Got there 50 minutes before appointment- only one person checked in before us. Waited sixteen minutes past appointment time before called- however there is a note posted that if I am 20 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Also worth noting your asked to be at appointment atleast fifteen minutes before appointment. Six clients arrived after us but called in before
