Doctors care on forest drive and rosewood refused patients and locked doors a hour before closing time. I asked was this something done on a regular or were they just doing it and she said it was up to the site manager. She stated Ashley Reddnixk decides to stop taking patients but it clearly says they close at 5 and they are the only two doctors care open as the others are temporarily closed on this side.

I took my daughter in for a visit due to a random severe red rash that seemed to consume her face belly and back in red bumps and she was super itchy. Upon arrival the nurse was nowhere to be found upfront. When she came out she seemed to not be concerned about any patients in the lobby and didn’t even look up at me while interrupting me trying to converse with her. She told me to sign in while filling out a slip she tells me there will be a 2.5-3 HOUR WAIT!!! I said okay because my daughter was getting worse seemed by the minute. I told her my daughter is 9 months and she dismissed me QUICKLY “our doctor is not going to see her” I asked(in extreme dismay and disbelief)if the doctor could at least just look at my babygirl??? The fact that someone in a doctors office had such a lack of compassion for a infant in pain made me want to vomit. She proceeded to give me a sarcastic “I’m sorry” to which I replied “you should be!!!”Giving the recommendation for me to take my infant daughter to a COVID filled ER!!! I cried in frustration and worry for my daughter!!! It is appalling that this is health care in America.

Came in with what I thought was a hairline fracture on toe, didnt know how I got it. No signs of infection, but the provider certainly seemed to think it was an infection, she didnt want to do an x-ray. Ok, cool, I trust you.Got my antibiotics, took that for a few days, nothing changes. I come back, new provider, and I made sure I got an x-ray this time. This provider seemed confused why I was diagnosed with an infection previously, because that clearly was not correct.I get my x-ray, they say nothing is broken, but they dont have a clue whats actually wrong with my toe, and I was told to visit an orthopedic doctor because they dont know.I also feel I should note that the x-ray tech claimed she didnt have any medical tape to tape my toe back with (which would have made the whole process easier). For a medical office, having medical tape on hand should be a basic requirement.Others have mentioned the woman at the front desk being rude - she definitely did not want to be there, and was not particularly welcoming. In any case, I spent $150 here (2 x $75, and thats after insurance) for me to be-Misdiagnosed-Be told I dont completely know whats wrong, but weve ruled out a few things-Be told Go somewhere else.$150 is not pocket change to me as a college student, and having to take off work twice to get nowhere does not help. Very disappointed.

I read some pretty bad reviews about this place - but honestly had a fine experience. I got there right when it opened at 8:00 - and was in and out of there in 30 minutes. The PA was super nice and answered all my questions. I read so many reviews saying the front desk staff was rude. The woman working at the front desk was not overly friendly but in no way was she rude or unkind. Just because someone isnt EXCITED to see you doesnt make them rude...

I am not one to typically leave a review — but this is the second unfriendly experience I have had here at this location, so I feel inclined to. The assistants/doctors are delightful here, but the front desk/receptionist is just so unwelcoming. She couldn’t even produce a simple “hello” or “goodbye”. Being the first person you see upon arrival, you would think she would maybe have a little more enthusiasm. Maybe she was having an off day? It happens, sure. But this is the SECOND time I have had an experience like this. Very cold and uninterested behavior. I love this Doctor’s Care because it is so convenient and close to home, but I’m thinking I might be having to find a new location of this continues.

$135 (me not using insurance isn’t their fault at all which is why they fit the first star). The receptionist isn’t very welcoming but she didn’t have a attitude or anything, just seems like she’s waiting to get off or tired! But $135 to be in the room for (5) mins to tell me there’s nothing wrong (which is great news) however l, when I mentioned how I thought something else was related the PA mentioned how they only deal with one thing at a time. I understand the business of it all but I never been to a place where they take your money so fast and get you out so fast to make a quick buck. She coulda spent more time talking about any lifestyle changes etc.No diagnosis, no care, told me to get something from a store and pointed me to the door.$135.00. Smh. The second star is because I know they are running a business but you don’t have to make it evident that it’s about a quick buck.

I went to doctors care on Saturday. My appointment (I saved my spot online) was pushed back at least five times, even though I had one person in front of me. After reserving a spot around 11am, I was told that I should show up at 2:41 p.m. via text. I showed up, the lady at the front told me to fill out my paperwork online, and so I did. I went back in when I was done just for her to tell me that the wait was 2 1/2 hours! Why would they tell me to be there at 2:41 just for me to wait that long?? I left and went home because I live five minutes away. I get a call at 4 saying that they are ready to see me, and I told the woman okay, I was on my way. She told me if youre not here in five minutes we are moving to the next person which was not told to me before I left. I rush over, just to wait, ONCE AGAIN. Finally, the doctor barely looked at me, she tried to push me out of there as fast as possible. I was told that my prescription was sent to the Walgreens down the road, and I went to pick it up the next day just to be told that they never sent the prescription! I called on Saturday requesting that they send my prescription once again, and they said they did. It is now Monday, I called Walgreens once again, and I finally found out that Doctors care sent my prescription to CVS, not once, but TWICE! I have a severe infection, unable to eat or drink anything, and I have been without medicine for THREE DAYS BECAUSE THEY SENT MY PRESCRIPTION TO THE WRONG PHARMACY! I called and confirmed TWICE that they sent it to Walgreens, and they never did. I wouldnt go to this doctors care if you care about your health!

Highly recommend. My son had an accident and had a gash on the back of his head yesterday evening. His pediatrician was closed. We did not want to go to the ER due to CV-19, the potential long wait time, and because it wasnt technically an emergency. The staff was amazing. The site was clean and not crowded (we didnt see any other patients during our visit). The doctor, Will, was great with my 9 year old. He offered two techniques for treating gash, and allowed us to choose. It was amazing how quickly my son bounced back from fear and tears to relief and smiles. Thank you Will and Doctors Care staff for taking care of us!

My daughter had a hurt knee and a sore throat and was told she can only be seen for one issue at a time per their policy so she had to choose which health care issue she wanted to have addressed. The provider had the option to see her for more than one thing but refused due to this policy. They proceeded to check her throat and told her - without an XRay - that her bronchial tubes have been clogged for 2 months and she has closed sinuses and ballooning in her ears as a result. Gave her prednisone prescription which lowers a persons immune system (really during Covid?) and other medications. She was skiing this weekend and had a sore throat - hence the hurt knee. I will find a primary care physician near her for future visits. Now she has to go out again and risk Covid because a medical facility denied her all the treatment she needed. Totally unacceptablePeople on the phone are rude and sassy - I wanted the providers name and was told it won’t be given to me because now they fear the providers life is in danger - I just wanted to report the person to my insurance for a dr denying care. Then they told me that is not true the provider didn’t refuse care - so help me understand how she wasn’t seen for both issues if the provider didn’t refuse?? If I could give negative stars I would - don’t waste your time - go get real care someplace else

Go ANYWHERE but here. My daughter has had 3 negative experiences here. This place does all they can to take your money and then not treat you. Her last visit, on Monday, they took her copay upfront and then told her she couldnt be seen there for her complaint. Literally, no visit and she was charged. The other 2 virtual visits, the provider refused to do anything for treatment of her ailments. In one of those cases, she ended up going to the ER after their neglect and was diagnosed with sepsis. This can be deadly and they caused her treatment to be delayed. They certainly collected her copays each time. This apathy is shocking and unacceptable for healthcare providers. We have attempted to reach the office manager and she never called back. I am disputing the charges and the dispersement of my insurance payments. If you want to get a diagnosis or treatment, dont use this location.

More expensive than other nearby urgent cares. A “basic” visit will cost you $240. I went in for a sinus infection and needed antibiotics. Doctor was nice, but I spent less than 5 minutes with her. Doctor told desk person to charge me for a “basic” visit. I was charged $102, which is similar to what I payed at another nearby urgent care on a different visit. I would have been happy with the visit if that was the actual cost. However, a month later I was sent a bill for an additional $57. No explanation why. Total cost was $240 dollars for less than 5-minutes with the doctor!!! After state insurance, my out-of-pocket is $160. Location was convenient, but not convenient enough to be charged $60 more than other nearby urgent cares. Beware you will probably get a bill after your visit charging you more than you expected.

While the people there were very nice and friendly, I was terribly misdiagnosed. I went to see them regarding a rash on both of my arms that was beginning to spread. There was no obvious signs of infection but I was prescribed antibiotics and antibiotic cream for the rash as well as Zyrtec for the itching. I was never told what my diagnosis was, nor was I given any paperwork upon leaving. My symptoms got progressively worse over the weekend, so I decided to check the online portal to see what they diagnosed me with - they claimed it was cellulitis which would indicate that there was an infection (there was not, not even close). I made an appointment with a dermatologist who was able to diagnose me with poison ivy within two seconds of looking at my issues. I honestly didnt expect that because I hadnt been near any type of vines, etc in two weeks, but she was certain thats what it was. Now I have the proper medication and treatment plan, but wasted $200 between the visit and prescriptions for something I did not have. Seems pretty sad that Doctors Care not only got it wrong, they assumed I had an infection that I didnt have. I joked the other day that I would have gotten a better diagnosis from the locations previous business, Pizza Man. Sad but true.

The lady at the front desk had an unnecessary attitude and while I understand being overwhelmed is stressful, her lack of assistance to get my doctors note for work took over an hour and a half and she fought with me on if I deserved one even though I was heavily medicated and my face was completely swollen. They treated me and then she had to go back and ask the doctor because she refused to write me a doctors excuse. Even if Im having another life-threatening allergic reaction and its the closest doctor Im never going here ever again. I recommend you choose any doctors care but this one.

Clean and fast facility. I went on a Monday around lunch and had no wait. The doctor and nurse were very friendly and professional.

Iam self pay, I went to the office for a URI; I revieced amoxicillin, which was ineffective. I called, and the staff seemed appothetic, after getting the run-around I was told Id have to pay for another appointment a little perplexed, seeing how my URI wasnt treated with a effective antibiotic. Im very dissatisfied with my treatment I can not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Incompetent, only ran a strep test and it was negative. Turns out I have mono, but they never even tested for it. Return a week later because they misdiagnosed me and the amoxicillin they gave me made my mono much much worse. Refused to send me a bill for co-pay (so I could dispute it), even though I was sick as a dog coming in for a return visit and needing a mono test to confirm my diagnosis. If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you value good service and genuine care, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

If you are young and have Medicaid, I would not recommend coming here. They wont take you seriously because they do not have time to do so. Doctors here have a 40/day suggested patient quota that can be a hinderance with providing proper primary care and documentation. I heard the doctor complaining about it in the hallway. This doctor went on to say that insurance and billing also get in the way. This same doctor then came into my room and demonstrated EXACTLY the point they made in the hallway without knowing that they were overheard. This place is a money mill. Most US healthcare facilities are. This fact is most blatant here.

The staff was very quick in getting me to a patient room. I’ve been pretty reluctant to use urgent care facilities in the past, but my visit to doctors care on Roswood Drive put those fears at ease.
