Exactly as I expect service from any place. Professional and extremely courteous. We were helped right away with forms and almost no wait time. You know when they make you fill out forms and then they ask you the same questions in person...... well, not here.. omg.. because who doesnt hate to fill out forms.... loved the doctor. She was so comprehensive and answered all of my questions. thank you so much.

Im glad I picked this place to be honest they made my daughter feel so relax ( first time she does not complain about a eye doctor) she not only enjoy the optometrist, she also was happy they had a good frame collection...it was a breeze the entire process in less than an hour.

She was so thorough, explained the process and every step of my exam. It was difficult getting an appt with COVID but finally got in! Small shop but worth it. Seemed a bit pricey, but I had insurance so that was decent. The contacts exam includes all the follow ups and rechecks! Extremely happy with my experience here.

Overall an unprofessional and discourteous experience, please do not have representatives that will ignore the quality of going above and beyond. Have reps that are aware of the services provided, services requested and insurance that is available to work with.. If there are providers that you do not work with be aware of this information before hand by asking and/or thoroughly reading documentation provided to you. Never received a call back trying to reach the office for 3 days, eventually went in on my day off a day later with insurance forms and everything in hand… have to wait several more days for an appointment…Appointment day comes and unfortunately my visit was a waste of time, bad experience from unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge, reps need experienced training on how to handle situations instead of passing off what should be a responsibility.I would not recommend this place and never received a call back when contacting your offices in the first place that should’ve been a red flag right there, I had to travel to the office, documents in hand and your reps apparently read them and said it was proper insurance accepted… still had to make an appointment which was scheduled a few days later… appointment day comes… I arrive and given explanation about an optional eye test… even though they did seem to remember me and know my main goal was to simply get glasses… was forced to take a test which I still refused since the rep said I was not going to be charged for it and they said it was ok to refuse and they still tried to charge me for the service and as mentioned, the appointment was a waste of time because I wasn’t even getting what I requested which was a simple pair of safety glasses.

I’ve been a client of P&B for years. They are always so professional and I look forward to my eye exams. Each time my eyes are thoroughly checked for any changes in my eye health. Plus...they have the most fabulous frame collection for glasses and sunglasses!

Totally awesome office....I was able to get a last minute appt. The office staff was very friendly. They are covid safe...they were so friendly to my granddaughter whom I had to take with me. The doctor explained everything she was doing and why she was doing and the importance of it... something the other eye dr never did.....this office did eye tests that I never did before....completely though.... thank you ladies for a wonderful experience!!! Greatly appreciated!!!!

Hands down the best staff! I seriously received such great care here. I went in for my 2nd set of glasses and my experience was just as wonderful as the first. Dr. Perez made me feel so comfortable and informed during the whole eye exam. Vicky Optician has helped me pick out both sets of glasses and I can’t tell you how much I love them! and the care she gave me through out is phenomenal. Rose the receptionist was able to get me in last minute as I was already off work for another doctors appnt and knew I needed to get a new set. I appreciated that so much and all of the covid safety precautions they have in place! Thank you so much for being awesome.

I haven’t gotten my eyes checked in about 6 years and these lady’s were just wonderful! Very attentive and helpful and just over all a 10 star experience.

Super helpful staff. During the pandemic, when offices were still closed, they emailed me my prescription so I could still order contacts. Recently went for my annual check-up. They were organized and I felt safe in the office, even for a smaller clinic.

Always very professional during the exam the doctor fully explains everything shes doing. The techs are courteous and understanding explain your insurance fully I would recommend this to anybody who needs an optometrist

Vicky was very nice and helpful. Even though they were already closed, she went ahead and opened up. Not only did she hand over my eye glasses, Vicky had me put my glasses on to make sure they were a perfect fit.. Overall, the staff is awesome. Thank you for a great experience.

It was the first time my son was to have his eyes examined. They were great. Explained what they were doing and made sure he was at ease. Good job. It was quick and thorough. My daughter has an appointment next month! Definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed with this location. I requested an appointment for my wife and I to be seen and they responded with the only available appointment a month from the date I request. Thats fine, I understand everyone get busy. Today was the date they scheduled for us to be seen and when we showed up they did not have us scheduled. After reviewing the computer, the woman at the front desk did confirm there was an email they sent scheduling our appointment for today but they would not see us until another 3 weeks later because she doesnt know what happened.After waiting a month to be seen, that is unacceptable. There was an expectation set by them that we were going to be seen today and they failed to meet that expectation. This shows that the office is very unorganized and the way they handled the situation also demonstrated that the staff there does not understand what good customer service and brand representation are.After today, for my family, Pack & Bianes is a brand that cannot be trusted.

My family of 7 have been coming here for two years. They are flexible, kind, and patient. They were especially great with my baby, and my child with autism.

I can not describe how helpful and flexible this facility is. I had ran into a unfortunate problem and thought I was not gonna make it to my appointment, but these wonderful people still manage to help my wife and I out and still get us into our appointment. They are very helpful and spot on with there customer service, super nice and good hearted people. Plus they have fairly good prices for the exams and frames so I would definatly recommend this optometrist .10/10

The entire staff is so friendly, the make you feel comfortable...they know what they are doing. Dr. Pack has been our eye doctor for years, always with a smile and explains everything so clearly. Overall it is always a great experiences.
