Dr. Riber rates a 5 by me. He has always been available for any emergency Ive had ranging from broken ribs to needing injections for pain related injuries. His staff is great and I have referred friends and family to him and they all were completely satisfied with his treatments.

Dr Stanislause has been understanding and compassionate. My PA is very smart and always answers my questions and always just seems to be really concerned about my wellness in general. I have been a patient for a few years now and am more than satisfied. I am very content with the care I have received.

Unprofessional staff, biased managers, very large turnover rate. I should’ve done my research before working there. Everything is unorganized and some of the work is a two person job. The back office staff is petty and if you are not in their circle they will treat you poorly.Some of the staff get away with murder there and do not care for the patients. It’s all about numbers to them. However the patients I worked with were pleasant and the front office staff was very nice. The only thing I miss about that place are the patients.

I left multiple messages for Dr.Riber with no callback. I was finally scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Stanislaus after waiting for months with pain so severe l couldnt get out of bed. My primary care doctor suggested ultram but couldnt prescribe due to new laws. I have multiple conditions she claims to treat but she only focused on one claiming not to know much about it.After reading my records she charged into the room and literally had a meltdown at the mention of medication.( lm allergic to steroids & after reading her reviews ,expensive procedures are her speciality) Her suggestions were lame ( maybe P.T. or hydrotherapy). Id like to see her go & sit in a tub of water with my type of pain. At the conclusion l could only utter, Dr. you have no empathy. She replied, l hear that all day long!. I should add lm a medical professional & have never taken pain meds chronically. I was treated like a drug seeker and talked down to.l would never treat a patient with the coldness l received from her. She misrepresents herself when she claims to treat pain. She really only wants to do procedures that she can benefit from by filing large claims. Do not waste your time going here.

I wrote a review earlier but it disappeared for some reason, so here goes try #2. I can say without a doubt that of the 4 pain management doctors I have seen throughout my military career, Dr Riber is far and away the best. He was kind, compassionate, and took time to listen and understand what I was telling him. I have a condition that will never go away, but he has taken every step he could to ensure that I am as comfortable as possible, and can function on a normal basis. His staff has been nothing friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you Dr Riber!

U will have to wait a while because he is always packed with patients but to me he’s worth it! I love Dr Riber. He is very caring and gives you a lot of time

I have been in pain management since June 2000 with upper and lower extremity CRPS. I had to go through major med change after moving from NC. The worst experience of my 19+ years. Emily wouldn’t respond to calls even after telling her my pain level was 10+. I was told to give it two weeks. Really have you ever lived in that kind of pain? I explained I couldn’t sleep for 4 days or even sit the pain was so bad. I was walking, screaming, jumping, even running trying everything to get away from the intense pain and I am suppose to wait two weeks for meds to work. If you have real pain find another Doctor.

My husband is his patient. He says he is compassionate, knowledgeable and good listener. Treatment very effective. Would recommend.

I love Dr. Stanislaus and she really helped me after an injury. I could not stand the PA they handed me off to and did not go back after seeing him.

Yesterday, my friend and I spent 2 hours trying to find the office. My appt was at the Bernardin office, I thought. When I called, was told Forest Drive. We never did find it. Had the info originally I could have googled.

This is my second time sitting in this office and both times have been unpleasant. Even my previous experiences by phone have been horrible and thats if they even answer or bother to return our calls. We arrive to the appointment 15 minutes early. Now here it is 40 minutes past the time of the appointment and were still sitting here. Whats the point in scheduling if we arent going to be seen around our scheduled time? Yet you want to charge us if we reschedule too late or if we show up late. If it were up to me we wouldve been moved on to a different doctor. Unfortunately my client is happy with Dr. Reiber so here we may stay.

I dont see Dr. Reiber I see the other Dr. She is very professional, appears to have compassion and understanding for those of us whose lives have been impacted by pain. I need the stimulator and honestly it isnt the Dr. But the staff that are the turn off point for me. They seem young, unorganized, and slightly dysfunctional from the one time I was there to now trying to get an appointment scheduled. Communication is weak and no one seems to really know or keep you in the loop. I was seen 4 months ago and still i dont have an appointment for the stimulator. Its very aggravating when you pay over 500 dollars a month for insurance because I was laid off most likely due to my pain and back issues and your plea for help per say takes a back burner. I think although someone specializes in something doesnt mean they understand the real struggle we face. My life has been forever changed and living day to day at times feels hopeless. Dont forget the type of people you are dealing with, at least not the honest ones who just want help and a better quality of life.

Ive been going to Dr.Riber for about 12 years now.Ive been to three different offices and love his new place.I was in a bad place way back when I first came to him.He saved me..and has always been there for me.Also his staff is great, never any problems..ever..One last thing, I drive from Rock Hill SC every month..This is the best pain doctors around..Thank you

After enduring ineffective treatment elsewhere Im a happy customer. The new facility is excellent and cut wait times considerably.

My experience with Palmetto Pain Management has been excellent. Dr. Riber has treated me the past few years and is always courteous and kind. Dr. Riber treats all of his patients kindly and takes time to not just treat the problem- but listen- Listens to the concerns of the patients and works with each patient to find a pain management course that works for them. Excellent physician and excellent staff!

Where do I begin...Oh yes, the telephone....which they NEVER answer and apparently their voice mails do not work either bc you do not get a return call. I agree with others comments that the staff is rude. My last conversation I had with one of their staff members was very RUDE. I was told, while I was trying to make a follow up appointment that the Dr needed to speak with my primary care physician, to see what they wanted to do with me. They must have not decided if they were going to take me out back and shoot me OR if they were going to give me a more comfortable death with gas, bc I havent received a return phone call yet, BUT then again they never return calls!!!!!! Here is a suggestion, give your staff a class in the proper way to phrase things to patients on the phone. If you are reading this and trying to decide if you want to go here....DONT. BUT I have confidence that even if you do decide to give them a try, they will not answer the phone anyway!!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

They really care about their patients, and they have a very friendly atmosphere, you feel like you can talk to them about anything and everything, yet they are very professional

I have been a patient here for years and as recently as 2 years ago I would have struggled to find something unpleasant to say. I had that today I can say many of the staff like me seem to struggle with the disappearance of Dr.Rieber.I needed to see him not a PA so I scheduled an appointment to see my Doctor. I didnt see him, I didnt get a call. I tried to ask the PA but I never get me questions answered???? Simple things like what can we do about my mouth being so dry?? I talked to the PA about a product I think about everyone who has a TV has seen, he said I cant suggest anything I havent read up on. My dental work that was all renewed with in the last 6 or 7 years, is falling out! My PSY. And I had a parting of ways and because I wouldnt sign a document that was full of lies she refused to prescribed my medication that was already past due. When she left her last job without anynotice my Dr. Riber helped me by filling my prescription until I was able up track down Dr. Jamison. I found out she wasnt at her practice when I showed up for my appointment. This time Dr. Riber filled one of 3 and I was told he was waiting for my records from Dr.Jamison. I dont know right now whats going on???? Last week I asked and this time I was told Dr.Riber has nevercand will never write a prescription for my other medications. I really dont feel that he cares about me! He does nothing but the expensive procedures, surgery stuff and for a long while we had to walk out of the office and down the hall to avoid the hall his office is on.I tried to speak to him about the new laws that would allow me to come in quarterly instead of monthly. I had done my research and I hate going last time I went in at 9:30 it was well after 12:00 before I Could leave. I never got an answer but I was scheduled to return in 0ne month. I hope what ever has caused this horrible change ends soon and the practice becomes what it was when I first started there. It was professional, personal, my questions got answered and I never dreaded going and I always felt that I was cared for and had no reason to ever be concerned. Now I just feral like a dollar billand its just heartbreaking.

My very first contact with this office which was over the phone was not pleasant. She (Gina) was rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I did NOT make an appointment. There has to be a more friendly staff out there somewhere else. I am calling your office for a specific reason....pain ! On the search for another.

The clinic is great but the rest of office are empty
