Eastlake Vision Center Optometry is the best vision center Ive yet to visit. They go to great lengths to protect their staff and the customer in these uncertain times. The staff is incredibly nice, helpful, and patient. The exam itself was smooth and fast with no waiting. Its also worth noting that their frame selection is not bad at all.Ive needed glasses for a long time now and this is without doubt the best vision center Ive ever attended.

Friendly receptionist / assistant and a very good Doctor. After many years of LensCrafters and constantly rotating Doctors I have decided to switch to Eastlake Vision Center and Doctor Mascareno.

I recently ordered a pair of glasses here and I was very impressed with the level of customer service. They made sure the glasses I ordered met all my requirements and they took the time to explain the differences. I left the store completely satisfied that I got the right glasses at the right price.

Came back to this location for my eye exam for contacts and new lenses for my glasses. The staff and doctor here are great. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back here again

The Dr was very knowledgeable and the ladies there were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend going there for your vision needs.

Doctors are excellent. Staff is completely useless. Had my eye appointment done, no problem. Staff was horrible at communicating my health insurance coverage. Definitely not clear or concise. Left my frame so they could put on new lenses, and was never contacted or texted when they were done and ready for pick-up. When I finally went to retrieve them, there was no one present to fit them. I asked if there would be someone some time soon that would be able to fit them for me, they said no, not till tomorrow. After making my way down all the way from mission valley there was no one to fit them for me. If the office is only open certain days a week if be completely fine with that, but why have staff present who literally can do nothing but answer phones. I could understand if this happened close to closing time, but this took place mid-day. Im not one to leave bad reviews, but I strongly believe the office should only be open when a doctor is available or at least someone who can fit glasses. I dont think this is a crazy expectation from an optometry office.

Both my husband and I were able to get an appointment quickly. The staff was very efficient and was able to get pre approval from our insurance. When we went in for our exams, we were taken without any delay. The exams were thorough and the doctor and staff were friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

I ran out of contact lenses a while back and I needed to be seen to get new ones. Unfortunately for me, the optometrist I had seen previously didnt have an opening for two months! Thats when I started looking around the area and have Eastlake Vision Center a call. They lady that answered the phone asked when I would like to come in and I told her as soon as possible. They were able to squeeze me in the same day!I went in and had my appointment with Dr. Mascareno who was very kind and personable. Previous optometrists have told me I had a good amount of astigmatism but Dr. Mascareno explained that it was only slight astigmatism with myopia. He gave me a pair of trial contacts and now my vision is better than it has been for several years.Had a little bit of a wait at the end because the sales person was working with an indecisive customer. So I spent a little time browsing their eyeglass frame selection. As soon as she was finished with him, I was taken care of in minutes. On top of the great service, I was able to use my FSA to pay for everything.I had an overall great experience and Ill keep coming back!

Ive been going to Eastlake Eye Center for years. Dr. Mascareno really feels like family. Im kind of sad I only see him once a year for my contact exam and glasses. To be honest if I ever decide to get LASIK Ill be really sad if I wouldnt get to see him anywhere. Their facilities are really clean and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Hes always had the best equipment, but most recently even upgraded to have the most technologically-advanced eye equipment to date. So the exam can literally be under 5 minutes, took longer cuz I just love talking to him and catching up. I dont know what more I can say. Eastlake eyecenter also have a great selection of designer glasses and hell give you a good deal on them. I didnt know designer glasses could be so expensive but he reduces the price dramatically and makes it affordable and eye glasses are really nice they will last you for years. Last time I went in there they had Gucci Prada Tommy Hilfiger Ray-Ban seriously all the nice designer brands

Dr.Mascareno really cares about the patients he sees very detailed and his staff at this location are always friendly and polite . I had a very good experience .
