I waited 3 hours to be seen. I dont have insurance so when I went to pay I asked how much it was going to be and she swiped my card before even telling me how much. I asked about how long the wait was and she rolled her eyes and said idk. The waiting room was so quiet they had no TV or radio or anything on so you can litterally hear people peeing in the restroom!!! Disgusting!!

The bedside manner of the nurse....who just entered the exam room without knocking ....didn’t even give a greeting or introduce herself.... didn’t verify the patient(my 11 y/o)....that we came in contact with earlier this evening was horrible. Let me not forget about the “well I’m the provider” as she stated with her attitude....what a perfect pair (sarcastically speaking) to work together and serve the community. Kudos to the front desk staff and whomever the young lady was in the lab coat in the back. My apologies to the young lady at the front desk as I was leaving for not giving you a farewell greeting. Needless to say I will not be returning and waiting on my refund for services not rendered.

The check in online process makes things run smoother, only used for school sports physicals when I couldn’t get my children to their PCM, they even had a form for me because I forgot the one I needed. Staff friendly even with a billing mixup they handled and explained it timely and efficiently.

I did NOT care for the tone and bedside manner used tonight with my daughter between the nurse who took vitals ans blood and the doctor neither were very friendly. The front desk staff were very welcomingthough.. We came in for abdominal pain and no scans were done but jumped right to a pregnancy test on a 13 year old (without notifying me that was being done first). After 2 hours of waiting we got a 5 min exam and I use the term exam very loosely. From now on if we need care I will drive a few extra miles and go elsewhere.

I went to Doctors Care and there was hardly anyone there but I waited about an hour to be seen. I had to return two days letter for the follow up and again there was maybe 2 people in the waiting area and 2 in the car. I waited for 2 hours. I had to ask the front office how much longer and thats when the nurse called me back and took all of 2 min to see me which I knew it wouldnt be long at all. This place is slow. If you have a serious urgency this is not the place to go. If you can wait it out go to your doctor. Heck just go to another place in general.

From the time I walked in to the time I left was 2 1/2 hours, the majority of it was waiting. When I call to get information on the patient portal access, the young lady that I spoke with had no idea how to assist me. Someone needs to train the staff on customer support. There were very few patients ahead of me to cause this long of a wait. Needless to say I will never come back here. The lack of professionalism and care for the patient and the attitude of the Front desk employees was very very poor. Not the way to run a business.

Waiting time to be seen after registering online was long. Then the waiting time to be seen by the practitioner while waiting in the exam room was long also. Nevertheless, the staff was very polite and helpful and I would return to this location.

I was refused of care I didnt receive from Doctors Care Urgent Care on a non-venomous corn snake bite on April 21, 2021 in Columbia, SC. I filled out the necessary insurance and care paperwork for them and paid them my $25 copay for services at check in. The nurse who did my vitals was disgruntled and rude toward me. Then doctor comes into care room and doesnt even take a look at my pinky finger of the snake bite. She tells me they dont care for cuts and/or wounds, that I would have to go to the E.R. Now, from what I read on Urgent Care websites, they are required to care for wounds and cuts. Well, I didnt receive no care from Doctors Care at all and I want my $25 copay refunded back to me. Their refusal was unnecessary and uncalled for. I suggest to anyone who wants care, dont go here.

Went to the Ridgeview Doctors Care Monday for an eye infection. I had been there several years ago also. I continue to be impressed with the cleanliness and order of the waiting area and exam rooms. The staff there is excellent, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to go back there if the need arises. Great place if you need some urget care,

Professional staff, good bedside manners from nurse and PA, on site resources to conduct lab work, x-ray and interpretation by doctors. My condition was diagnosed and a course of action set in place to help me recover.

I just paid $125.00 for my DOT Physical and once again a nurse practitioner made it hard for me to get qualified to drive. My office visit numbers were good and I take my medicine like Im supposed to but because of my A1C from my personal doctor visit was a point over 10, I was not given my card. And I didnt get a refund. Im gonna do the race card because everytime I have to deal with the NPRs I find myself getting refused for something. Yet as I go to different truck stops I see very over weight truck drivers whose meal plans are unbelievable. I suggest that all truck drivers of color stay away. Its sad that certain businesses make it hard for truck drivers to do their jobs! Maybe its time for all truck drivers to take a stand against high fuel prices and DOT regulations and show the american people the importance of truck drivers. Because if it wasnt for out sacrifices they would wake up to empty shelves.

I understand covid restrictions with only the patient present but in the case of a parent who doesn’t have anywhere to take there other child it is very frustrating to hear they will not see my child unless my other child who is 4 years old isn’t inside the building. There needs to be some exceptions taken into account so as undue injury isn’t made from having to make multiple appointments and turned away due to having more than one child. As a side note myself and both my children had on full face masks as the receptionist (whose face masks was pulled down below her nose) was telling us in order to stop the spread we needed to leave.

Under staffed. Had to wait over 2 hours just for a drug test, and they werent even that busy.

I’ve had experiences in the past that have been great BUT i had one of the worst encounters today. I bring my husband here for the first time to get this bite checked out and the lady who called him in was disrespectful! Mrs narci i believe is her name . I don’t really care what you got going on but when it comes to servicing people you have to learn how to kindly and appropriately address and talk to people. Her demeanor was terrible. Should of took the day off or something because i rather have not been encountered with such rudeness. Even a guest in the lobby looked at me and started Addressing the situation because he knew it was WRONG and she was disrespectful !

I went twice, once for an initial visit and once for a follow up. The first time went very well and was a short visit. The second visit I sat in my car 30 minutes past the time I was supposed to be seen, but once inside, the visit was incredibly short. Overall, a decent place.

At first I was hesitant about going back due to the poor service I received from the black female Dr or nurse Practioner. After deciding to return for a follow up Lyndsey and Shelley took great care of me and made my visit pleasant.Thanks again ladies you both went above and beyond.....

Had a simple sprained wrist and so I was just gonna leave with my axe wrap but the doctor came in and said since you have insurance the brace is FREE. Well two weeks later I recieved a bill for $80 dollars for the brace I didnt want. I told them Id pay fair market value of $20 but they refused and will not return my 7 messages. I will not pay you until you speak with me. Never go to this place

I am soooooo disgusted with Doctors Care. Over fathers day weekend I became sick. After attempting to go to work on Monday, June 22, I was sent to the doctors for suspicion of covid 19 due to my symptoms. I wasnt allowed in the building but I saw the doctor by video. She was very kind and immediately sent an order for me to be tested. I went right way to get my test done. I was told that it would take approximately 1-3 days to get my results and was given a note to miss work for the remainder of that week while I awaited my test results. Well, here it is July 1 2020 and I still have no test results 9 days later. On top of that I have called the office at least 4 different times requesting a an extension of my doctors note so I would not lose my job but yet have not received that. I understand the numbers are sky rocketing but this is absolutely ridiculous. I have other family members and CO workers who are waiting on my test results to know what they need to be tested. Doctors care has definitely dropped the ball on this one

This Drs Care was great. I usually jsut go to my PCP but when an urgent need came up they were there and the clinical staff was just great. I will visit them again if there is an urgent need.

The entire staff had to stay over an hour past closing time to assist me. Each person was friendly and kind even though it was the end of the day. I highly recommend this group.

This was not a pleasant visit. I was sent to this location for a pre-employment drug screen. I contacted the location prior to arrival and was told to come in. Upon arrival they were a handful of other patient ahead of me. I am in the process of moving and had vendors in my home, so I asked the receptionist how much longer before I would be seen. She informed me 15-20 minutes. I left to pay the vendors, and had my daughter hold my place in the Que. I returned within 10 minutes, right at 5:03, and there were still a few patients ahead of me. I was then informed that I would need to return the next day as You cannot leave the premises for a Drug Screen. I asked for a manager and to see the policy. I was frustrated as the receptionist saw me leave. In my haste of rushing back, I left the car unlocked and sent my daughter to go out an lock the car door. At this time I was taken back and allowed to to provide the specimen. I was in the back for approx 20 minutes. Upon my departure I began looking for my daughter and located her in the parking lot. Apparently the doors were locked and no one thought to allow her to wait for me in the lobby. This was poor customer service at its finest and I hope this is not the continued trend of Doctors Care.

I checked in online at 11:30 with four people ahead of me and an estimated to to be seen of 12:30 on a Thursday. It is now 4:15 and I’m finally in an exam room waiting some more. I was on time to be seen and almost HOUR HOURS LATER haven’t even caught a glimpse of a doctor a walking around the office... pitiful and unacceptable.

There is no point of checking in online . I had a check in for 2½ hours away. Pulled into parking lot and got a text saying theyre an hour behind. Came back, did screening and sent outside to wait in my car (93°) with a full blown case of shingles. Totally empty waiting room. Ive been outside now for an hour. 2 hours after my check-in time.

I did online check in and once I arrived I waited maybe 10 minutes before being called back. Kim, the nurse practitioner, was excellent and she ran a few tests to make sure her suspicions about an infection were correct (sinus and lungs). From the front office ladies to the nurses and radiology tech - everyone was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this Drs Care location!

Every time that I have had to go to this location I always leave satisfied and aware of what’s going on. I fee that I’m never left in the dark about anything nor do I doubt it question any procedure. If ever I can’t get to my primary physician I make it a point to come to this location.

Went to Doctors Care today (Christmas Day!) because I caught germs that were going around my office. The staff were AMAZING, professional, polite, and they even helped make sure that there was a pharmacy near by that was open. They even told me I could get my prescription directly from them if I needed. Best customer service I have ever seen in an urgent care/doctors care type office, and especially on Christmas Day.Thank you for being open and helping those of us that really needed to feel better before having to return to work. I greatly appreciated it today.

It had been a few years since I last needed to go to a Doctors Care and they didnt have the online check-in choose where you wait option back then. It worked exactly as advertised. I signed in online and waited at home. About 2 hours later they texted and said that they were ready for me. I drove to the Doctors Care, filled out a form and in about 3 minutes they had me in the back. A nurse checked temp, blood pressure, etc and asked what was wrong. A few minutes later the doctor walked in and spent 10 minutes or so checking me over and prescribing what I needed. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone at the Doctors Care was very friendly, polite and professional. It was SO much easier and more convenient than trying to get in to see my regular doctor and I was very satisfied with the treatment that I received at Doctors Care.

Our first visit here, we were quickly checked in and did not have to wait long to be seen. The facility was clean and the staff courteous. Once called back, we saw the Nurse Practitioner almost as soon as we were given a room. She was super sweet, very conversational all while being professional and made sure to ask all the questions needed to get a diagnosis for my son. I was very pleased overall and am grateful for the help we got from this establishment!

This place is horrible and unorganized. I came in at 9 the opening time. Mind you people were already inside when I got here. I did not get checked in until 10! Once I asked how long was the wait I was told that I wont be seen for an hour! No order! If I was not sick I would run out of here fast as hell!

The service that I received at Doctors Care was professional, informative, and thorough. The Doctor helped me to understand my physical condition. I felt mentally and psychologically comforted at the end of my doctors visit.

We had a 30 minute wait. The receptionist was very courteous and professional. Dr. Stewart had a great bedside manner and spent as much time as we needed discussing our problems. We never felt rushed. She ended up referring us to the nearest E.R. and she made sure we were not charged for the visit. I would recommend this Doctors Care to anyone.

Do not go to this establishment they will turn you away. They only care about money not your health which they took an oath for when becoming a doctor. Your money to them means more than your health and making you better. Dr.Lance along with his staff turned me away for money that i did not owe. Along with that a woman at the front desk thought i was comical and started laughing at my dispute. So please save yourself aggravation and go somewhere where YOU as a patient will be cared about. I have great insurance which provides me with full coverage which i how i knew i did not owe them money. So please dont go to this urgent care. They need to be shut down. Maybe then they will learn how to treat patients.

Terrible experience. Paid to have a physical and asked the doctor to fill out the immunization form. He simply wrote “see attached” and attached a copy of my immunizations. The form clearly said it had to be individually filled out. When I brought this to his attention, he said, “well this is how I’ve done it for other schools and no one has said no!” My school rejected the immunization form and said I needed to get it refilled out. The best part was that I was missing a few boosters and the doctor didn’t even look at the chart to notice it, he just simply wrote “see attached.”

They were very thorough and listened to my concerns.

This place is ridiculously slow! We checked in online and waited 3 hours to be called! When we finally received a call, we raced to the office only to have all the people sitting in the lobby called before us! Don’t use the online registration because they aren’t effectively using it, they are preventing people from going in when it’s convenient to them under the false pretenses that they will be in line under an online check in!

The tech that checks your bp was sooo nasty she hanks the bp cuff off of you. She types in wrong meds she doesnt take the time to listen to you. She put me in a room left out slams door didnt say rhe doctor will be with you. Horrible experience she is in the wrong field

For the most part, I was quite pleased with the service I received at Doctors Care. My waiting room time was something along the lines of a half hour, which, considering I was a walk in patient, is more than acceptable. The professionalism at the front desk left a bit to be desired; the receptionist was a bit rude to a couple of the patients, but I guess you cant have everything.Once I got to the medical professionals, the care was quite good. The nursing staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician was able to draw blood for my blood work from a vein that NOBODY ever gets - I was impressed. And Doctor Lance was very attentive and answered all of my questions. They did the blood work and an EKG; the technician who did the latter was clearly a bit inexperienced and had to leave the room to request assistance a couple of times, but no harm done.All in all, Id say the service I received was quite good. Id definitely go back in a similar situation.

I am thankful and grateful for Dr. Lance and the staff at The Ridgeview Doctor’s Care. I visited Doctor’s Care for the first time as a patient with a nagging cough and sore throat. After Dr. Lance examination he found it to be more serious. My cough is gone my throat hasn’t feel this good in months.

Called to get in the queue at Drs Care-Ridgeview at 11:10AM and I got a confirmation text message for 5:00PM. Went back to look at the text several hours later in the day (they used to send you updates) and then got a message that my appointment was cancelled. WHAT?! Called the office. Waited for almost ten minutes before they could speak on the phone, and they are telling me that; since Im not on the computer list and the online registry is closed for the day, that I will just have to come in and wait. Technically, I had already been waiting for four hours. After getting nowhere, I asked for the supervisor and asked if she would just get me back on the list. Reasonable? Apparently not. They dont have any paper. Yep, thats what she said. They have no more access to the online list than we do and were unwilling to right my name down on a sticky note or something for the 5:00PM spot. They suggested I just come in and wait. Why do they even have an online sign up if it means nothing?I had been to this site before and EVERYONE was great and the system worked smoothly. They were able to take an x-ray right then and the doctor determined I had pneumonia. I know they are busy now, but I would have expected better today. I will say that both the receptionist and the supervisor kept there cool and stayed polite, but that way of doing things at Doctors Care should allow for a PERSON to override the computer system. Or, at least supply paper for the staff.

I visited here on 5/29/19 for my son. I did the online checkin around 4:00pm. I called 1 hour later and spoke to the receptionist Sharon (African American lady with an accent) who assured me that his name was on the waiting list and for me to wait for the text message telling me to come within 30 minutes. Refusing to tell me how many people were ahead of my child. I showed up to this Doctors Care at 7pm knowing that they closed at 8pm and that same receptionist rudely me tells me “the checkin falls off after so long, you have to check in here” as she points to the kiosk never making eye contact with me. Very poor service.

I received fast and through services here. I will return and tell people about this Doctors Care.

Was told my sons prescriptions would be called in to the pharmacy when we went to leave. They didnt do that. By the time I got to the pharmacy it was after 5pm. So there was nobody at doctors care to answer the phone. The next morning I called to let them know that this was unexceptable. The girl on the phone got rude with me. I will never go there again and will not recommend this place to anyone else. If it was their child they would be highly upset.

This was the worst place I have been to. It started with a phone call to the front desk. The woman that answered the phone was rude and not helpful. Online check in wasn’t working at all. So I thought I would call. She could offer no assistance and had no answers for wait time. Kept talking to the other staff while talking to me. So I assumed it was a bad day for her. I went in. Same lady just had a bad attitude. I had been diagnosed with both strands of the flu and didn’t want to expose everyone in the room but instead she was unable to run my insurance card bc that was “not in her job description”. By now dying was a better option. So after spending an hour trying to do her job, offering to pay cash I left. She also advised someone who didn’t want to wait to use musinex. Last time I checked she didn’t have a degree. My 104 fever, chills and chest pains needed a doctor not an attitude. Now I know why the elderly would rather die. The saddest part is had nothing to do with the medical professionals who I am sure are tired of her attitude too. Customer service has gone downhill here for sure.

I went to this dr yesterday with my knee swollen to the point i was unable to walk on it and the bottom of my chin was swollen. It was a older gentleman there seeing patience. When he came in the room he didnt even give me a chance to finish explaining what was going on w me he looked in my throat m told me everything looked ok. Didnt check my ears or anything else to see if maybe it was sinus related thats y under my chin was swollen. He walks out n says he was gonna get me to get a xray of my knee. After the x-ray came in n told me that i needed to lose weight thats y my knee was hurting because it was to much weight on my knee. I have never been so appalled. I had stop coming here cause last time i came n was seen by him we was in the room waiting on him to come bk n he never did. We ended up peeking out the door to see what was taking so long and how about the dr was gone the place had closed n they was cleaning up. This place is ridiculous when the lady is there it is great but the older black gentleman needs to retire.

One of the the two receptionists was kind, thats the only pro Ive got. I waited for over three hours at this place. I initially spent 2.5 hours in the waiting room because there was ONE physician on site yet theyd been open for over an hour! After being seen for all of 5 minutes and having my head forcefully & painfully pushed back to inspect my nostrils, the physician told me to go sit & wait up front for my prescription. After waiting another 30 minutes, the receptionist (sweet lady) goes, Oh, prescriptions are sent over electronically, youre good to go! Why on earth did the PHYSICIAN instruct me to sit and wait if that was the case?! Not to mention, one of the receptionists was very snappy and rudely told an incoming patient that the wait would be more than 5 hours! Please dont waste your time!

Almost a 3 hour wait. I arrived right when they opened at 8 am on a Friday. Only 4 people in front of me. I was in bad pain from a neck injury. No pain meds just a shot and some muscle relaxers. Had to go to my regular doctor the next day for some relief.The staff was friendly and the doctor did apologize for the long wait. The place looks nice on the outside. But the dust buildup on the medical instruments in the room and dirty wood floors assured me I would not be returning.
