I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Koch, Ms. Pummill and the rest of the dental staff.

Nancy Forgy is the best doctor Ive ever had. She actually listens to whats going on, doesnt belittle you at all, and her recommendations were perfectly in line with everything I told her, showing that she was actually listening! Id almost given up completely on mainstream medical and shes the only one to actually give me hope. Im so grateful for this woman.

I find all the 1 star reviews a little surprising. You should read them, some are pretty problematic. I’ll leave it at that.I go to the Worley location and they do an absolutely fantastic job. I’ve never had a doctors office that is as responsive, quick to schedule, and reasonable as these guys. Makes me feel really fortunate to live in a place where services of this caliber are available to the public. In the past year they have helped me fix my back (Dr. Schultz is a regional orthopedic expert,) and administer multiple tests. Literally every time I’m surprised about how easy and streamlined the process is. The office ladies are super helpful. The amount of stress a clinic like this must be under during a global pandemic is hard for me to fathom. 5/5 you guys rock.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a referral to another dr they didn’t refer me anywhere and they said it was no charge visit to then receive a bill for $238 is absolutely ridiculous. You don’t get care and then are charged for it.

I am writing this review on behalf of my late mother who passed away a month ago. Over the last year, my mother was under the care of Dr. Corey Koch to get dentures. Mom HATED the dentist, but she had nothing but the most positive things to say about Dr. Koch. It was clear to me that my mom trusted Dr. Koch despite her fear of getting dental work done. Furthermore, when I contacted Dr. Kochs office to inform them of her passing, Dr. Koch personally called me back to give her condolences. Dr. Koch cares deeply for her patients and for others.

Doctors and nurses are great, but the lady at medication booth, the worst. Came in late and in a bad mood to take it out on me because “ She doesn’t live with me to know when I am out of meds” wow! Horrible customer service . Never had an issue before. Made my day off the worst and me being diabetic and all. The nurse had to help me out and then she had the nerve to say that she was getting me some samples and I left. I left because she told me I had to wait 2 weeks for my meds to come in.

I highly recommend Dr. Megan Cates and Family Health Center (now Compass Health). They work with you to make sure you can afford what you need and Ive been very happy with my care here. Dr. Cates is very thorough and really listened to my health history. She is the only doctor who has ever encouraged me to get a second opinion when a specialist tells me something that just doesnt seem right. Dr. Cates understands that getting more rest and reducing stress is not always possible, and she is also very respectful of LGBTQ+ patients.The only bad thing I have to say is that sometimes they are a little busy and running late or it takes a couple days to get a referral-- but this is absolutely no worse than every other doctors office I have been to, and I am WAY happier with my care here, so Im not even taking off a star for that.

Dr Schultz is very professional and accurate with his diagnosis, he treats his patients with a lot of respect. Staff and nurses are also very polite and helpful. Don’t go pay attention to the negative comments. Some people are not going to be happy no matter how they are treated. I highly recommend this clinic.

Never in my life have I ever experienced such ineptitude. Sunday will be two full months that I’ve been waiting on a prescription and referral for a colonoscopy. I’ve had to call the office multiple times a week to no avail. I’ve left multiple messages for a prior authorization to be completed and only got a response from the doctor after emailing the head of the company. The day the doctor said she prescribed the medication, I had to return to the office to inquire because the pharmacy never received it. Then I had to follow up with the doctor because the insurance company required prior authorization. The doctor did not return my call until five weeks and multiple calls later. To this day, the prior authorization has still not been completed and the insurance company is not the holdup. They are waiting for information from the doctor. I have still not been referred for the colonoscopy and I am just praying my polyps haven’t returned and that, if they have, they are not cancerous this time. If you have the choice to go anywhere else, go. Basement of Willy Nilly, the crackhead practitioner... illegal practice of a disbarred physician... kitchen table of a kid who likes to play doctor... anywhere but Family Health Center. The office staff is quite lovely. The doctor was warm, friendly, and listened carefully. But, the follow-through to actually help you manage your health? Fuggedaboutit! 🙄

I have been with family health since they were located off Vandiver.I have NEVER had a bad or negative experience. If your trying to find a physician i highly recommend choosing Family Health.Anything negative posted is im sure due to the patient not getting the pills etc that they they want.also in the last 20yrs or more i have Never had to wait long at all. I think one time. Probobly means the Dr is taking his time and and the othe patient is recieving good , or i should say excellent care.

Compass Health Network employees are quite rude both on the phone as well as in person. The people who stayed on who worked for Family Health Center are still awesome, as is my Doctor!

On 2 separate occasions now I have had my appointment canceled the day before. The first time was at the Providence location because they all of a sudden no longer had a hygenist. The second time was with the Worley office saying I had to reschedule. I called at 4pm and got sent to a voicemail. Every time I have tried to call the Providence location, the phone just rings and rings and nothing happens. This company seems like a joke to me at this point.

I absolutely cannot say enough about Nancy Forgy, NP. Im a nurse myself, but Nancy listens and takes the time for what you need. Shes awesome.

Best service, best dentist I have ever been to, pulled three teeth so easy with minimal pain afterwards! Will be coming back definitely!

Worst experience! The only good thing I can say about this place is the fact my kids loved their doctor! Thats it, other than that the wait is TERRIBLE we had an appt at 1 and was there till almost 3 just WAITING to be seen. The waiting happened way more than it should have! The people at the front desk are very rude, they act as if they dont want to be there, they also laugh and joke about patients that call! Lastly, we tried to be seen on a Saturday we sat and waited for 30 minutes then the rude front desk clerk says she isnt signing anymore people in after 1245! When we where already there waiting! That was the been last straw. So many people told me not to go to them but and I should of listened! We will not be back!

The care you receive at this clinic is negligent at best. The staff are overworked and always give off the vibe that they do not want to be there and treat you more like a criminal or a neusance than a patient. The best I can say for this place is that they DO have affordable care options for those of us without insurance and on that grounds alone I would recommend them. Anyways the staff will straight up forget about you and not run any of the tests they said they would do

This app wont let me leave zero stars. The staff was rude and hateful like a group of mad black women. Pathetic. I left my keys inside and they would not let me look for them. I had to call the police to get my keys!

The desk is rude and dont be poor and need help from Family health center after they belittle you for being broke they give you so much paper work to fill out you might as bring an accountant ,and an attorney to be able too accurately fill it out. I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED IF ONE OF THESE DAYS US HEARING ABOUT SOMEBODY GOING CRAZY AND SHOOTING THIS PLACE UP FOR THE RUDE a@@TYRANTS THAT WORK THE RECEPTION DESK.

My doctor is terrific. My therapist is wonderful. The nurses are ok. The staff is ok. My family is getting excellent care there.

Patient Beware. Shady practices here. They have no problem miss-coding your visit so it is charged as something other than what you called for. I made an appointment for an annual wellness check, made it clear on the phone, made it clear again to the nurse and doctor during my appointment, but ended up with a bill for something else when it was suppose to be free. Efforts to rectify it were futile as they flat out lied to my insurance company. I find it hard to believe that the three employees I interacted with made no mention in their notes of my direct answer to their direct question asking for the reason for my appointment. Wait times are incredibly long- I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment before I was seen. I am definitely switching to a new provider.

I came to this clinic for an issue I was having and filled out new patient paperwork on a Saturday and really felt welcomed. Darla and Evelyn are so friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely think this place is better than the Student Health Center at Mizzou. I am glad to be a new patient there and they are willing to work with my budget. Definitely liked the service and care I received.

The worst. This place is simply last resort. If you have no other way to see a doctor, then you really dont have a choice. Have very low expectations and you might not be too disappointed.

This place is a joke. If you need help I would not recommend this place. I had been seeing a doctor ( 2 years with this Doc) ,but the next time I returned the doctor I was seeing no longer work there. The new DOC was unprofessional rude and was pretty hateful. The first visit she told me she was going to take me off my medication. Once I got home and thought about it I made a phone call and fired her. Oops I should not have done that because now I had to cold turkey come off my medication.

I called Family Health Center on behalf of a family member to inquire about sleep studies. Nurse Sandy was quick to comment that it seems like everyone these days wants to be treated for sleep apnea... in a tone that came across as dismissive to me. Maybe she was very busy or having a bad day and is normally a very compassionate person. Unfortunately, my brief interaction with Family Health Center was not very helpful.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I see Ms. Sullivan for mental health and Ms. Schulte is my primary care physician. They are both amazing and have gone above and beyond to care for me! This is the first doctors office I have ever been to that wants to get your full records. I am an unorganized person, so I actually love this. They got ahold of my gynecologist, psychiatrist, MU health center, etc, themselves, so they could collect my medical history. I also had a scary growth on my throat and they called an ENT themselves, so I could get in as soon as possible. I have never felt so cared for before and I cant say enough great things about this place. I also love that they have everything in the same building: medical, dental, mental, blood work, all in one place! Within 2 hours, I saw my primary care doctor, walked about 150 steps to get blood work done and then about 80 steps over to my therapist and had a session there. It feels so great to feel taken care of and to know they genuinely care, even the nurses have been amazing.

Megan Cates lacks compassion and bullies patients. The nurses at her station make fun of people with disabilities. The clinic itself will lie about services they offer in order to get appointments and bill your insurance, leading you on for months with false promises of new staff being hired soon.

Nurses and Drs are really nice and give really good care and are very understanding!

Well we had a frustrating time. Im helping someone in obtaining MO ID. You need a Birth Certificate and Social Security Card to get the ID but you need an ID to get the documents required. He is homeless and recently released from prison. He has no paperwork and is not on probation or parole so theres nothing they can do either. So frustrating.

Every time I’ve came in to get my depo shot the nurses were extremely rude and very rough when putting in the shot I always bruise really bad around the shot area. And when I show up they treat me as more of a chore than actually wanting to help.

Front Desk is rude, didn’t want to take time to help me because they were to busy gossiping about other workers , I was literally the only person standing in line waiting on them to stop the bash session. When I call Jill answered the phone laughing and talking and I couldn’t understand her so she gets upset with me . Very unprofessional staff.

Always listen to my concerns and provide necessary referrals. Love it!

My Primary Doctor

So I bring my kid in to get an inhaler prescription and wait for everyone in front of us to go, plus four other walk ins that came after us go in front of us, dont get it why does this happen? I asked receptionist if they forgot about us and she says no your rge last ones. And shes right because theres nobody else here now but us!!! What a crock:;!+/,*°= !!!!!!

Just expect to wait 2 hours to get seen! Just crazy!
