Always pleased with my nail services. My go to nail technician is Dalia and shes awesome. Always goes above and beyond!Every calming atmosphere within the spa. They also have really cute items to purchase including apparel and bath/shower trinquettes (love love love the shower bombs). And you can get points on the Safe 2 Save app and get discounts and such.

Great 1 hour massage today. They did a great job in fitting me in by checking both locations for me. The masseuse sensed tension in my back and helped by using warm stones to help. Highly recommend.

I would like to preface this by saying I do not relish in giving negative reviews. Generally, when I dont have a pleasant experience with a business or person, I just refuse to review. But this was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a salon, and one that is touted to be reputable at that, and I couldnt leave my experience unsaid.My appointment was cancelled mere hours before my appointment. I was told the stylist called in sick. Although I understand sickness happens often at the most inopportune times, this has never happened to me before with a hair appointment. Ever.I havent had a cut in a year and a half and just recently moved here. I was looking for a salon I could frequent, get membership at, and call home for the rest of my days here in Cstat. I was so excited to go here after the stellar reviews and services offered. Unfortunately, this will not be it.Edit to respond to the response on this post: I would not be writing this review if your stylist had COVID. However, I was told it was a migraine. What an extremely uncharitable response that does nothing but demonstrate your lack of professionalism and care for your patrons.

Today I came in for a Swedish massage with Ruth! The ladies at the front desk greeted me kindly and warmly. After filling out paperwork, I went to the “relaxation” room where they offered me a drink. It was in a very cozy area and I felt right at home. I was impressed with how attentive and sweet everyone was. Bathrooms nice and clean stocked with amenities. Ruth is amazing and did a wonderful massage. I had such a nice experience here. I have been at this location for hair appointments as well as the new store location located at Century Square. Both beautiful locations. The Century Square location has more shopping and retail items inside their store. I highly recommend this location for a day of pampering or giving a gift to someone you love and appreciate. They have many different services offered here. Great gem in our city!

Absolutely Loved the experience! It was my first time visiting this location. I am not from the area so based on the great online reviews decided with this Spa location and I do not regret it. I definitely recommend it, I had a deep tissue massage by Gail! Absolutely LOVED her and the massage. Even the atmosphere and shop itself was very welcoming. When I walked into the store They greeted me with smiles, asked if I needed any help and offered refreshments. I definitely Will be booking again. :)

I made appointments for my wifes 40th, a day of indulgence and a full cut style color, nearly a month in advance and was called this morning (less than 24 hrs till appt.) and informed the stylist had RONA and haircut wouldnt be possible! After pleading and begging I was told they would locate another stylist. 20 minutes later Rhonda the manager calls and cancels the rest of the day! This is a Monday,20hrs till appt.! After being offered to the chance to purchase a gift card, which I declined for obvious reasons, I KINDLY informed Rhonda again how she ruined my gift as the place is STILL open today, I told her thanks and wished her a nice day. This is beyond bs and I have to deal with sorry its not us its the RONA for my wifes bday. How do you charge clients fees for cancellations under 24 hours but fail to deliver when you cancel? I just hope every customer is as kind and considerate as you were to me.

I’m not a massive fan of massages due to nerve and muscle sensitivity but Ruth was really great!!! If I could rate the waiting area they take you too though it’d be one star... we’re not all 6 ft tall and the bench like seats are too high to sit comfortably in. They need a stool or something so short people can rest their feet without risking them going numb. My second visit I chose to wait out in the lobby area instead.

My experience was very soothing. Allie made me feel very welcomed and I enjoyed our conversation. She made me feel like an old friend whom she was catching up with. She took her time and took good care of me. The environment was calm and peaceful. Cant wait to see the new store at Century Square.

I had a great experience here. After a scheduling error getting in with my requested massage therapist awhile back the owner followed up and got me scheduled for a complimentary deep tissue massage with the therapist I had originally tried to book (Gail). Gail was amazing! She really finds the exact spots and areas that you need work on (ones you realize and others you didnt even realize) and does a fantastic job. Highly recommend Gail and very much appreciated the great customer service.

Had my hair cut, pedicure, facial and massage there. This most recent trip i had another hair cut, facial and massage. The ladies that saw me (Crystal, Sarah, and Angela) were amazing! Atmosphere is great! Did not get a spa pass (probably never will) but i am happy with their customer service and quality of work____________2017My husband and I went for couples massages, its one of their packages. Our massage therapists were very kind. I have a lot of knots in my neck and back from carrying my1 yr old, getting him in and out of the car seats, and from a desk job. I informed the therapist of this, so she used a firm pressure. I still left with back and neck pain. Next time Ill ask for a deep tissue massage. We got a spa pass also for more $$ because, as I understand, this was the only way we can get access to the steam shower. This also includes the pool and Jacuzzi. We did not get into the pool, it did not look clean and the steam shower was not a shower, just a sauna. So we didnt use any of it. We were still charged for the spa pass.

Got my nails done with just regular polish. The lady that did my nails was great and sweet but it seemed everyone else was just a tad disorganized and unprofessional. The room they do their nail services in is kind of small so it seems like everyone is on top of each other at times. Doesnt make for a relaxing atmosphere. Especially when you have elderly ladies completely disregarding the please silence your cell phone signs and have a very loud 20 min conversation about her dogs bowel movements. It seemed like every single tech was talking about how ready they were to get off and how long their day had been. And Im introverted enough to start feeling ashamed for even booking an appointment. I prefer the century square location. MUCH DIFFERENT VIBE. They are truly relaxing and peaceful there. Go to that location instead. Night and day difference.

I recently started to come to Century Square location for hair color & cut. My stylist Ranki Burke is an ARTIST!!! She has magical hands... not to mention the atmosphere is wonderful!I highly recommend Randi - she’s highly skilled, extremely professional & knows her stuff! My hair has never looked this good!

I have been here several times in the last 5-6 years, mostly for massages, and my experience has always been really great. Definitely my favorite spa here by far! The staff is always so kind and helpful, the atmosphere is very calming and relaxing, and their services are great and very stress relieving. I have enjoyed myself thoroughly every time. I have an upcoming appointment for the Ultimate European Facial, which is a service of theirs I havent done yet, but am fully looking forward to. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who is really looking to feel pretty spoiled for the day! (:Update: That facial was awesomeeee! My skin was literally glowing. My daughter and I enjoyed a great afternoon at Galleria Day Spa at Rock Prairie. Gail was amazing customizing a hydrating body wrap and a massage for my daughter. Yvonne was my massage therapist and I have nothing but excellent words about the quality of the service she provided. Brittney did a lovely massage. After losing my dad two weeks ago, that hour long massage was just what I needed. So peaceful and relaxing. I love the building too. The perfect atmosphere for pampering. I cant wait to come back! This is definitely at the top of my Christmas wishlist.

Galleria is so much more than a place of pampering, though it is that too! The staff are personally caring and professionally excellent. The services they offer are diverse and effective and the environment is warm and relaxing. They truly know their craft and perform it with thoughtful enthusiasm. My wife and I love this place!

There are no words to properly describe Galleria. All the ladies there are welcoming and warm. The therapists are so intentional with everything they do, you can tell they care about your experience and relaxation. The attention to detail throughout the entire Day Spa is incredible. Shannon did a deep tissue massage for me and really worked out some problems for me. Would highly recommend. Trachell did a European facial for me and wow she was incredible! Take the time for yourself here, you won’t regret it.

I love the Galleria Day Spa. Each year I ask for a day at the spa for my birthday from my hubby. Today I spent the day getting a massage and body scrub from Jessica, a facial from Trachell and a pedicure from Alejandra. It was glorious.The spa is so peaceful and everyone is so welcoming. I had a deep tissue massage with Gail. She was nice and professional, and the environment was private and relaxing. Without any direction other than stating my problem areas, Gail was effective and knowledgeable about treating the specific areas where I needed relief. She used hot rocks, which were soothing and comfortable, and I walked out feeling relaxed and a great amount of relief from my neck and back pain.

My first time coming to Galleria Spa Salon last Saturday and I was so very impressed. The warm greeting at the front, the youthfulness and energy of the staff was a treat. My facial was most relaxing and my skin felt so rejuvenated.Thank you all for a great experience.

I had a wonderful Swedish massage by Shari and plan on returning. She was very kind and explained each step of the process to me since I had not had a massage in many years. The atomosphere was soothing and calming. The staff that checked me in were very kind and welcoming. I always feel a little uneasy using a gift card, but they made me feel special. I have been to other spas in the area and like the initial impression I received of Galleria Day Spa. It was a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

Ive been going to the Galleria for many months now. The massages by Jessica are always fantastic. Today I got a haircut from Simone. Super fast and exactly what I wanted. I will continue to go to the Galleria for all my pampering needs.

Always a lovely experience here. Everyone is incredibly helpful and polite. I had a bad experience with another guest being loud and rude and the owner dealt with it in a very discreet and awesome manner. It is more expensive for a pedicure here than a lot of other places in town but worth it for the relaxing atmosphere and excellent service.

Went to Galleria Day spa when it was at the old location for years., and then the owners did some kind of buy out from the original owner who retained the rights to the old location. Having said that, I love the new location in Century Square, but I do not like the notion of having to pay to park. If the owners couldnt come to some agreement with the city/developers before they signed a lease, then that makes me wonder exactly what they were thinking. I dont want to pay for parking on top of paying for my services because that makes for a very expensive day. I rate this a 4 star experience due to the parking situation. I do think it is a great spa experience though as everyone is super professional and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Give it a go, but be prepared to spend some money! Of course, you are worth it right?

Galleria Day Spa is the best spa in BCS hands down. They create such a fantastic atmosphere. All of their staff are welcoming and inviting and genuinely wish to give you the best experience possible. Every service Ive ever received was top notch!

I have been to the Galleria Day Spa many times. And truthfully, I have never been disappointed. Not once. It is absolutely, hands down, my favorite place in this town. Its amazing how quickly you go from city to oasis when you get into their parking lot. Its not got a stuffy, elitist, or overly clinical atmosphere. The staff is friendly no matter if you are old or young, big or small, male or female. The massages are great. I recommend the ashiatsu if you need a chronic tension problem in your back or legs. If it is your first time, make sure to arrive 15-20 minutes early because they have you run through a little worksheet of where your problem areas are and any dos or donts you want them to know. I am also very allergic to a great many scents and lotions, but most of what they use is hypoallergenic, and Ive never had much of a problem. I cant possibly say enough good about this place. I hope they never change.

I met with Crystal looking to change up my hair style, she took the time to talk through what I wanted, looked at my reference images, and helped create a hairstyle that I love! I will definitely be returning in the future.

I IMMEDIATELY BROKE OUT! First thing is I did not get the service that I went in for and wanted. I had gotten a facial and UV light treatment. But one hour later I started to break out with pimples coming up around my mouth, cheeks, forehead, and jaw. Being a college student I spent a lot of money to not my service and get major breakouts. Do not go!

I went and received a pedicure for the first time. The salon was beautiful and staff was friendly. Unfortunately the girl who completed my pedicure was so rough getting the shellac off my toes she cut my cuticle on my big toe. The next day my large toe was extremely infected.This is unfortunate because I would of loved to try this place for a massage. I just won’t go back.

I booked for mothers day an appointment for one of the spa packages. After that appointment, my mom delighted she loved the Rock Prarie Location and she could not even stop talking about her experience. A week ago a made an appointment for her to get a Deluxe Spa Pedicure with Rebecca. After her experience with Rebecca, neither of us will be going back. According to yalls website, the deluxe pedicure includes footbath, foot and leg massage, exfoliating, trimming, filing, buffing, and polishing, hydrating mask, and paraffin dip. My moms nails were not trimmed, filed or buffed. According to my mom, she did not receive a leg massage. Lastly, her nails were painted like a 3rd grader did it. I was also informed by my mother that she was not given the special sandals after her pedicure. Rebecca put on my mom the sandals she had been wearing since she came in and during that process messed up the nail polish on one of her nails and did not fix it. I have attached a screenshot of the appointment confirmation. The email was done with husband email. It has taken me over a week to email my complaint because I had been out of town. Im disappointed that I paid for my mom to have a great experience but that did not happen.

She is so AMAZING: this is my first time coming here and im definitely booking with her every 6 weeks!
