This was my first time at this dentist and I was a little nervous but the staff took good care of me. There was no long wait times so I was able to make the appointment for one week out. Jennifer and Chris cleaned my teeth and they were very nice and did an excellent job. Jennifer was great with my sensitive teeth and kept checking to see if I was okay. The doctor was very helpful too. No cavities for me! I recommend this place.

I have had a wonderful experince coming to this office. Dr.Ahmed has done a wonderful job on my implant and crowns. The assistant Jesus has helped me feel comfortable throughout the procedures. The entire staff is welcoming. I will highly recommend coming to this clinic.

Mariana cleaned my teeth very well! I just wish the water was warm! But other than that they are friendly and I would recommend bright dental.

This place was great. Just moved in across the street and wanted to get a dentist closer to home. Everyone here is very kind. The office is very clean. Everyone seemed to speak English and Spanish if thats a concern. Look forward to future appointments here.

I had an amazing experience at Brite Dental. After a quick search online I found this specific location. It was only a few blocks from my residence. Although thats convenient, I also wanted to make sure their Reviews were on point! I only have one smile and I need a supportive, professional, and informative Dentist. I got that here! Pay them a visit!

The staff was so warm and friendly that after my initial consultation, I didnt hesitate to make a follow-up appointment to have a root canal done the very next day. The whole procedure was the most pain free experience in my dental history, I think I may have even dozed off for a bit! I look forward to being fitted for a crown in the following weeks 😁

Running on time and everything went smoothly. Clean office and everyone was very nice. A tech was being trained and I walked out with toothpaste on my face lol. Its okay, everyone has to learn and overall I had a nice relaxed gentle dental visit. They also didnt floss my teeth but I do that at home. And honestly I preferred that, other techs push too hard between my tight teeth and always hurts/too rough. Thats something I can do on my own. During the x-rays, the tech asked a few times if I was doing okay so she was very caring. The dentist, Dr Ahmed, filed my tooth down where it was chipped/sharp and it feels much better.

Clean place and very nice staff. Good doctors. One of the staff members April, really made me feel welcome, showed a lot of care and she is just genuinely a great person. I would definitely go back to this place for my dental issues because of how caring and nice April was to me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!Sent me home with an infection to wait and see if it needed a root canal. Didnt return my calls when the pain was overwhelming after making 3 calls from open to close. Dentist was hesitant to help in any way.Finally saw a dentist at another clinic. They said they would not have recommended to wait and see it needs to come out ASAP. Reviewed prior work and are refilling some things he did POORLY.Would give 0 stars if it was an option.Save yourself money, time and unbearable pain, RUN AWAY!!!!

Really great crew, Dr. Khan is a doll, and her assistant April is hilarious and kickass. Yvette is also very nice, they work fast and efficiently and are very personable. I am now all caught up and will see them every six months. I couldnt recommend a better place. For people with kids, they have a little Jungle Gym which is awesome.

Edit: They got in touch with me and offered to re do my cleaning. Second time around was done proper by the dentist, and he did a great job correcting a mistake.Super kind, and helpful front desk staff. The lobby looks great, and I felt welcome when I got there. The young dentist was also nice, and was fairly thorough when doing my exam, but this was by far the worst cleaning that I have ever had. The inside of my lips are torn up from the suction tool being quickly and haphazardly moved around, the polishing took 30 seconds and was not thorough, and SHE DIDNT FLOSS MY TEETH. Cleanings normally take 20-30 min, she was done in 5. My teeth dont even feel clean right now. Also, she dropped things on the floor twice, and put them back on the tray. Didnt even change gloves. There is a pandemic right now. I believe her name was April? I am debating returning for my filling.

Jesus did a great job taking all 18(!!!) X-rays. He made me feel real comfortable. April did my cleaning and it was so quick and easy. She had me laughing the whole time. The best experience I had so far at this office. Love them!

Dr.Khan and her Dentist Assistant Jesus were very welcoming and polite they answer all my questions respectfully and accordingly. I definitely recommend for first timers. I love coming here and still will.

Had the pleasure of being seen/helped by dental assistant April, my child is always super nervous at the dentist but April went above and beyond with making her comfortable. Had to change dental offices due to travel time, but definitely coming back to this location and hopefully being helped by April! Also the office itself is very clean, plenty of room for social distancing and polite receptionist upfront. Worth the drive 👍

For all I’m not from here. But first time in Chicago I made an appointment with them for today at 10 clock. I rode a bike to there. There two customers a month and a daughter sitting in the waiting room. Sleeping. The door locked. All nurse and front desk not there and few pass the door in the back. I end up called but the call didn’t go though or ring at all. I end up ride back to beach. Will make an appointment In Indiana maybe October 2021.

Well let me express how they make me feel. First of all I called yesterday to make an appointment and Jazmin was very helpful ans patient . So my appointment was at 11AM they honored the appointment time.. I want to Thank Jesus (the assistance) he was friendly and very professional, Amanda the manager was very helpful, but Dr. Ahmad hes AMAZING. i really like how he take care of me every time i go

A few months back I came in for a cleaning and I got April as my dentist. She was very rough with my cleaning to the point where one of my teeth became very sore for 3 days. She used the tools very non chalantly scraping my mouth as well. Before I left she pestered me to write a good review for her to the point that she tried to take my phone and write a review for herself. She said wanted to get a promotion by getting a lot of good reviews, but if she was a primary dentist then I would not trust her operating in my mouth with the way she plays loud music and dances while working on my teeth.

They were very respectful of my time and so nice my first time! Highly recommend!

Honestly I dont know if Ive ever had worse customer service. I ordered a mouth guard they werent familiar with. First I received the wrong one and it didnt fit at all. No apology. No ownership. No responsibility. No apology. I come back have new impressions made. I wait a while and call them. Im told that theyre going to call the lab and call me back. I never got a call. I call them back a few weeks later, same thing. I start to get frustrated because its been a while now and I still have no information. Im told the office manager will call me. She never does. Two months later I get a call that theyve had it, but it went to the wrong department (ok. Whatever. Honest mistake). I come in and see its correct (yay!), but the dentist cannot figure it out/doesnt know how to adjust it (for reference-- this night guard looks more like a retainer..... At nooooo point over the last however many months did anyone mention to me that no one knew how to adjust it. Instead I was blamed for even ordering this type of night guard. ). I ask if maybe the orthodontist can try. I go in and the orthodontist couldnt figure it out. Ive owned this type of night guard for 8 years so I know it exists and can be done. I ask if I can have it so I can take it somewhere else they tell me yes, but then the hygienist asks for it to get a better case for me, which he really wasnt doing (slightly manipulative if you ask me). After weeks of blame and invalidation and deflection to other people who wont call me back I still dont have a night guard 👍Save yourself the headache.

I brought my Daughter in for her appointment who has Autism spectrum disorder, and let me tell you all... Amazing staff! Evelyn, Amanda, and April were Great!!! They took such good care of my daughter, and made the visit very comfortable. They are gentle, and go above n beyond! Great job ladies! We are definitely returning to this location!!!

I took a family member to this location and we feel totally taken for granted. They took our money only to tell us that they could not perform a cleaning because a deep cleaning was needed. We called another Brite Dental location and they informed us that they COULD do a cleaning but would RECOMMEND a deep cleaning, if necessary. The cost was also 50% less than what the Clark location is charging. We went in for a standard cleaning and came out with a $2,500 estimate! Very alarming and disappointing to not give any options for an economical way to address a cleaning, above the gum line, during a pandemic! I recommend you seek out a different Brite Dental location!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced out of all myhealth care experiences. Didn’t communicate clearly the cost or the procedure (my bill didn’t match the document they made me sign in office). This was my first appointment with this dentist and I needed a few cavities filled and rather than scheduling for another day we did them before the cleaning, which I thought was odd but I consented to because I just wanted to get them done. The dentist kept getting up to leave while they prepped me for cavities that by the time they did the work the Novocain had worn off and I was in a great deal of pain during the procedure. By the time they were done, my teeth were messed up. I had to go to another dentist to fix both fillings they put in. Will never come back.

Mariela and April did a quick cleaning with amazing results. Now that Im working remotely and dont go downtown so much, I will be coming here to my neighborhood dental place from now on.

April was extremely pleasant. She went out off her way to ensure my son and I was well taken care of. She even played music that calmed my anxiety down. Way to go Brite dental. Thank you April for everything. I will be back in six months.

I am so glad to have stumbled upon this dental office. I seem to always have issues with my teeth and Dr. Ahmed and Ana were great working with me to set up a plan for my teeth. The dental office is so inviting, clean and professional. I tend to be a nervous when I get any procedure done and they made me feel completely comfortable. April from Brite Dental did my cleaning and she was amazing!! This was one of my better experiences with Brite Dental when April helped me.

I called in on Tuesday to get an emergency appointment as I was in a lot of pain. I was able to be seen that day. I was literally in the chair for about 10 minutes. Everything felt so rushed. I got my x rays done and the dentist came in right away told me what I needed and stated he couldnt do it and was told to talk to the receptionist. I was told their specialist comes in on Thursday and to call in first thing so she can review my x rays. I was not even given anything for my pain. I called at 10:30 am today, Thursday, and was told the doctor was in with patient and I would be given a call. By 1:30 I hadnt received a call so I called back in. After calling from my number multiple times an no answer I called from my sons phone and got someone to answer. The receptionist was rather rude stating the doctor is busy and I will get a call at 2 when she has a break in patients. By 4:30 I still had not received a call so I called back in. Again was told the doctor was with patients and I would have to wait now till Saturday. I pleaded to the receptionist that my appointment was emergent and I was still in extreme pain. She took down my number and said she will call me when she was done with the patient. Now the office is closed and I never received a call. I understand that there are other patients however my case was emergent and Im in pain to the point where I have not eaten in 3 days. The doctor was supposed to just review my x rays and let me know if she could do the work and schedule an appointment. Now I am still here in pain and frustrated that I just kept getting the run around from this office.

I came here for a cleaning because this office was covered with my new insurance. But after leaving my appointment, I immediately called my previous dentist to schedule another cleaning for next week that I will pay for out of pocket. I waited for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I had full xrays done even though I told them I would send ones i had done in January, they didnt know what to do with or how to clean my night guard and ended up scratching it, and the cleaning lasted less than 10 minutes! In my 28 years of seeing dentists 2x per year, I have always had a thorough cleaning that took around 25/30 minutes. This hygienist just went around my mouth once with a water cleaner missing the entire upper right side and then ran the polisher over parts of my teeth. I am incredibly disappointed that my teeth are not actually clean and I will need to make another dentist visit next week.

My first dentist visit in Chicago, and it all went as smoothly as one could possibly hope. Kudos in particular to April, who did my cleaning, but really, everyone was fantastic--I now know where to go to for follow-ups.

Ive been going to Brite Dental on N Clark for about two years, and theyre one of the best dental offices Ive ever used. The service is amazing, thorough, and gentle. Hours of operation are very accommodating, even open some Saturdays. And they even made a generous contribution for a charity I was collecting donations for! Im very thankful to have such a wonderful dentist in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.
