very accommodating. After the procedure was done the staff was wonderful with instructions and very helpful with getting me back home. The day after they even called to check up me to make sure I was feeling okay and to help remind me of instructions, and aid me with anything additionally that I needed. Such a great team of staff and doctors they have, and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to have any teeth worked on!

Absolutely the worst place and customer service ever. I set up an appointment for surgery, therefore I took half of the week off. I was informed that my original 9am appointment was at 230. Then even more to my surprise, it wasn’t surgery. Just a consultation. How to you get surgery and a consultation mixed up. The lady informed me I was going to need a driver, sweet, my wife also took off work. How a place like this stays in business is beyond me. Now I’m left with finding another surgeon, and taking more days off. Their response was even better, “I don’t know what to tell you because the girl who made the appointment isn’t here”. The classic, blame it on someone else. A customer that with insurance would be spending well over $1,000 they care nothing of. “I’m sorry that girl isn’t here today”

Dr. Atwood did amazing work with my husbands wisdom teeth removal. We couldnt have asked for better service and follow-up from his staff. They called him to follow-up a few times after surgery to make sure he was recovery well. We would recommend them to all of our friends and family!

Im very thankful that they accepted me as a patient. My mouth was a wreck. Theres a huge demand for these guys because this office is one of if not the best in the country. Very few can do what they do. I drove 8 hours just for consultations. Keep that in mind. They are people too, and dealing with a lot, beyond the a lot of school they dealt with. Be patient and polite, it works wonders. If they cant see you for 6 months, at least they can see you in 6 months. If you want it fast, go to a third world country, or a doc in a box. Im about halfway through a 1-2 year treatment plan. Pain is gone, going for the implants next.

My name is Tommy Arnn. I have had oral surgery for removal of my lower teeth and prep me for dental implant secured dentures. I waited about 6 months since I had had reclast. Dr. Atwood removed the lower teeth and then I had a sinus lift and smoothing of the lower jaw. This went well. I am now waiting another 6 months for the sinus lift and the synthetic bone has time to heal. In the meantime I must say that Dr. Atwood is excellent and both the surgeries went well. I am now awaiting the implant procedure. Nothing but the best can be said about Dr. Atwood. Professional and very well qualified. I would recommend Dr. Atwood to anyone.

My family had a great experience here with the staff and Doctors. My little boy, who is high functioning autistic, needed to have three teeth pulled. Going to any Dr is always a gamble with him, much less having to have a procedure. This is delicate process because of his sensory issues, and not to mention a possible allergy to anesthetic. They treated him like a king, while filling us in the entire way. The staff made our little boy and feel at home, and Dr. Atwood had him laughing as soon as he met him. They made a difficult situation for us and our son, easy as pie. Thank you for the 5 star service.

Fastest visit ever had. Ms. Ogle the nurse was very professional and had a great attitude. Dr. Andrews got the job done with finess. Great dude. I couldnt of asked for a better enviornment to have a tooth pulled.

Horrible service. I went for an implant consultation. The doctor quietly ran a series of scans and x-rays then charged about $235 for insurance and $90 out of pocket without informing me ahead of time. So watch out folks this place is all about money not patient service.

Dr. Andrews does what is right. There was a problematic situation in my case with billing and he took it upon himself to settle it. I have huge respect for his sense of character.
