This was my first time going to a spa. I had the body scrub, scalp massage, and facial.I really needed to pick me up because of the dreadful day I had the day before. After my motorcycle accident last year, I have limited mobility and cant reach my back to scrub like I used to, so I chose the body scrub. A fantastic deal made it come with a complimentary scalp massage.Gracie did an incredible job with the scrub and scalp massage and took extra time to make sure I knew all the steps and what to expect.Tregan was able to get me in for a facial last minute and did an incredible job. I am rather susceptible to ingrown hairs in my beard and she took her time to make sure all problem areas were taken care of.The pricing was very reasonable, especially if you take into consideration the astronomical numbers I was quoted at another place I chose not to go to.After the horrible news I received the day before, this day of pampering was exactly what I needed to lift my spirits. Thank you.

For me the location is perfect. It is on my way home so I am already halfway home so no long drive after a relaxing massage. The grounds are very peaceful and soothing. The inside was decorated nicely and it was very peaceful.

Heather gives great service as always. I had a facial and waxing done. The facial was very relaxing and my skin felt rejuvenated. White Elm is clean and gives great calming music and atmosphere.

I went to white elm because my husband got me a gift card for mothers day and it was absolutely wonderful! It was the most relaxed Ive been in a long time. Ill definitely be going back!

Let me preface by saying that this spa is amazing. I have been many times and absolutely all of the therapists are fantastic. I have a lot of options in Houston, but I choose to come to WE. This review is purely based on communication.I highly, highly suggest if you are booking more than one service for your visit (spa day, couples stuff, etc.) you better get that quote in writing via email. My husband and I were there pretty much all day, and it was fantastic. However, I do not want to be quoted one price and upon checkout be told “I guess someone did the math wrong.”

I went to White Elm Spa ( my first visit) due to headache, severe tightness and knots in upper back, shoulders, and neck. Brooke did a 30 minute deep tissue massage and upon walking out, my headache was gone! I felt 10 pounds lighter because all if that tension and heaviness was gone. Thank you Brooke. Everyone, treat yourself to White Elm Spa, you won’t regret it!

My poorly performed mani and pedi lasted less than 24 hours. Service was horrible. I think I had less than 20 nail colors to choose from AND it was all at the low cost of $150. I dont recommend this spa. The property is ill maintained, spa is supposed to be boutique but isnt up to any spa standard Ive ever been to. If you want an expensive job done poorly, by all means, waste your hard earned money here. Im giving one star because zero stars isnt an option. Also, I noticed management removed my husbands post. This spa is a scam.

Such a great place to relax! It is always clean and everyone is very friendly! Ms. Gracie is fantastic and I will be going back to her! The ONLY thing that bothered me was confusion with the price. I was told one price when I booked my appointment and ended up paying a lot more. I booked the January special and did not receive the hot rocks that should have been included. The massage was great, but I would have like more communication about the price prior to just being charged.

I’ve been a client here for years, and with Gracie Lartigue now doing therapeutic massage, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing; the place smells like heaven, and having a membership is the best way to go. Gracie can work out all the knots! Thank you.

White Elm Day Spa is a dream!!!My sister planned my bachelorette party in College Station and reserved a day at the spa! White Elm hosted all 10 of my friends perfectly. We all got to experience 2 services. I chose a relaxation massage and a facial. I absolutely loved both and every one of my friends left their facials glowing! We reserved the room with hot tub and it was a perfect space to relax through out the day. We brought our own snacks, but the Spa also provided fruit and drinks! We were blown away by their kindness and professionalism. They definitely made me feel so special as a soon to be bride. I can’t wait to go back!

I will never be going anywhere else for massages or facials ever again. Corey was amazing for a massage and was able to give me exactly what I needed! I would highly recommend and wish I could go daily!

My husband got me the gift certificate deal during the holidays that had the extra $25 tacked on if you purchase the $100 gift card. I decided to spend a little extra and get the mini escape. Brooke did my massage and reflexology and was wonderful. I prefer light pressure but had some kinks in my shoulders. She applied a perfect amount of pressure to get those knots out without digging into my skin. After those 2 were done, I was brought to a dining room with my salad set up for me. They order from chicken salad chick for meals. It was okay. Then Tregan brought me to get my facial done. She was super nice and the products all smelled so good that she put on. She also told me they’re all organic so I felt better about what was going on my face. After this was done Rainey (spelling may be incorrect, sorry) helped check me out. She was super helpful and nice. Her computer was acting up on her but she was cool as a cucumber and reassured me that it would all be okay. Great experience! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you ladies for my day of relaxation.

I went to see Brooke after I threw my neck/back out. I needed major work because everything was so tight. She was great to ease me into the deep tissue massage and I felt SO much better after!! She did an amazing job and Im happy to have her🙏

Corey and Brooke we’re our massage therapist and let me just tell you my husband and I have ranted and rave ever since. The best massage ever! Thank you for helping us de-stress! Candi is the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She’s kind and truly cares about her clients. I make it a priority to go so Candi at White Elm at least once per month.

This is the best spa in BCS, hands down. They offer so many different treatments and the staff is so genuine about developing relationships with their clients. Every time I walk into the spa, I feel at peace! Highly recommend to the locals and for anyone passing through— I also just found out that they’re hosting bachelorette parties, which sounds so much fun and relaxing! Can’t wait to go back!!

I have NO complaints about the massage or my therapist Harriet...she was wonderful. I was just disappointed that I didn’t get a return phone call to get more information on some of the services I wanted to add on, and we were told they reserved the casita for our group so we arrived an hour early only to be told it had a rat infestation. A couple of other minor details, otherwise we enjoyed our visit.

I went to ELM for the hydro silk facial and left with so much more than just beautiful results. Lucia has a genuine passion for skin care and people. She showers you with kindness and love and invests in providing you the most relaxing and rewarding spa treatment possible. Thanks Lucia!

Before I went to White Elm Spa my arms and legs felt heavy and I ached in certain areas. When I left I felt light and rejuvenated. I slept without pain and the next day getting out of bed was a lot easier. Thank you Liz. My experience was wonderful.

The character of this place is something that Ive been searching for in the BCS area and the people here really nailed. it. The ambiance is incredible. Everyone is incredibly attentive and professional. I had great experiences with Morgan and Valeria- they did a great job and I would definitely recommend. I didnt know about their express specials when I booked, but certainly plan to take advantage of them in the future.

Overall this spa was a great experience. I went for back pain that I could not seem to get rid of. I got a deep tissue massage from Corey today and the results are great I feel more relaxed and less in pain. Corey is the best masseur I have had thus far and this spa has been the best experience out of the all ones I have tried in Bryan and College Station. If you need a spa service book it here and if you can get a session with Corey do it.

I highly recommend getting sugaring done by Bobbie Jean. She is awesome and it doesn’t hurt at all!!!

My appointment started around 20-25 minutes late because the previous client had trouble picking out a nail color? I ended up getting another employee. She explained that she usually just did larger area waxes (I was there for brows and a lip wax). She was very sweet but would go over multiple times with wax which I learned afterwards you’re not supposed to do. I do not think the price they charged was worth it. $20 for brows and $10 for lip. The only product they use is wax. No special lotions/products for after wards. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they did check in on me while I was waiting. Because of how late we started I was 10 minutes lates to class.

I have had Corey work on my shoulder pain/issues after suffering from years of pain and therapies that were not successful... after a few short months, my pain was eliminated and I was able to ENJOY my life again! Corey is a miracle worker and I encourage any one struggling with pain or inflammation in their joints to visit him and free yourself from a life of pain!
