Expensive glasses yet should be cheap. I bought my kids glasses from here but the glasses broke in less than a week, nobody did anything to them. they just broke. When I bought them, they said it had a warranty for 30 days for lenses and frames so no problem, but when I called up the office for the warranty, they refused to help and the representative was so rude to me, she even hung up the call while I was talking to her.I will not go there anymore.

If you want quality glasses, do NOT come to this place. I purchased my glasses on December 2020, and recently on May 2021 when putting on my glasses the side frame just broke. The frame is of cheap quality and I payed $360. When I went to the place to see if they could fix the side frame, they said that the glasses only had 3 months warranty and if i wanted it fixed i needed to pay more money for the repair..i refused to pay extra money for trash. Im an older women and I dont have spare money to keep giving away to this company.

The doctor was.nice...that is about it. The people at the front desk are very unprofessional.When I went into my appointment the rep was on a personal call and was very loud. That wasnt the biggest problem...I went in early February paid for my glasses they said 4-6 weeks because of COVID...okay I understand. I called end of March just to give them time. When I called it took me 4 times, two separate days just to speak with someone. And yes I did leave a message but I didnt get a call back with the supposed 24 hours. When I did reach someone I was told to call back the next day because the person that ordered the frames was not in. Okay...tried calling the next day, no answer, tried at 3 different times. After 3 days finally got someone, only to be told my glasses where.not ready. And it could take longer then 6 weeks but no time frame...okay. So I wait and wait. I call in May, I did get through and was told my glasses where done on April 12th and they called me. No. They. Did. Not. I doubled checked my call log just to make sure. So almost a month since they called and you only call.once? I was only told my frames where done when I asked for a refund. I am going to get the frames I paid for and will.never come back here again. I know things can be delayed, but in this.instance this was just unprofessional

After experiencing this place I had to create a yelp review. First I well be talking about the prices of the glasses and then about the front desk. First of all the glasses are way overpriced and there is such a few selection, I had insurance, but it only covered $90 (or $45, I can’t remember) and I still had to pay $75 out of pocket, and I chose glasses on the least expensive side. Ok now for a little story. After being told that I could pick up my glasses I needed to schedule an appointment just to pick them up, alright understandable given the circumstances from the pandemic. However two days out of the week (Monday and Wednesday) I’m fully busy and I can’t make anytime for an appointment where I could make it because they would already be closed. So on a Tuesday I called to make an appointment, I told them I wanted to pick up my glasses, they said they could do Wednesday. I then told them how I was busy and couldn’t make any days on Monday and Wednesday. So they said ok, how about next week Tuesday. I said sounds great. Fast forward to that appointment date I’m halfway to the building and I call to tell them I’m on the way, they ask for my info to check me in, and guess what. They tell me I missed my appointment and that it was last week Wednesday. I tell them why would it be on a Wednesday when I specifically remember telling the last caller I was busy on that day. So not only did I have someone, and excuse my language, incompetent do my appointment, but I had to wait a whole two weeks when I had to reschedule my appointment. My father also went here and he complained about the same thing, it’s too expensive, and they seem to mess up appointment times. For this place I would say if you really had to go here make sure they don’t move your schedule around and overall just go somewhere else, your money would be better elsewhere.

I was a new patient my appt was at 9am I got there at 8:45am even before the first staff member got there but they didnt call me in until almost 9:20am . When they had confirmed my appt the day before they never told me that on the day of my appt I was supposed to call and answer a couple of questions due to covid19, they didnt come out of the office to tell me until a third employee came and mentioned it to me . By this time it was about 9:05 I was outside in the hot weather waiting , they finally called me in after almost 20 minutes after. Right before I finish my exam the Dr tells me that he has to refer me to a specialist which is fine but he makes sure to mention oh and that office you probably have to wait a long time hrs maybe ,not like here that you waited only 15 minutes staff definitely told him that I complained about wondering why other patients were going in before me when I was the first one there , I understand its different procedures for everyone some are going to be faster than others , but is it so hard to communicate that with me ? Like you see me standing there, outside, waiting. Of course Im gonna call and ask how much longer its going to be . (Lack of communication in this office for sure ) . So I purchased 2 pairs of glasses paid almost $300 ,she told me it was going to be 2 weeks I said great ,I called 2 weeks later to follow up and see if my glasses were in they said no because of the type of insurance that I had it was going to take 3 weeks I said really? Ok fine . Called back today , because today is 3 weeks and my glasses arent ready yet, now they told me because of covid its going to take longer than 3 weeks ,mind you the other 2 times they never mentioned covid and the whole time I was trying to explain my self I kept getting interrupted by the employee on the phone this office needs to communicate much much better and let the patient talk without interruption those are the basics that they teach you in all medical schools no matter what career you choose you let the patient/customer talk. And that is why they get 1 stars from me ,I will not be returning and hopefully when they read this they dont forget to call me when my glasses are in.

I went there to have done my son’s eye exam and glasses, Two weeks after they called to say glasses are ready to pick up so I went just to find out LIZETH R. ordered the wrong size, I called and to my surprise front desk puts on the phone LIZETH and there she was, arguing about how she ordered them right because it was the same size as the ones he got the previous year (I checked both glasses and the ones the gave him this time are actually smaller) after a few minutes I decided I did not want to speak to her so I asked to speak to someone else, they gave me an appointment because they were about to close. Four days after I come to the appointment just to waste my time with the same person (LIZETH R) and again there she was telling me that she didn’t make the wrong order that it was the same size as the previous year (comparing both glasses you can clearly see the size difference) I ask to speak to someone else she says your gonna have to talk to me because I’m the only one that makes the orders here, I say then I need to make a return and with no hesitation she says let’s do that then... so I did. I wonder if she realizes that not only she wasted my time but she’s also hurting the company by providing this awful customer service and not doing her job the right way, needless to say I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Now my son has to wait another three weeks to get his glasses but I obviously prefer to wait then be dealing with LIZETH’S stupidity and lack of ethics... Waste of time! Awful customer service by LIZETH R.CLEAR VISION OPTOMETRIST, I ASK YOU TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO AT LEAST APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE TO AT LEAST MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL YOU DO CARE!Pésimo servicio al cliente, lleve a mi hijo a tener ahí su examen de vista y a que le ordenaran nuevos lentes y dos semana después me hablan para irlos a recoger solo para darme cuenta que LIZETH R. Tomo la orden mal y ordeno los lentes de una medida más pequeña, no solo la tomo mal pero cuando les hable para hacérselo saber la recepcionista me comunica con ella y LIZETH decide discutir conmigo acerca de la medida diciendo que es la misma que El Niño tenía hace un año (cheque los dos lentes y a simple vista se puede ver la gran diferencia de tamaño) después de algunos minutos le dije que no quería seguir hablando con ella y pedí hablar con alguien más y me dieron una cita para 4 días después porque ya estaban apunto de cerrar, hoy vengo a la cita y de nuevo dale ella a decir lo mismo que habíamos hablado en nuestra conversación previa por teléfono, vuelvo a pedir hablar con alguien más y me dice que ella es la única con la que puedo hablar, le comento que en ese caso tendría que hacer una devolución y sin contemplacion alguna me dice que si que es lo que hay que hacer... hice la devolución. Me pregunto si LIZETH R se da cuenta que no solo está desperdiciando mi tiempo pero también está lastimando la economía de la compañía/empresa al dar este horrible servicio al cliente y no hacer su trabajo de la manera correcta. No necesito decir que jamas volveré a este lugar y que NO LO RECOMIENDO , ahora mi hijo tendrá que esperar tres semanas más para poder tener sus lentes pero por supuesto prefiero esperar a seguir lidiando con la estupidez y falta de ética de LIZETH. It was my first visit to this eye doctor and couldnt have been more pleased with the experience. All the office staff were great and the doctor was very professional and thorough. And the best part he had a sense of humor. Got 2 pairs of glasses and love the choices they had available.

I used to enjoy going to clear vision optometry when they were part of the eastlake location but I feel that now that they moved their service has gotten worse. The front desk staff has a horrible attitude and are very rude on the phones. They seem to not care about their job and are just there for a paycheck. The glasses that are offered there are very overpriced and unaccessible for many people. Also when I went for my appointment I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time, I understand that under the circumstances of Covid there would be a delay but 45 minutes seems excessive. Once I got in to see the doctor he seemed to be in such a hurry that I couldnt ask him questions, and I felt that my appointment was not thorough enough to get a right prescription for my glasses. I was very disappointed in the overall attitude and treatment by the entire staff. I would recommend doing research and trying to find a different Optometrist before going with them.

Dr. Boeck is amazing, patient and caring. I have seen several doctors in Mexico and in the US and he is the first and only doctor that took the time to examine me and explain everything to detail. The contacts he adapted me are perfect fit, he is the only doctor who persistently adapt a contact for my right eye that is tremendously ill. He did not give up on me as many other doctors did. He and his staff have changed my life!!!

If I could give it less stars I would. They won’t do a contact lens exam without having an eye exam although I emplaned i just had it done 1 month ago. I belong to Kaiser Vision essentials but due to covid 19 they are not doing any exams unless medically necessary but given that I’ve had my eyes checked and got glasses contacts are of course elective so I am willing to pay out of pocket. People like this practice is what makes our healthcare horrible. If I’m willing to take my own RX for eye exam they should be willing to do my contact eye exam like other places! So annoyed!!!!

Horrible experience. I have insurance that covered for my glasses & paid 90+ for contacts “fitting” to receive a prescription since my insurance didn’t Over it. I specifically told the Optomertist DR. Efrain that I need the daily removals contacts prescription that you throw away. No only did he not do that but I called them about the mistake he made & instead of making it right they want to charge me $80 bucks to fix his issue. $20 would be reasonable but I’m basically paying almost the same full price as before for his mistake. DONT GO HERE. If you have medical cut your losses if you have PPO cut your losses. Find another place. Integrity is a big, as a nurse my self it’s always important that your patients are cared for not taken advantage of.

Not only did I love my eye exam but the customer service was far from exceptional . Verenice was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. She went above and beyond to provide the utmost customer care experience. I didn’t have to wait long to be called back for the beginning of my exam. I was also very satisfied with the exam and the doctor’s professionalism and the time he took to examine my vision . The optician Caro is very patient, nice and professional. She made some recommendations of frames that fit my face and although the decision was mine, I was happy to choose a frame she suggested and fortunately they fit my face perfectly. The options they had were many and I picked a beautiful Gucci frame. After about a week and a half later I was contacted that my glasses were ready. They accommodated me right away to pick them up. I received my glasses, case and cloth all very nicely packaged. have been coming to clear optometry for a couple of years and I have to say that the customer service experience has always been far from exceptional. All the ladies are vey nice! I highly recommend this optometrist to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Clear Vision Optometrist for a great experience every time .

Dr was nice, some of this stuff was also nice for the majority of them didnt want to give me the time of day. I am an English-speaking woman and everybody else in there only spoke Spanish .I also thought they had a very small selection of glasses. I plan to go somewhere else next time I need an exam .

Dr.Luna was honestly the best Eye Dr. i have seen in a while. Very knowledgeable. Service is excellent. Staff is nice and friendly. Great selection of frames for those with insurance and withouth insurance. Carolina & Liz are excellent opticians, they sit down with you and explain everything as best as possible. Highly recommend this Optometry!!!

After visiting five other places for my prescription, frame and lenses, including Lens Crafters, Sears, JC Penny and a few other independent optometrists, I found out that not only they were very expensive, their staff and attitude did not impress me. I mentioned that to my Ophthalmologist Dr. Ron Goldberg. He referred me to Clear Vision Optometry with very high recommendations.I went to Clear Vision and right from the Get-Go I was impressed. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Very good, clean and modern test equipment and very accomplished, friendly and polite doctor. I immediately decided to go with them and I will recommend anyone to go there with you eyes closed. You cant go wrong.

Bought Gucci glasses in this Clinic about 8 months ago. The frame started peeling off already and because of this I tried to get them replace with my 1 year warranty but they wouldnt do the replacement and their excuse was We dont carry gucci anymore Sorry and they wouldnt tell me anything else. Worst Customer Service Ive ever had in a eye care clinic.

Dont go here. They are rude, unprofessional and they will lie to you.I just went there for an exam and they were awful. I asked up front how much everything would be and they quoted me a good price (just my Co pay plus a little extra for the contacts) but when it was all over the price went way up. I ended up getting a refund because it was absurd. Plus they lied to me about my coverage to try and up sell me. Its a pity because the doctor himself was very nice and professional.

Everyone was really friendly,, kind, & patient. The office wasnt overcrowded at any point. Yesterday was my first visit. Im a little bummed i have to wait 2 weeks for my new glasses, but it turns out my insurance (SCAN) has a lens lab of thier own that is used.The selection of glasses didnt look that big at first, but actually i found a lot of pairs in the 100% covered frames i liked & wont be looking anywhere else.

Horrible customer service. Front staff is very rude, dont own up to their mistakes and since they have no manager they cover for each other whenever theres a complain. The owner really needs to have a talk with his staff because their costumer service skills is pushing patients away. Not recommending anyone here anymore. Never going back!

It was alright , I suppose the staff was ehh 2/5The service was slow also when they receive a call they put the client that is there physically in person on hold instead of the person on the phone thats in his lazyboy at home. The price of the frames are too high cash only place ($$$) unless your insurance covers it. The doctor 5/5 serviceOne thing I like to point out if you need a new exam your insurance will only cover it once and then you have to wait a while. After that there is no free re examination for eyes. Sometimes people like my self after few months my vision got slighty worst and needed to do a re eye examination. but did not cover it so you looking at 172 for eye exam here.

Super recommended and Dr Efrain Mascareño. I took my 7 year old son because the school referred him to an ophthalmologist, my son came to the appointment very nervous and did not want to be tested to see how damaged the staff with which Dr. super has his eyesight patient and kind with both the child and me. Dr. very kind to both my son and me and with infinite patience if my son did not want to drop the drops to dilate his pupil. Many thanks to Dr and his 100% recommended staff.
