My eyebrow threading came out absolutely perfect. Typically at other places i get cut or pinched and here none of that happened. They also topped off the service with eyebrow tint and a trim. It was a short wait but definitely worth it

Excellent place, the threading hurts a bit but it is so worth it. My brows always come out looking amazing. The staff is super friendly too.

This place is so amazing. If you don’t believe it just go check them out. You won’t regret it.

When answering the phone will hang up on you

I’ve been a few times and one of the workers does great threading. Yesterday I went in and she was sitting on her phone so I decided to try a different worker. She took her time but did not follow the shape I already had. I never fill in my eyebrows but now they are thin, round, and uneven.

I am all about supporting local businesses but I do not recommend going to this place. The place has no sense of professionalism especially when answering the phones. Place is understaffed, and no one greets you when you enter as well. Along with that, they don’t keep appointments and the workers there really do a rushed job (always rushing your work to get to someone else’s). I pay money at a salon to be relaxed and taken care off. Not to feel like a second option and when client focus is always on the other person (especially when doing eyebrows). I would not recommend this place at all mainly because of their staff and also quality of services. Also if the store manager reads this, please staff your store well so that customers have their needs met and services are not rushed. I would not recommend this place at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If you are a student this place isn’t a good value for money and you can find cheaper and even better services where you feel important as a customer. E.g. I recently tried Laila’s Salon and they have amazing staff that actually care for your needs. Please improve your services at this location. Thanks.

Ive been coming here for a long time they are always nice and they always do a great job doing my eyebrows never dissapointed. The place is also always clean.

Lady would not do my eyebrows because “they look fine already” and people would apparently “die” to have my eyebrows. I told her I wanted to clean them up and make them w little thinner because they grow fast. But she refused because she thought they looked good already. Dumb in my opinion to refuse money especially if it is little work for you to do; unless of course you aren’t capable of doing such minor work that someone is requesting.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for a few years now, and the ladies at Bonita always do a great job. They helped shaped my unruly caterpillars into something worth looking at! My skin reacts better to threading then waxing, though threading does hurt. I wont even lie to you, but the ladies make it as quick and professional as they can. Thank you!

Pretty decent and they’re quick. Very good service but I feel like my eyebrows came out a little bit uneven. I feel like they shouldn’t try to rush too much just to make sure they’re even ,but overall decent.

Their work is great. But they need to fix their AC unit. Its extremely hot in there !

Ive been going over here for 6 years. She is the person I trust the most with my eyebrows.

So I came in maybe over a month ago to get my eyebrows threaded but she told me my hairs were to small, so I went somewhere else n came bk again yesterday to try n get it threaded, i thought she did a good job but I noticed it was uneven! I also asked to get my lip wax but again she said my hairs were to small. But tbh I didn’t care if it was to small I wanted them done. She used to do a really good job when I first got them done with her now idk maybe she felt rushed bc she had two more clients waiting.

Liked it as much as you can like having your eyebrows threaded! Staff was very nice.
