Dr. Bibbs is a top-notch orthodontist. He runs a professional office that is friendly--it feels like youre hanging out with family during the visits. His staff members are also professionals that are smart and pleasant. I would recommend his office to anyone that has a child that may be afraid of the orthodontist. What impressed me the most is that he put my son at-ease during his first visit!

Horrible experience!Wish I had followed my first mind and went with a different orthodontist! Paid all of this money, treatments were paid in full, yet all services were not performed. Now, the practice is closed down and I will have to be transferred to another orthodontist, and pay MORE money for my treatments to continue!

I was referred to Dr. Bibbs by my primary dental office, Dr.Decker/Dr. Feldmans office.I did my research before choosing Dr. Bibbs. The reason I decided to move forward with him was because hes incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about what I should expect throughout the process.Fast forward one year, each visit has been efficient in terms of getting in and out of the office, treatment has been outstanding, and Dr. Bibbs is a perfectionist (which I appreciate)! Dr. Bibbs team makes the office run smoothly; they are incredibly friendly and very flexible in terms of scheduling and setting up payment arrangements.Its now time to take off my braces and my teeth look amazing. If youre in pursuit of an orthodontist with an awesome team, look no further!

Came in for a consultation and was very satisfied with my experience. Dr. Bibbs was personable and fairly upfront about what he thought was the best direction for my teeth. The staff was also very forthcoming and understanding of my financial needs and questions. Looking forward to starting my treatment here in the future!

Horrible orthodontist! Methods are outdated. Did work. And refused to correct it when they screwed up. Poor customer service. Poor bed-side manner. Would not recommend for anyone. Would not recommend for children.

Everytime I come in for my appointments my experience is awesome the staff as well Dr.Bibbs is very professional fast efficient nice and informal. They treat me like family I would recommend this office to anyone. I just love this office everytime I come, Im always greeted with a warm welcome all the staff will treat you well.

I am very displeased with the service at Dr. Bibbs office. My daughter got her braces on in March 2014. Her teeth took forever to get straight, her rubber bands constantly came off. When I mentioned to Dr. Bibbs that she was 6 hours away and had to miss work and school to get her bands put back on he was very nonchalant. She has since switched to a orthodontist in Missouri who has changed her braces. The brackets that Dr. Bibbs uses are outdated. It has been 2 months and her teeth are already straightening out and are coming off this summer. I would not recommend Dr. Bibbs at all.

I’ve had my braces on going on 5 years now they supposed to been off. They have so many different people working in my mouth over the whole process it’s slowed down my finished date. They are very unprofessional I’ve been unhappy the whole time my braces have been on. I’ve had cuts inside my mouth every time I go to get my wires change each visit cuz they never cut the end of the wires properly. I’ve been paying cash every visit into I got free dental insurance with my job. Now that I have free dental insurance the person who’s in charge of taking payments Roxie . They refuse to take my dental insurance because they say it’s to much of a hassle trying to get in contact with people insurance. This place is the absolute worst business I’ve ever done business with in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this Otho dental service to anyone not even my enemy. Especially if your paying out of pocket like I was. The best thing about the office is the location that’s it. The doctor isn’t to bad but the thing is u mainly only see him 3 minutes each visit then you are finished by a assistant. In most times they have new assistants often so I been getting worked on by new ppl since I been there that’s why it’s going on 5 years in I stil have my braces on. If u want the truth save ya self the headache 🤕 don’t go here it’s a mess

My experience regarding braces was fine. However, after seven months I have still been unable to get them to submit a claim to my insurance company. I have called five times now and each time they tell me they will submit the claim. The last time I asked for a copy to be sent to me. Needless to say, I never received anything from them, nor did my insurance company. Descent work, but poor back-office administration.

I visited this dentist while back home in Illinoi and it was a terrific experience. The dentist referred to in the other review is no longer there and the new owner/dentist, Dr. Bibbs is amazing. My teeth were cleaned better than they have ever been before, plus I got to watch on their cameras and learned a lot about my teeth. I definitely recommend this dentist!

Im a current patient & for the past 6 months & I have to wait over a hour to be seen for my monthly adjustments. The office clearly overbooks appointments and the waiting room is packed to capacity. I dont have any problems with the orthodontic treatment. However, there is a major breakdown in the office process of scheduling appointments, answering in-office calls during the day, and making care-credit payments. They should take into consideration patients time is valuable. Waiting 5 to 15 mins is doable. However, when you strategically make your appointments around your work schedule and you have to wait over a hour & your paying $4800.00 out of pocket then something needs to be done. Theyre quick to remind of your payment but nothings done about this excessive wait times.
