I love them so much and ive been coming here for 10 years, and i love Dr. Bell, misty, rosa, taunya, and everyone else! The whole office staff is amazing, and i thank god for everyone in this office.

The only person who was friendly to me was the doctor. He’s a very nice man. The lady at the desk and the nurse practitioner were very rude. They have no customer service skills. The girl at the desk would barely open the window and slammed it shut when I left. The nurse practitioner roughly swabbed my nose despite my protests about the pain. She did not care. I do not recommend going here at all.

Im not sure if we came a bad day or what but the some of the staff was very rude and the nurse practitioner was also rude. Anything we said she was very agrumental even if though we were talking to each other. I will never come again and we were waiting for an hour for a sports physical before we were able to go to the room. They got a 3 star because the receptionist was nice and helpful.

IT IS EXTREMELYYYYYY SLOW !!!!! VERY SLOW SERVICE!!!!!! A lot of patients lose interest because of it being so slow!!

I’ve been going to Eau Claire Pediatrics and when I got older transferred here.plus my family goes here to so that should say something about how great their service is.

The Walk-In office is open late and I can get in and out in less than an hour. Great providers and staff. Also, takes patients without insurance and is very affordable.
