The place is nice and clean. I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Lee, she is absolutely amazing! She was full of information with how to cure my skin and I had the 1st and best back facial ever. My back looks like a golden mirror. 🪞 Ill be going back to her next time I visit. ❤😁

Leslie was very thorough and inviting, I highly recommended. I left more knowledgeable about my skin and what services and products will work best moving forward for my skin goals. Most importantly she made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions and my skin looks amazing already!

Amanda Arce is excellent at Swedish massage, and makes sure the environment in her workspace is peaceful and welcoming, just like her personality. I have had her do three 90-minute massages over the past several weeks at Magnolia Medical Spa. She is very good at identifying and working out problem spots in my neck and upper back that give me problems and contribute to my stress at work (pinched nerves that seize up when Ive been on the computer too long). She never hesitates to ask me relevant questions about her techniques effectiveness as she does her work. Her attention to detail for every part of the body shows her dedication to her craft and her customers, and results in a relaxing and satisfying massage experience each time. I plan to continue my massages with Amanda every 2-3 weeks.

I had previously had a bad experience with laser tattoo removal so then I decided to try out Magnolia Medical Spa. Lesley listened to my concerns and answered them thoroughly. She even showed me the laser and demonstrated on a magazine and her own skin to put me more at ease. She was kind and patient throughout the whole consultation. Because of that, that’s why I chose to continue my tattoo removal with them. If you are anxious or concerned about laser tattoo removal, I highly recommend seeing Lesley!

Amanda is amazing as usual! My skin is super soft now and she almost put me to sleep again with her massage! The entire place is very clean, peaceful and all very respectful people. Going back in 5 weeks ☺

Very Friendly staff, exceedingly clean environment, and over the top customer care and catering. Miriah has done my laser treatments over the years, and I wouldn’t go to anyone or anywhere else. She takes her time, is very professional, and thorough. Highly recommend.

WARNING: I paid over $2000 for a treatment that simply didn’t work. After six very time consuming treatments with no benefit or result, I complained and a person who claimed to be the manager told me the treatment “would not work on my type of hair or skin”.It took multiple attempts to get in contact with the owner and Doctor called Raman Puri who just said they would not refund me. Mr Puri would not meet with me on video or in person and continued to avoid the issue. After multiple emails back and forth, it was clear that Mr Puri would rather spend time arguing and making excuses rather that just meeting or chatting to resolve the issue. After eight emails from the owner, Raman Puri stated:“ We do not owe you any refund. You have received all your treatments. I will wait to hear from your attorney. I think this conversation is finished”The owner Raman Puri believes if you pay over $2000 with no results he just states: “you received all the treatments”. So you need to ask yourself, do you want to pay money for just wasting your own time going through “treatments” or do you want to get actual results.From the second treatment onwards I was asking why this does not seem to be working. I am $2300 out of pocket because I contracted a service (as a package deal) for hair removal and after six treatments over months and months of time, I am told I have “the wrong type of skin and hair”!I shall be pursuing Mr Puri and Magnolia Spa for a full refund since their treatments don’t work and due to the fact that the Manager told me, only after receiving six treatments, that the treatment would not work on my skin and hair type.BE WARNED: this Spa owner has no idea about customer service and even when his own staff admit the treatment doesn’t work (or could not work) Raman Puri refused a refund saying “ you have received all your treatments”.Avoid their special “discount packages” as it seems to be a method to sell services that just don’t work.My option is that Mr Puri had no problem charging for a services that his own staff say won’t work.Get six treatments for the price of three!But will they work?I shall pursue Mr Puri legally for a refund. He knows this and I guess he does not like me posting a real review.Mr Puri calls a customer “unethical” for wanting a refund for a service that did not work that his own staff, namely Ms Flores, stated won’t work.For clarity, I would rather have a conversation with Mr Puri to resolve this privately but he refuses. Therefore, my review is based on my experience of his company, his team and the owners very poor attitude to his customers. Mr Puri has had ample opportunity to call me or meet with me to resolve this matter privately.If I have had this experience with Mr Puri then my opinion is to AVOID this business.The treatments were a waste of time. The treatments never worked. I asked for a refund and now I am being called unethical for paying over $2000 for a service where I am completely dissatisfied.Make you own judgment based on Mr Puri unwillingness to talk privately but post the rubbish below.My review shares my experience.The treatments didn’t work.The (Manager) Ms Flores, stated the treatment would not work on my type of hair or skin.Ms Flores did offer waxing as an alternative. But sorry, how does a free wax equate to $2300 of treatment intended to not need waxing?I asked Ms Flores about a refund, and even though Ms Flores said Mr Puri would call me, he has not ever called or offered any resolution.The fundamental issue is the treatment not actually working If the treatment did not even work, how can it be unethical to ask for a refund?I asked Mr Puri to meet by zoom or just have a call and he has refused. As a result, I am posting this review as a WARNING! Mr Puri has a very BAD attitude to his customer who paid his over $2000 for a treatment that was honestly just a waste of time.

I recently attended the open house night. Everyone was so nice and I learned a lot about what they offer. I scheduled a back facial with Lesley and it was the most relaxing experience. She is the best! 2020 hasn’t been the greatest and I needed that. 10/10 recommend!

Ive been seeing Miriah for a few appt now and I believe she is the best esthetic Ian I have ever had. She makes you comfortable from the start, she takes her time, and makes me feel like she truly wants your experience one of a kind. Go see her, you wont be disappointed!

I want to rate it lower than 1 star. It’s the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

The dr is the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, passive-aggressive person...which is typical when dealing with sociopaths and narcissists. He treated my mom as if it was HER fault HE was late for HER appointment. ridiculous.
