Dr. McNamee is the best doctor Ive had in years. She is always on time, listens to my questions and answers, and gives me the truth. Her nurse and scribe are always respectful and friendly. I trust her completely. If there were ever any issue, she/they would take care of it.

Love Dr. Henderson and her team! My son was a preemie and she is his pediatrician as well as my doctor as well! She is always able to fit us in and gets back fairly fast to questions that we ask. I really feel like she listens when I come to her with questions or concerns.

I had been looking for a primary care physician for a while. Im so happy I have Dr Lee. He is so nice and compassionate. He listens to all my issues and manages my healthcare with care and precision.

The clinic service is great, fast, professional. All nurses are super nice, Dr. Mabe is very knowledgeable, caring, funny, personal. My daughter and I go to her and we are both very impressed with her professional and personal skills. She is fast to respond your messages and refills. definitely recommend!

Dr. Henderson is great! The office staff are always very helpful and responsive whenever I call or message them through MU Healthe for prescription refills, appointments, etc. Have been going here for over 3 years now and have no complaints

Very disappointing just relocated from another state and was attempting to establish care here I have several muscular skeletal issues that I have been treated for for about 20 years met with Dr green at the clinic and was made to feel like I was an unusual bug I found that he was not at all interested in my care overall but only interested in degrading and humiliating me. I wouldnt recommend him to work on a farm animal much less a human being. I dont think he knows what a human being really is actually.

Agreed. Mabe is cold, apathetic and was overall a complete bully to my Mom and made her cry. She also told her she had a heart murmur and sent us the Cardiology when she didnt have one. Seems the trend that she is making her patients get unnecessary tests and referrals. Probably to make money. Not to mention she is always an hour and a half behind. She maybe can treat a cold, but thats it. Do not go to her if you have multiple problems. She doesnt care.

It is my first time at this place. Horrible customer service and i feel they are racist when it comes to people of color.I was waiting for a hour before they told me the doctor was a hour late. Then they informed me of a board that was supposed to tell you updates but thats was a hour late. Dont go to this faculty .I thought being on Southside would be better for care but it is the worst. See 15 patients get seen and you still have not being scene.

Very disappointed in the services I receive from this facility, its like the patents dont matter the quality of the services and treatment is questionable. I moved here from Kansas, the services at this location is the lowest Ive ever experienced. It takes days to get prescriptions filled, while Im sitting at home in pain and missing work and not getting any better, where do our rights as a patent start, Im tired of not getting well and things being so confusing. Im one step away from just finding another clinic to go to and getting a attorney to have him fight all the medical bills Ive collected from this place, because theyve done me no good so far. Im sitting here still waiting for a response on my x-rays from 2 days ago the Dr. Said Id get a call about, Ive called left messages and no response.

Total waste of my time and money . Wanted to redo a procedure that had already been done before doing the procedure I had gone to them for orginally. They waited 2 weeks after I had seen the doctor before calling me back to schedule an appointment and then left me a voice message. I had to call back 3 times before actually talking to a scheduling person just to find out they wouldnt do the test because I had no one to drive me to do an outpatient procedure.

I was a patient at this clinic for two years, unfortunately. Dr. Nancy Mabe is the most apathetic person, much less doctor I have ever encountered. She is brusque, dismissive, insulting, and inattentive. On several occasions she refused to take action in emergency situations through home health, because I could not (I am severely disabled) make an office visit for her to charge me for. This twice resulted in hospitalisations, and nearly my death. She sabotaged my attempts to get care with a specialist. She will treat you like a drug seeking junkie if you need pain management - regardless of the severity and obviousness of your medical issues. The way I was treated at this clinic caused my girlfriend to cry on multiple occasions, and irreparably damaged my health further, as well as caused libel to be put into my health record which may require legal action to get rid of. And I was informed , when I attempted to complain, that Mabe is supposedly following common procedure. So, if you are seeking care in the future, or new care, do not, for your own good look for it through University Internal Medicine at Fairview Clinic, and especially not through Nancy Mabe, a doctor who clearly misunderstood the Hippocratic Oaths admonition against, and vow to do no harm.

Theyre prompt and professional with appointment times, and clear when theres a wait. They also went out of their way to help me get some last minute paperwork I needed.

Inside the office is a complete mess... I never get medication refills on time.. It takes forever to get your appointment with your doctor.. Its not really my doctor herself its more the clerical work on refills and authorizations..

Poor customer service! Made an appointment to be seen was given 815 am! I get a call the night before my appointment after 5pm to say i was scheduled incorrectly and I wasnt able to be seen and they would call me back in the morning. Very poor
