The first day I went in I was greeted right away and I noticed how they did that with everyone even when they were busy.I had excellent eye exam by Dr Amin. They have a good selection of glasses to choose from. Justine helped me with setting up the order and checked with coworkers for their thoughts. I liked that she double checked to make sure everything was as it should be. Christina is great at customer service. She resolved my issues with my immediate needs and made me feel comfortable about having my glasses sent to me out of town. She assured me that I will I love them when I get them. So far the experience has been positive. Looking forward to receiving the glasses I ordered.

Great customer service. I went in to see if they could fix a broken hinge on my favorite sunglasses, and he put a new screw in it and fixed them right away for me. This was a Thursday afternoon it was busy but still the staff was super efficient and friendly, will def be coming back here for my next eye visit!

I brought my husband’s glasses in for a repair and the staff was very friendly, did the repair super quick and cleaned them up as well.

One of the nose rest fell off so I hopped into this business. They installed two new nose pads at no cost. And I didn’t even buy my glasses there. Yes I recommend this business

After three weeks they gave me my glasses NOT THE SAME AS I HAD CHOSEN! They explain that the frame of the lenses are original (COACH) and you receive some made in CHINA! I really dont recommend them!😡

By far the best place to go get some glasses or contact ! I had an emergency and needed some glasses and when I called I spoke to Chris and he assured me he would help me and make sure I got a pair of glasses same day ! I went on my lunch break, picked out my glasses and by the time I was off I was able to not only pick up ONE pair of glasses but TWO!!!! I’m beyond happy with Chris and his team over at the Chula Vista location. 110% recommending to all my family and friends !

Ana, Victoria, & Christine were all so very helpful. I arrived very apprehensive about progressive. Ana took the time to explain how to use progressive effectively and Not get dizzy or disappointed. ☆☆☆☆☆She taught me well!👁👁The just get you in the door advertisement is just that. When you pick the frames you want, choose the best glass for your prescription & looks, and get the recommended coating to sheild from sun rays, it will be much more than $78 for two pairs!!!BUT ITS WORTH IT!!And if you just cant seem to get everything you want and need [dont give up!] Just talk to Christina the manager. I’m a returning customer due to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and super friendly staff. I went in to purchase glasses and I was able to pick them up SAME DAY only a couple hours later, which was amazing since my prescription changed!!

If they cant get the number of your reference to robo-call them, or upsell you on the Thinner Glass -- or extra protection plan. You will get the cheap generic black frames.Consumers BewareAvoid at all costs

Highly recommend! The service here and the staff are really helpful and nice. Especially this lady named Ana , she gave my father and I the most wonderful time. She was super loving and helpful when coming to pick our glasses. I was expecting a boring eye doctor visit but instead I came out smiling and laughing at anecdotes shared with her. I had the BEST experience at this location!! The whole team was AWESOME!! The Manager Christina, Chris, Ana and Griselda WHERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! We ended up buying two pairs of FANTASTIC glasses and I will be going there from now on!! After Griselda set us up in the system Ana finished up the transaction and they both made us feel great about our purchases! The whole team made us feel welcomed! I contacted eyeglass world on Friday afternoon I spoke with the Manager Christina. I told that I broke my only pair of glasses and need a new pair ASAP but due to covid19 everything was shut down or I just wasn’t comfortable leaving the house and she was a DOLL and went above and beyond excellent customer service. Christina asked me what I was looking for style, color etc. I spent over an hour going back and worth her send me pictures and video of frames she even modeled them, because Christina took amazing care of me I bought 2 pairs and got an awesome deal that you Christina my DOLL

I hate this place been waiting for more then 10 days for my glasses no one has called or followed up on me I tried to call and they put me on hold then tried to call again said we got disconnected and she ask for my information again i was just on the phone one second ago!!! Staff is unprofessional and the person in charge of the eye exam you cant understand what he is saying. This is my second time going here and I will not be going back same bad experience since the first time.

Me being so picky and considered a very special to deal customer, Doctor Nguyen and staff (Christina) are very polite and courteous to my needs. Dr Nguyen I consider to be very good at what he does. Christina is also very helpful and pays attention to detail to every need of mine.That being said, I strongly recommend this location if ever you are looking for an eyeglass doctor.

When I first went into eyeglass World the associate helping me wrote up the order wrong. Another associate had to redo it. They never called to tell me when the Glasses were ready for pick up. I had ordered two pairs of sunglasses. When I went to pick up the glasses I noticed one of them had the wrong color of lemons. I left it behind to have a second one made again. They promised to call me when it was ready. I never heard from them. I had to drive back down Ill need to find out the glasses have been ready for a day or so but no one made an effort to call me. I would not buy from there again

I stopped by just to ask questions on prices for an eye check up and I was helped by Lilian. I clearly stated I wasn’t buying I just wanted to get an idea of how much I’d spend and she didn’t mind she was very helpful! Super nice! I will definitely be back with her!

Shopping around for eye care option is difficult. Especially with the confusing options and features they offer for your glasses. After calling a few places for appointment availability Eyeglass World had an opening at the perfect time for me.Not only did they serve me right away but there pricing is extremely competitive and surprisingly lower that all other places. I usually supply my own glasses when renewing my prescription but after viewing their promotions on quality brands I will be making my purchases directly from them.When I arrived Griselda , Ana , Dr. Ryan quickly assisted me and the process did not even take an hour of my time. This place is great and i recommended stopping by here when it’s time to renew your prescription.

The stand out performance has been from Christina an employee there displaying outstanding customer service! Very good experience overall. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I got 2 pair of glasses a normal one and a pair of prescribed sunglasses. They told me it was going to take them 10 business days to have them ready, I got the normal pair in like 5 business days but it took them 11 for the sunglasses, they both fit nice and feel great so I guess the wait was worth it. Doctor who does the eye exam (the asian one) needs to be more helpful and explanatory, but good place for glasses in general.

It’s all a scam once you go in and get that “free” eye exam with the purchase of the eye glasses wich to start weren’t fitted properly the first time and terrible quality lenses kept and keep popping out could constantly just trying to clean the lenses and to add the cherry on top they gave me the wrong contact lens prescription the first time so total trips 3 the first the second to get the correct prescription contacts and the 3rd sothey can adjust and fit them properly and yet they still have the nerve to set up appointments for me without my consent and send me emails and letters to my house ridiculous

Above & Beyond !!! I live in Canada and was visiting my friend in Coronado. My friend & I visited Eyeglass World in Chula Vista and immediately decided to purchase new eyeglasses. So, Marian (my Canadian friend) received her two pairs the next day, but the lenses for my prescription were not in stock at that location. Since we were leaving for Canada the next day, the GM, Christina Martin, said they would mail them to me in Canada. Well, they arrived on Sept 16th and I cannot be happier --- LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM. First visit was great... Customer service is horrible once you go back to return an item.. I found myself negotiating a return for 30 minutes. There are many options that will treat you correctly not only when youre purchasing from them... Take business somewhere else.. UPDATE exactly 1 year later I went back for warranty claim and service was good, got my glasses fixed.

Saved the vacation!Last week we were on vacation in San Diego from Chicago. My son was in the ocean 20 minutes at most and a wave hit him and knocked off his glasses, GONE! After finally calming down, I got in touch with Eyeglass World and told them my story, they got right to work. They looked up my insurance, got us in for an exam and we had glasses in a few hours. It seemed like everybody at the store chipped in and SAVED THE VACATION!

Horrendous service, made an online appointment for 5:15 (this was the only time available) I get off work at 5:00 drive to the strip mall which unfortunately is packed with traffic because of the way they route traffic for the gas station only. I arrived at 5:25 and was told that if the next appointment didnt arrive then I could be helped, otherwise S.O.L.
