Omg, Today I took my granny to her appointment and these lady’s in the wound care center medical park 3 . They were so very amazing with my granny .I will always refer anyone here!!!

My two children come here and its always a good experience for them the staff is wonderful and the doctor that see them is so good with the kids

Visited Suite 440 this morning. Most horrible experience for my one year old, who had to fast for her appointment. I was late for my babys appointment, there was a big accident on the road, we arrived 20 mins after our appointment time. Front desk said, wait, there are some open slots, we can squeeze you in, so we waited. Little over one hour, a guy calls us back and sets up, another lady comes in and tells us we were late and we have to step out of the imaging room, why the hell did u call us back and set up. My daughter could not eat or drink anything, it was already close to 10 by now and the lady comes and says, we can still try to squeeze u in but cannot guarantee. So I was not going to keep my one year hungry and thirsty for another hour or two without known for sure that were going to be seen, so we left. Worst service, if u could not work us into the schedule, tell ur patients to reschedule n not wait an hour, get called back and then kicked out and told again, sorry u were late. Just horrible. If they say, we will squeeze u in, just squeeze your way out from there and reschedule. It almost felt discriminating, because we were called back and then kicked out of the imaging room.
