I found Dr.Lance back in January when I was trying to control my hormones after the birth of my first son. I suffer from Hashimotos Disease and PCOS. Both Dr.Lance and his assistant, Lauren, were professional, kind, and caring in a way that I have never experienced in a medical office. Dr. Lance often say down for at least an hour to listen to my concerns and address each one. He did his own research and even printed out articles for me on the most recent medical advances when it came to my condition. He also instructed me on my diet to help combat my weight issues and energy level. This office is unlike any place I have ever been to. I have never met such a kind and caring doctor. Its no wonder that he has been in practice as long as he has. While he does not take insurance, his professional fees are manageable, and the level of care you get is incredible for the price. Dr. Lance is an amazing doctor. He is caring and attentive. He actually cares about his patients. He is prompt and easy to reach. He is an Angel and keeps up with the latest medical news. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Lance is my husbands g.p. and endocrinologist. Now that he has gone concierge, we have to do a little more insurance paperwork and pay a bit more, which is a bit of a stretch for us. But we didnt think twice about following him from the group to the individual practice. We NEVER have to wait, his assistant Lauren is much warmer and friendlier, my husband gets excellent, unhurried care, and Dr. Lance himself is happier. He educates both of us about new developments in the study of Type 1 diabetes, and he makes recommendations that we trust about nutrition, lifestyle, etc.
