Great place. I brought my 4 yo and 11 yo and it was my 4 yo first time at the dentist (don’t judge me, I never saw the dentist as a child. I was taught those baby teeth fall out anyways so why bother. I’ve grown from that position). They were seen at the same time. How awesome was that?!The staff made both of my boys so comfy. You can tell that children are absolutely everyone in the office specialty. My oldest watched YouTube and had no complaints. (And he’s a complainer) My youngest, his tech and doc were just having the best conversation while coco melon played.Doc was very knowledgeable and walked me through what each of the boys needed. My youngest can’t stop talking about his visit to the dentist. I would absolutely recommend!

High praise for Dr. Dale and the team at Chicago Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. I had an orthodontic emergency and could not return to my original orthodontist. My dentist referred me here. They not only took me same day, they treated me as if I had been a patient for years and fixed my issue quickly. I definitely have a new favorite orthodontist in Dr. Dale. Dont let the name fool you. They see adults too!!!!

Dr. Dale could not have been more helpful. I had broken my somewhat ancient retainer, and he was able fix it, and recommend some additional treatment options of for some reason it should subsequently fail. Couldn’t recommend the office and the team anymore highly!

To even out the hospitality I have received, I must write this review. My first review on anything in my life. Orthodontics is complex and delicate, and I am the kind of patient that gets paranoid easily. However, staffs at the store are welcoming and friendly. Most importantly the service my doctor, Dr Dale, is willing to provide off-appointment hour, his company and answers to my many questions thru the treatment show real professionalism. Anyone seeing this thinking of getting the braces somewhere? Here it is!

We took our 2 week old here for a tongue/lip tie assessment. They got us in last minute! I am a first time mom and I was so nervous about the whole procedure. Everyone at the office was wonderful, Dr Deric did a wonderful job explaining everything and giving us space to decide. They use a laser technology that has been tested by the Dr who owns the practice which was very reassuring to me. After the procedure my baby didn’t seem too bothered and her latch was improved right away. We are so thankful!

Dr Justin and his team are phenomenal! The entire team is professional, kind and friendly. I am a dentist and took my daughter in for an extensive procedure. I initially saw Jonathon and Dr Matt for an emergency visit over the weekend and they were both so accommodating, gentle and kind with my six year old daughter. We saw Dr Justin and Stephanie today who were engaging, gentle and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was happy and comfortable throughout every step of her visit. I highly recommend this fantastic team!!

We had an amazing experience with Chicago Pediatric Dentistry. My newborn had a fairly extreme tongue and lip tie that Dr. Matt helped us correct. They clearly have top of the line equipment and staff that helped make the process as painless as possible. Our new baby did incredibly well and it corrected the feeding issues we were having. We will definitely be scheduling our one year appointment with them next year.

We are so thankful we happened upon Dr. Justin and this practice. Our child needed a frenectomy and this place was truly a blessing in our life. Our speech therapist recommended Dr. Justin, commenting that he wasnt one of those dental snippers and really understood the post-op care needed for good outcomes. Dr. Justin even contacted us the next day personally to check in on our child. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Justin and staff!

I called the office one evening when my 2.5 year old jumped and fell mouth first into the side of a wooden coffee table. There was a lot of blood and tears - we were extremely worried. The on-call Dentist called us back right away and talked us through the injury, what to do and what to keep an eye out for. He also got us in for an exam first thing in the morning. The experience was seamless both with the on call doc and at the office. The staff and dentist were excellent despite my anxious 2.5 y/o crying the whole time. I highly recommend them!! Beautiful office and easy parking as well!

We were referred by our other dentist for the work our daughter needed and from the first call until the last appointment today (we had 3) they were caring, helpful and so great with our young kid. They really know how to work with kids and it shows in every aspect. The place is nice and our experience with Dr Matt and all other staff was incredible. This will be our new dentist for the kids going forward.

I went to see doctor for fixing my retainers which I have 3-4 retainers that I got from other places and it does not fit on me. Doctor Dale fixed all of my retainers without any charge. He made my day and I got my old retainer like a new one. Thank you so much for your help.

My newborn had a tongue and lip tie and my lactation consultant recommended a laser procedure here - we saw Dr. Justin and before we knew it our daughter was a champion breastfeeder! If you are considering this procedure and on the fence - I highly recommend it. You might hear differently from your pediatrician but the laser is the way to go, based on our experience. :) Thanks again, Dr. Justin!

The care I have experienced at Chicago Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is on a level I have never seen before. I first arrived simply hoping to get information about braces, but I left very much excited and eager to start the process with this team in particular. At literally every moment, I was treated so warmly by everyone there. The assistants, namely Fabian and Mikey, are very pleasant and professional, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. The coordinator, Liz, is very knowledgeable and easygoing, which was very helpful while I decided which treatment plan to choose from. Dr. Dale is very attentive and informative, ensuring I made informed decisions and that I have the best experience possible with the process. I am really excited to see the results from my care here and feel very confident that I am in great hands. Huge thank you to Stephanie who is also a wonderful assistant here for the referral! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.

This was my 3 year olds first dentist experience, and it could not have gone any better! We were warmly greeted by our hygienist Gabby who gave us a quick tour (after having us wash hands!). She made me and my son feel so relaxed and talked us through every step of the cleaning. Next we met Dr. Derick who was equally as fantastic! Everyone was so sweet and caring and really took their time making sure my son was happy and at ease, including putting on Thomas. We will 100% be back in 6 months for our next cleaning and will be referring all our friends. A nice bonus is that you get 2 hours of free parking in the garage with validation. We took time after the appointment to check out a few shops and the playground/koi fish pond out front.

We absolutely love everything about Chicago Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. It is pristine & bright, has a super child friendly and welcoming decor, great location, easy parking, and that is just the building. The Doctors and staff are amazing! I trust their advice like I would trust a friend. Their rapport with my children is something I have been searching for in Chicago for a few years. We had a magical pediatric dentist when we lived in Cambridge, MA and I am so happy to say she has met her superstar pediatric dental counterparts with Dr. Justin & Dr. Dale! We’ve been with them for a few years and will be with them for many years to come.

The dentist was great. Facilities are beautiful, but the front desk manager and staff ruin it all. They are overdoing the scheduling til they confuse themselves. They only hear their own policies and that theyre not seeing their own mistakes. I cannot do business with any entity that cant step back and look at their mistakes and the issues that arise from Ms. Information.

I am SO happy that we found Chicago Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. They are such an awesome group of people and I’m consistently pleased with our interactions with them. As someone who had traumatizing experiences with dentists as a child and not so great teeth otherwise (thus lots of interactions with dentists), I feel so at peace with my kiddos here. More importantly, they do too. We’re moving out of the area soon and despite, will continue to bring our kids here. They’re absolutely worth the Chicago traffic. 🙌🏽

I just took my son here for his 2 yr check-up and have nothing but great things to say about the place and staff. They have great Covid precautions in place and the wait time is very minimal. It’s conveniently located in the Roosevelt Collection with free 2hr validated parking. Our dental hygienist, Johnathan, and Dr Matt were both fantastic! Extremely friendly, engaging, knowledgeable and very professional. Everything about this place is wonderful. It’s so clean and the decor is lovely and very inviting. The TVs on the ceiling are a perfect distraction, especially since some kids have a great fear of visiting the dentist.Keep up the good work guys!!

We have been seeing the pediatric dentists at CPDO for over 2 years now. My 4 year old needed extensive dental work. We had a not-so-good experience with another pediatric dentist and we were very stressed after that. But after meeting with Dr. Jamie and seeing her interact and work with my kids, I knew this would be our go to dental practice. Dr. Jaime and Jonathan did an excellent job in taking care of both of my sons. With Dr. Jamie now practicing in another location, my kids are now being seen by Dr. Matt. He is a natural with kids and highly skilled in his work. My son had an extraction yesterday and he literally didnt even feel a thing. Dr. Matt, Jonathan and Gaby were all amazing!This review would be incomplete without talking about the administration staff at the office. Everyone in the front is very welcoming and nice. We have always been greeted with big smiles!We are very happy with CPDO and will continue seeing them for our kids maintenance visits.Thank you CPDO!!

Normally when we brush our son’s teeth it is like wrestling an alligator but the dentist was able to examine and clean our son’s teeth almost effortlessly. This was my son’s first official visit to the dentist at 4 and also being on the autism disorder spectrum and Mikey and Dr Matt made this experience seem less for his first time being aware at what was going on. They had the most patience and although my guy couldn’t quite have that conversational banter with them, they both kept engaging and including him in every step along the way. I was so impressed that I’m Also scheduling for me as well since I also as an adult get anxiety from the dentist🥰

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dale and his team at Chicago Pediatric Dentistry. As an adult (well over 40), I was apprehensive about braces or any Orthodontal work, especially by an orthodontist office with the word “pediatric” in its name. However, the moment I had my first visit and my reservations were addressed, I immediately felt comfortable with my decision. I was informed every step of the way, the team was fantastic, and I love the results! I would recommend Dr. Dale to anyone considering Orthodontal treatment.

Fantastic place before Covid and also now during the pandemic. My kiddo is in the good hands. Location is excellent including children playground and pond outside, free underground garage parking so weather is never a problem, state of the art and very spacious facility. Staff is great and so far (3 years) never had any problems with billing or billing surprises. Now the most important - doctors and assistants are just amazing with kids. Dr Justin is exceptional on a personal level and holds himself to a high standards professionally. This also could be seen with the doctors/assistants he hires. Overall 10/10.

I haven’t finished my treatment yet, but know I won’t have any problems so still leaving this review. These people are simply amazing, every single one of them. Not only is the office and atmosphere beautiful, Chicago Pediatric had to top that with hiring the nicest people to walk this planet. Truly all of them. Dr. Dale (the orthodontist) is wonderful: incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and tells dad jokes that gives my own dad a run for his money. Stephanie is always so visibly happy I can’t help but smile. Fabian is crazy fast and efficient. As a team, they work effortlessly and watching their dynamic is such a sight to see. They also clearly have fun with one another and it’s nice to see such a light environment.Not only that, the receptionists are incredibly helpful as well and they respond to your voicemails if you leave them. I had a family emergency and couldn’t make my appointment, left a voicemail as it was after hours, they called me back next day, and they were able to squeeze me before I had to leave.Maybe I’ve had bad orthodontic experiences before and my bar is really low, not sure, but what I do know is that I’m incredibly happy I chose to complete my braces treatment here, and I’d only recommend this office to anyone. What a sweet and refreshing practice!! Everyone was SO accommodating for my little guy’s first visit to the dentist! Even when my little guy was scared and having a hard time, everyone was calm and sang to him to make him more comfortable. They have some seriously great people at this practice. We were hoping that the cool decor would ease her into a new dental environment, but it was more than just their amazing and thoughtful office. My 3 year old felt so comfortable at her first time appointment ever and excited with her gifts! The dental assistant was so patient and Dr Matt was awesome! My daughter can’t wait to see her dental team again, she keeps asking “ mommy when can I go to the dentist again?” We loved it! 😬🦷🪥❤️

I’ve been coming to this location for a little over 5 months and every visit is friendly, professional and easy on my time. I’ve liked it so much I’m switching my daughter to this practice for her dentist and Ortho work. They have great parking, flexible hours (determining factor) and a very nice clean facility. My only complaint is some days it feels a bit hectic in the office, a lot of patients being seen and interruptions during your visit. I take it as a good sign that they are busy and highly rated, but it can leave you feeling hurried along and potential for mixed messages and info. I’ve been asked the same question by three different people in one visit, leading you to believe that information wasn’t passed on.I can appreciate the convenience and quick service, but a personal touch to each appointment goes a long way. Other than that all of the staff is very friendly and no complaints about the treatments I’ve had done so far.

Dr. Dale Benjamin is AMAZING! He turned every what wouldve been painful dental visit into a delightful experience. In my one and half years experience of being his patient, I was always greeted with smile and support, even when hes visibly tired from a busy day.Id recommend Dr. Dale for anyone whos looking for an orthodontist, this man will not only fix your dental problems, but also give you a good mood that last for days. Its like getting your dental works done & receiving psychotherapy at the same time, I walk out the office every time feeling like a refreshed person. I would honestly go visit him every week if his schedule is not so full all the time, much more money-worthy than burning $200 per hours at a therapy session.Staff here are really friendly as well, the office is clean and nicely decorated. Theres a bunch of shops & restaurants right outside of the office, so if your kids are resistant to dental visits, you can just tell them you are taking them to a theme park.

Our lactation consultant recommended CPDO after seeing that our newborn son likely had a tongue tie, which was making nursing him not very productive and quite painful. They were able to work us in for an appointment the same day that I called, and we had a wonderful experience. Dr. Matt was so comforting and helpful, and made us as comfortable as possible with the procedure, which he performed on the spot. The nurse and receptionist were also wonderful. We can’t say enough great things about this place!

Highly recommend this dental clinic for kids. Dr. Matt was very patient with all of my questions and concerns after my kid broke a few adult teeth with a big hit to the mouth. Dr. Justin is an amazing and super responsible dentist. He called me back on a Saturday when the office is actually closed. He even told me I can call him for anything if my child’s condition changes before our urgent appointment on Monday. It’s hard to find good doctors who actually care.

This place is awesome! I had read great reviews prior to going in with our toddler for her first cleaning. It was very welcoming for kids and parents. The hygienist had the best bedside manner. The dentist did as well. They explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered.I can only imagine how much more awesome it will be post pandemic. The waiting room is currently closed but we were told all about what they usually have out there. Next time!Just had our next time for our 6 month cleaning and had even more fun. There was a lot more to distract her since more kids were there this time. But that didnt make it any less fun. Mommy got all her questions patiently answered as well. From beginning to end we felt well taken care of and are already set for 6 months out and homework to quit thumbsucking real soon!

Drove in from the suburbs for my daughters first visit to the dentist.Dr. Justin Welke met us in the waiting room to help my daughter get comfortable.After he explained what he would be doing he had my daughter sit in my wife’s lap to keep her calm. Within a few minutes he was done and she was excited to get a toy from the treasure chest.Parking was easy and they validate. We were in and out within 45 minutes and had the rest of the day to enjoy the city.Highly recommend

While I dont typically enjoy a visit to the orthodontist, Dr. Dale Benjamin and his staff made my visit comfortable—and dare I say, enjoyable. The offices are conveniently located in the lovely Roosevelt Collection property with ample parking. The staff are friendly, efficient, and most importantly, they perform great work. The offices are modern, inviting, and replete with modern technology.

My wife and I both work in the dental industry and we drive about an hour to take our son to see Dr Justin... he’s the best! And if we ever need an Orthodontist when the little guy grows up, Dr Dale is very accomplished and highly respected! Dr. Matt and the team at Chicago Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics are wonderful. My son is on the autism spectrum, so he doesn’t always do well with loud noises, people touching his mouth or pain. Dr. Matt and Jonathon (hope I spelled that correctly) talked him through each step, showed my son how the instruments work and kept him calm. They work quickly and efficiently. On the admin side, they sent his treatment plan well in advance of our visit, including the cost breakdown. We never have to wait long and the whole staff is friendly, supportive and helpful. If I could give them 100 stars, I would!

I am delighted with the service, professionalism and care at this dentist. My 4 and 5 year old would see Dr. Matt every day if they could. In addition to being knowledgable and great with kids, Dr. Matt was very open to fluoride alternative (hydroxyapatite) as well as other preferences for holistic dentistry. I should also mention that he placed a composite crown so beautifully that I couldnt tell which tooth had been worked on. Dr. Matt is the best!

Very fast appointment, very nice, professional and comprehensive service, and very clean and well-decorated office, highly recommended.

I initially gave a one star rating due to a very frustrating issue that took place this morning with my son’s appointment that was the fault of someone at the office. However, I greatly appreciate Dr Justin calling me personally, to extend his apologies for the situation, and giving me an opportunity to reschedule my son’s appointment. We have been coming to this office since my son was a baby (he’s 3 now) and I certainly want to continue doing so for my son, and eventually my baby daughter. It has always been great experience.Thank you again Dr Justin for going above and beyond to correct the issue!

Dr. Dale and Sasha we’re both wonderful. This place is completely inviting and welcoming to nervous children. I don’t know if I’ve ever met a medical professional with as good of a bedside manner as they have.

Best place ever! It was a very pleasant experience for my 6 years old son Aaron. He was treated amazingly by Dr. Justin and the entire staff. My kid went through a cavity treatment which Dr. Justin was able to make it so fun that he couldnt even noticed what happened, so relaxing and straightforward. We thank the entire staff for being such a great team and appreciate the experience. Aaron and I will see you again in 6 months for sure.

Dr.Deric was amazing! My 3YO actually enjoys going to the dentist. He is kind and takes time with each patient. All of the hygienist were so kind and careful. They help kids who are nervous.

I cant imagine a better pediatric dentist than Dr. Justin. His skill, care, and warmth makes going to the dentist enjoyable for the whole family. Clean and modern offices - timely check in and efficient appointments - its the whole package. Cant recommend him enough!

CPDO is a great place to take your children. Dr. Justin has a great rapport with children and clearly cares for them and makes personal connections. It was a great experience for our oldest childs first dentist appointment and look forward to them seeing Dr. Justin in the future.

The Customer Service is Excellent and Dr Matt is very good dentist I would recommend anyone to go there if they have kids The environment there is very friendly and you feel welcome

I am so impressed with Chicago Pediatric Dentistry. We felt welcome, safe and respected. Stephanie, our hygienist was so personable and explained everything as she did it. Dr. Deric was so considerate, efficient and FUN! I can tell the staff loves working there and truly cares for kids.

Amazing experience ! Brought my one year old for his first dentist appointment. The staff was amazing! Not enough can be said about their hospitality and their over all knowledge. First time parents and had no idea what to expect for our first dentist appointment. We were blown away as soon as we walked in. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Lobby is so clean and welcoming along with the patient rooms. Dr. Justin was incredible and treated our baby like it was his own. The entire staff was so nice. Highly recommend this dentist office!

Amazing staff and level of care. They made my son feel at ease with a potentially scary and uncomfortable procedure - he both went in and came out of the experience feeling not only well cared for but that he has made new friends.

Another great experience. We have been through teeth extractions, orthodontic work and finally a cleaning. The staff is always amazing. Dr. Justin did a great job and my girls loved their visit. If I had a dentist like this growing up I wouldn’t loathe the dentist.

I would highly recommend Chicago Dentistry and Orthodontists. The office is always immaculate, everyone is super friendly, and every aspect of the facility is child centered. My son typically hates going to the dentist, but when I told him we were coming back here for his follow-up appointment he literally said, Yay! Dr. Dale, Dr. Deric, and Stephanie are the best! Im glad we found this place.
