I loved my facial & laser hair removal experience with Candice. She has great knowledge about her products and explained each one she used thoroughly but wasn’t pushy about buying products. She was very thorough with the dermablasion but was very careful when doing it. My face was so smooth and soft when we finished the facial. I will definitely use this salon again. The spa was clean and pretty and the staff was very welcoming.

All of the staff is warm and welcoming. I had laser hair removal done with Candice and she made me feel safe and comfortable. I also had a facial done by her. It was amazing and gave great results. She’s super sweet and has a loving personality! 10/10 recommended!!

MediSpa did a wonderful job for my bridal makeup! They have done professional makeup for me as a bridesmaid, once again for my bridal portraits, and then again for the wedding day, and I was very impressed each time. Kim does an excellent job and is great at understanding what you like, whether it’s a very simple and natural makeup look, or something more bold and beautiful. I had the airbrush application for my foundation and it felt lightweight, not caked on, and lasted all night through all my dancing and sweat. I recently went to medispa and and salon for dermaplaning and I couldn’t be more impressed with how my skin turned out. Candice was very knowledgeable about what my treatment my skin would do best with and ended up blowing my mind with the results. I’ve never felt or looked so dewy and fresh in my life. It was my first facial and the first of many more to come!

Both me and my sister have come here for bridal hair and makeup. The makeup was amazing for both of us, however the lady who does hair really doesnt listen to what you want and just does whatever she wants. Dont get me wrong, the hairstyles were pretty but they werent what was asked for and were kind of outdated. 10/10 recommend for makeup but not for hair.

As an extremely neurotic individual, I was petrified of getting the semi-permanent eyeliner and honestly - however painless - its not a pleasant experience! Kim was an absolute professional. You can tell that shes been doing this for a long time. And she is fast but very thorough. The after care was a bit of a pain in the 🍑 but not a big deal. Im very happy with the result and I hope that itll last a long time 🙂

Medi Spa and Salon gave me my perfect day on my wedding. Lexi did my mom’s hair, my bridesmaids hair and mine. Cynthia also gave me and my sister the best make up available. All of this was done AT THE VENUE, which was out in the sticks.So my sister did not make it into the airport until the day of my wedding due to flight delays. Both ladies waited until she got there before they left and took care of her hair and makeup, setting my sister at ease. All my girls looked GORGEOUS and got their own preferred look.I HIGHLY recommend this business. Thank you so much for making me and my girls look like princesses for my big day!

Viola gave me a massage and it was one of the best massages I ever had! She worked on knots but the pressure was perfect and she was so sweet!Lynn did my hair and a wax! I loved my color and cut! Everyone was very kind. I had some issues at first because I was a walk-in and was told they could get me in but then were not able to. They gave me a complimentary hair cut for the issues. When I did get to get my hair cut it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a stylist. She told me what it was she was doing and why. As a customer it made me feel better knowing that she was taking what I wanted into consideration but making it look the best she could to my facial structure. All around an extremely awesome experience.

I used to work here and had no problem with the management staffs. Inspired how sweet and kind Neal and Kim, I had decided to apply and work for them. The reason why I am no longer working there, because I got engaged and had to move to Dallas. This spa is always my destination when visiting College Station to look for my services. Lexi is amazing! (also because she has the same name as me). Shes a really good stylist that especially does well with Black Hair. I highly recommend her. Ive been going here a few months and Im so glad I found this place! I get almost all of my services done by Kim. She can do anything and Ive always left happy and satisfied with my services. She does my lashes, waxing, manicure and pedicure. They have such a sweet staff here and Ive never had a problem with anything.I very much recommend this place. Well worth your money and everything turns out great!

Overall, Neal was very accommodating and kind. My initial masseuse certainly needed a refresher course on massage etiquette, but Neals do-over was exactly what I needed. Thank you for the EXCELLENT customer service.

This place is a hidden gem. When I walk through the door, my blood pressure drops and stress melts away. Kim and her staff are professional and caring. When I began getting facials from Kim about 5 years ago, she told me what I needed to clear and brighten my skin. I feel great about my skin now! I dont have to wear makeup!!! Kim applied permanent eyeliner to my upper and lower eyelids. It was painless (she used a numbing creme on my lids) and recovery from slight redness was one to two days. I am very happy with the permanent eyeliner. Kim also refills my eye lash extensions every 2-3 weeks. She uses the top surgical quality adhesive and I have not had a reaction. I love having longer lashes and not having to wear mascara. No more raccoon eyes! Kim treats me like a sister, she is honest and I trust her judgment when it comes to taking care of my skin and face.

Kim and Neal are running a great place here! Ive struggled with acne since I was a teen and up until this summer I had never found regimen to give me consistent clear skin.. my first few treatments with Kim have been to ensure my acne flares go down via painful (but rewarding) extractions... in the next few treatments Ill follow Kims guidance to help me select the appropriate treatment to tackle my acne scars.This place is always quite, and allows for a nice peaceful escape. For semi permanent makeup, Kim is the best Ive seen. I had her do my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips, all in one appointment. She used a numbing solution repeatedly, and was quick and efficient. This is mandatory for me because my skin is so sensitive, but Kim was patient, and did an excellent job! Ive recommended her to several friends, one who is driving 3 hours for Kims expertise. Prices are competitive, staff is very accommodating. Facilities are professional, very clean and comfortable.I wouldnt trust anyone else for semi permanent makeup!

I came to Medi-Spa to have my eyebrows fixed. I had done a lot of online research and the name Kim kept coming up as the person I needed to go see. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome and Kim is the absolute best. In my consultation Kim was very thorough in making sure I understood the process I would have to go through to fix my eyebrows. We also discussed permanent eyeliner and lips. I have always had very thin lips and many years ago one of my best friends made fun of my thin lips and Ive been self-conscience of them ever since. The older Ive gotten the thinner they have gotten. Ive had friends who have had their lips done but I was too scared to have it done myself. Kim explained everything to me and I decided to give it a try. OH MY GOODNESS, I am so glad I found Kim! She was gentle and talked me through any anxious moments I had. Now when I look in the mirror I see beautiful lips! I see beautiful eyes! Kim hasnt even finished my eyebrows yet and they already look 100% better than they did! Thank you Kim! You have made me feel so great about myself and also I dont have to spend any time worrying about putting on eyeliner and lipstick anymore. You are the best!

After a bad car accident, I was in pain and stopped by to see if I could get in for a massage. It was my first time going and I did not have an appointment. Nothing was available, but they could see the pain on my face. They called in a masseuse just for me! It was amazing. While I waited for the masseuse to arrive, Lynn washed and cut my hair and even took some of the tension out of my shoulder. Then Liz took me in and after 60 minutes I felt like a new person. This is a really amazing place and I can’t see going anywhere else. The staff really cares. Thank you both for showing such kindness to a stranger in need.

I have known that with all my trips here. The girls used to shadow to learn her professional techniques to upgrade their skills from facial, eyelash extension all the way to waxing, make up... She has transformed them from 0 to a high demand ones. Neal is a business man with an integrity, dignity, hospitality and best of all honesty. I never have any problem with my card overcharged or heard nothing but good things from service girls about working for them. I never write up reviews but seeing those negative reviews from girls who tried to blame and destroy their business motivated me to reveal the truth to public. My message to those is: always remember who turned you a 0 girl from Nothing to Something. Dont bark against your mentors !!! Spa owners beware to get preferences before hiring, make sure you not ends with these girls. TRUTH is always TRUTH! First time at MediSpa and it was awesome. I came for a massage and Val gave me one if not the best massage I ever had in the College Station area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The massage area is actually very nice and relaxing, I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend people to check it out because you will probably like it.I will come back.

I made an appointment for getting microblading done on my brows and decided I’d try out their hair salon also, scheduling a cut and color. My microblading experience was great. This was my first time so I was excited but nervous, not knowing what to expect. Kim was very kind and informed me of what to expect and made me very comfortable with my decision. Then I was off to my hair appointment with Lynn. She was wonderful, taking time to discuss the style I was looking for and what she thought would work best for my color. She was honest and forthcoming with what I needed and even what I didn’t need. Prices were reasonable and everyone I spoke with there, including the manager, massage therapist and other stylists were so friendly. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

Ive been to many physical therapists, chiropractors, and spas- That was hands down the best massage I have ever gotten in my life. I actually left feeling relaxed and a million times better than when I went in. They used high quality essential oils, cared about problem areas and what I was saying, and were extremely professional. I had actual pain when I went in, and at the end I wanted to stay in there and take a nap! The interior of the building is SO clean and comfortable- really high end- and they even have a really well kept fish tank :) Seriously- I already recommended them to a couple people I know. It was fantastic. Thank you so much Neal and Medispa!! They know what theyre doing - go here!

I’ve been coming here to get my brows waxed since 2014 and have always had a pleasant experience. However, today I got my brows waxed and a large bald spot was made on my left eyebrow and they waxed the edges too short. Not the end of the world because I can always fill it in, but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how Medi Spa and Salon handled it.They tried telling me that the spot was there before having my brows waxed even though 1) I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years and have never had this problem before and 2) I have pictures from before proving that I don’t normally have a bald spot.This is unprofessional and is no way to treat a customer of half a decade. I will be finding somewhere else to get my eyebrows waxed, hopefully they’ll own up to their mistakes a little better.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Customer service (friendly). I asked for dark brown roots and blonde hair, I got red roots and silver/ash hair. Cost me $134 for the exact opposite of what I asked. I specifically told her I hate ash and she put it in my hair anyways. She told me to come back the next day to fix it for free. Well I came back and it looks the EXACT same. LYNN is the one that did my hair. Not only was she too busy on her phone, talking to her friends, taking smoke breaks, she even had her 18yr old niece blow dry my hair. She burned my scalp several times because she’s a child with no experience in cosmetology. When I mention “she” I’m referring to Lynn the manager of the store.

I came in the other day for the first time for a Swedish Couples Massage, I didnt really feel as if we got what we paid for and in fact we were charged an extra amount of money because of a misunderstanding. When asking the therapist to put a little more pressure into his touch, he translated that to a Deep Tissue Massage when we didnt receive a Deep Tissue Massage but was charged for one. I received a full body massage when my partner only had her back massaged, why is there a difference when we came in for the same massage? Wasnt very happy overall and will probably not go back.

Trinh did my makeup for my graduation pictures and it came out ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!!! She completely exceeded my expectations. I even had to move my appt back at the last minute due to a personal emergency and she was very understanding about it. If you need your makeup done, I highly recommend Trinh. I can’t wait to get mine done again!

I love all the staff at MediSpa. I have done facials, lash extensions, eyebrow threading, teeth whitening, cryoskin, hair cuts/ color/ extensions. Ive never had a problem!

My daughter and I had our hair cut and colored ,teeth whitened, facials, eye brows and lashes tinted. My daughter had a massage. I like the wide selection of services and the staff is very friendly. Building is clean. We will be back. I might also add that I was suffering from daily headaches, the facial I had done included facial touch therapy . Took care of my sinuses and headaches.

Worst facial I’ve ever gotten! No prep, nothing. The esthetician just immediately poked me with needles and began extracting. I was covered in small red, bloody marks afterwards. My whole face looked swollen and my face was covered in marks for 3-4 days afterwards. Deeper tissue layers were damaged, so while the scabs peeled off, I can still see lingering marks of where she extracted. I wish I had stopped the facial as soon as it begun.

I come to Medispa mostly for waxes (face and hollywood) and occasional hair cuts. Im not too fussy on who works on me, but every time Ive come Ive had an exceptional experience. I love this shop, and highly recommend it.

I got a deal where I got several services super cheap... The facial was great and the teeth whitening was okay. However, I had a terrible reaction to the eyebrow wax and now my forehead is permanently scarred. Also the hairdresser told me about how she had to cut all her hair off after frying it while cutting mine. I should have stopped her right then but ended up with a terrible cut that Im still trying to grow out almost two years later.

I originally came to Medispa and salon for eyebrow microblading. I was very satisfied with the results. Next time Kim introduced me to Cryoskin facelift. My husband and children recognized a difference immediately and wanted to know what I have done. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to feel better about themselves the way I have. After ULTA cancelled my daughters prom makeup appointment without calling to advise us, we were left this past Saturday morning with no appointment and my daughter in tears! We called Medispa in a panic. Their staff member, Ashya, was AMAZING! She was beyond kind and called a few of their makeup artists at home to see if someone had time to come in and do my daughters makeup. Trinh Galvan came to the rescue, giving up personal time of her own, to help us out. She definitely saved the day and my daughters makeup looked stunning!

I decided to try this place because of good recent reviews on google, but it turned out to be a disaster.My friend and I came to this place, expecting everything to be done within an hour. I assumed that we would be getting our nails done separately by two different staffs, but they asked me whether it would be okay if we get it done by one person one after the other. I said okay, assuming that it will take max 2 hrs if it needs be. I mean, it was only a gel nail, and I heard it only takes about 30-40 minutes max per person.It actually took up almost 3 hrs.. 3 hrs!! both my friend and I were flabbergasted to see how long it took. I understood that the staff that we got was still in training, trying to do her best, but no other staff came over to see whether she is doing a decent job or anything. My friend got hers done first, but it took so long and it was so awful and inconsistent that other staff had to redo couple of her nails.I had the same issue. The service took so long to the point where my friend had to leave me behind (she had dinner with her boyfriend), and I also had to postpone an hr for my dinner as well because the staff was talking non-stop and asked me whether I had Facebook...(LOL we just met..?). She looked lonely, to be honest, and it seemed like none of the other staffs did not really care about her and her service to the customers. Like I mentioned, none of the staffs, even the owner, came by to see why it was taking almost 3 hrs for two girls doing simple 2 coat gel nails. The staff that was doing my nails even admitted that she is not good with this stuff and she is not confident doing it. Then WHY was she doing my nails without other staffs supervision? I am not sure..My nails came off within 2 days of putting it on, and my friends did the same. I heard that I could go back and ask for redo , but because of poor staff training and service, I did not want to go back. It was my first nail experience and it was rather terrible. I would rather do the nails myself to save money from these kind of places.I am not sure about the weddings and hair. I am sure other people will write more reviews about it, but for nails, I do not recommend this place.

Medispa was one of the places in town that I saw offered it, so I took a leap of faith and made an appointment. I’m so glad I did!!! Kim has been practicing microneedling for years, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and everything was explained so thoroughly that I felt very prepared for every step of the process. She did an amazing job and I’ve been thrilled with the results. If you’re thinking about trying microneedling, I recommend making an appointment today!

Planning a wedding is full of vendors, schedules, and of course, hiccups. MediSpa was a big one for us. We hired MediSpa for make-up and hair services for the bride and bridal party. After seeing Kims work, we were excited to have them as a part of our day, despite the price and difficult packaging. We paid our required deposit and followed up only before bridals. This is where our entire process became a nightmare. In sum, we found that not much can operate for wedding services, unless you talk to the shop owner, Neal. Unfortunately, Neal lacked customer service skills. Our phone calls and scheduling attempts were chaotic due to his short temper, being hung up on (several times), and unwavering need to prove the upper hand. We were sorely disappointed, offended, and in shock that someone providing a service would be so rude. Imagine being a bride, less than two months out, needing to find new service for fear that the make-up and hair staff would ruin the entire day. So, we did. We found a new company. We were completely satisfied with their ability to work with us and have zero regrets saying goodbye to Medispa.

Great place! & Trinh was the absolute best! She was extremely nice and did a great job with my lashes! The place is fine CHINGON and Trinh is the best you know how to do her job very well apart from being the most beautiful person. TOTALLY RECOMMEND
