Ive been looking for a new dentist for a while now, and I cam across Dr. Lees office in Columbia. Im glad I did, because this was the best dental experience Ive ever had. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I could tell that this was going to be a good fit for me. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The admin staff was very helpful in answering questions and provided me with very reasonable payment solutions since I dont have dental insurance. The hygienist was extremely thorough and provided me with detailed information about my teeth and what specific areas I needed to focus on. The environment was comfortable and enjoyable. The entire experience was like nothing Ive had before and I highly recommend anyone to come to Dr. Lees office

This office was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. I came in for a consult for a sleep appliance. Dr. Lee wanted to review my sleep study to help him to design a device for me. I came in for a follow up appointment because he wanted to check out my mouth. I had just had xrays done at my dentist a few weeks prior. They insisted on taking their own. I was told that my insurance would cover it. I was presented with a very large estimate of dental work that needs to be done. Dr. Lee made a comment to me when I start brushing my teeth... I go to a dentist 3 times a year for a cleaning. I was made to feel that I did not take care of myself and that the dentist I had been going to was not doing a good job. I got an estimate for a sleep appliance but never an explanation. I guess they tried to submit the cost to my medical insurance and I have never heard back from them. Except for the bill I received with no explanation as to what they are billing me. I cant say I will go back or would I recommend this practice. I feel like they are in it for money and I have never felt that way while visiting the dentist.

Highly recommend Dr. Lee. Hes a nice guy and does great work without charging an arm and a leg. I never once felt like I was being overcharged or that I didnt get my moneys worth. The employees are all kind and accommodating and everyone is incredibly easy to talk to and work with. If you dont understand a procedure or pricing, they will hold your hand the whole way. Really a patient-centered environment where you feel welcome and taken care of like FAMILY, unlike some other offices that only care about the bottom line!!!

Im both an employee and a patient of Dr. Lee. Even after all these years working in a dental office I still struggle with dental anxiety. Dr. Lee always takes the time to calm me down and explain exactly what hes doing step by step. I couldnt ask for a more gentle and thorough dentist. I especially love our NEW office in Columbia!! One of the things that I love about working for Dr. Lee is he will never recommend treatment that a patient doesnt need just to make money.

Dr. Lee and his entire team are always excellent and very professional. Ive been coming to their office for a few years now and have always been impressed. Their new Columbia office is very nice and high-tech as well. I will plan to be a patient of Dr. Lees for a long time due to their excellent service.

My dental hygienist was extraordinarily kind and informative. She was gentle while cleaning my teeth. She let me know areas of improvement for me but also told me what I was doing well. The dentist didnt seem to listen to me that well though and that is why this is rated 4 stars and not 5.

My most recent appointment was for routine examination, cleaning, and a full set of x-rays. The dental hygienist was friendly, polite, and took great care to make me comfortable (Im not fond of having X-ray materials in my mouth, but she made the experience as bearable as possible). As usual at Dr. Lees, current technology was used to maximize comfort, efficacy, and efficiency of the routine cleaning and scaling, using water and suction to avoid the old-fashioned need for spitting.After my cleaning, Dr. Lee arrived immediately to examine my teeth and the new X-rays and displayed his usual agreeable bedside manner.

The best dental office I have ever been too! Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. And the best part...it doesnt even smell like a dental office.
