The staff was extremely friendly and very personable! They allowed the twins to roam and they mingled with them very lovingly! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

I absolutely LOVE Dr.Page, we have seen a couple different doctors there and they are all great but definitely very happy that Dr.Page is my sweet boys primary physician! She is very kind and very attentive, never rushes and takes the time to address every concern Ive had. Love that they have separate waiting rooms for sick and routine checkups. Not a complaint but wish their checkout processing was alittle better than everything being taken care of at the front desk. Front desk is very busy with phones calls and checking people in that sometimes it can back the traffic up so to speak. After the baby has had shots you are wanting to get out quickly to get that baby home!

These amazing people helped protect and care for my daughters in an extreme time of need. They will forever be loved and thought very highly of ❤

We have been going to this clinic for about three years now and every year it seems to get better. The staff is very polite and friendly. Dr. Soroos is fabulous. She takes her time to address all of our concerns and does a great job with our kids. The office makes it easy to get a same day sick appointment. All of the doctors we have seen have been excellent. The facility is also very well-maintained.

One of the best pediatric clinics I know of. I went to this clinic my whole childhood when they were on Polo Road and now my son goes here. I definitely recommend this doctors office for anyone with children. They answer questions quickly and return phone calls within the same day and are very helpful with an concerns.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with this practice. I left another pediatric practice because I didn’t feel like the doctor was listening, I waited at least an hour in the lobby, then another 30 minutes in the room before the doctor came in (and I had an appointment). At Palmetto Pediatrics, I can barely sit down before we’re called back and the nurse is immediately in the room followed by the doctor. We see Dr. Soros. SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! She listens, she checks my children thoroughly. She doesn’t over test and send me into a panic just to make more money, but she doesn’t brush everything off either. I consider myself a tough critic, so it says a lot when I have nothing negative to say about this practice.

I just took my son for his first visit with Dr. Page; he absolutely loved her! When a 10 year old says that’s the best doctor he’s had that means something to me. She was so patient and really took the time to talk to him and listened to him, as a mom I couldn’t have been happier with this experience.

Left numerous voicemails on the nurse line but never got a call back about a prescription. Front desk are helpful. Wish they were more efficient in returning phone calls, this is the only visit I’ve had a problem. I’ve heard from numerous friends they wish they had someone bilingual too. Probably something they should look into.

We have always loved Palmetto Pediatric! This last visit was a yearly check up for our 5 year old. They took extra measures to make sure their staff and patients were safe and that the facility was clean. We have had good experiences with Palmetto Pediatrics for years and years. We have seen a variety of doctors when ours was out of the office or fully booked for the day, and there hasn’t been one doctor that we didn’t feel comfortable with. The nurses have talked me through so many scary moments. Office staff has always been professional and kind.I would like to take a minute to sing the praises of our favorite, though. We met Dr. Soroos for the first time when our oldest was born, 16 years ago. She was the on-call doctor at the hospital and he was having breathing issues. She came to the room, gently explained what was going on, and when she left her shift, she turned around and said that she lived close to the hospital, to have them call and she’d come back if we needed her. We were first-time parents and terrified that our brand new baby was not doing as well as we expected. We had planned on using a different pediatrician until then, but the second she told us that she would come back, it was clear she was the one for us.We now have 5 children and she’s been there with us the whole time, always offering advice, informing us from a medical perspective, but never pushy. Always careful to look at all possibilities, explaining the how and why for everything she is checking for.I brought our kids in for Covid testing at the end of quarantine after I was sick with Covid. Dr. Soroos talked to me about my own sickness and was genuinely concerned about how I was holding up. She spent more time with me than any other doctor or medical professional did in the previous weeks. I appreciated that she cared about me even though I wasn’t her patient. Today we were in the office again and as we left she commented that we seemed more like family. Our whole family agrees with her. She’s been nothing less than the best for all of our years as her patients.I’d also like to mention the new PA in the office. I can’t remember his name (so sorry 😬), but he’s been so good with the kids when they’ve come in. He’s a great addition to the practice.

Weve used Palmetto Peds at the NE location for 7 years and have only had positive experiences. The staff is always friendly, nurses and doctors are great with kids and always respond to calls timely, and the wait times are almost nonexistent. I dont think Ive ever say in the waiting room for more than 15 minutes.

Brianna enjoyed meeting her new Physician and we were extremely impressed with the entire new system that’s in place for the COVID-19 Pandemic. This visit enabled quality care for patients while keeping all safety measures in place. Kudos to Dr. Page and all staff member for demonstrating excellence service in a professional manner.

Expressed concerns for Covid after the ER refused to test and Dr. Soroos assured me that I had valid reasons for concerns. She provided the proper checkup and testing for my child to put our minds at ease that she was ok considering the symptoms!

Awesome experience getting tested for covid 19 for my daughter and myself. They were very professional and kind. They were able to tell us our results in 20mins for the blood test for the antibodies as well as the nasal swab. Weve been going to them since my oldest was born and she is now 27!
