Dr. Villa, is a horrible, unprofessional, vile provider. I never in my entire life encounter an very hostile dispute while doing business with any clinical professional . Her attitude and demeanor doesn’t value her role as a Dentist. Highly disappointing.My concern was the way she addressed me in the treatment room. My toddler was about to receive X-rays. My issue with her was the way you addressed me. She stated “You have to sit down”! Very rude! Her approach to me, as if I was a child. She appeared to be frustrated when she made that comment. At that particular moment, I didn’t want to continue with services. So I verbally stated to stop with the process because of her intense attitude.Furthermore, she shouldn’t work with children and families. Also, she needs to be attentive to her choice of words and actions. Overall, the clinic is kid friendly and nice. The team was cordial, helpful and professional. I would not recommend booking an appointment with her.

I was hesitant to go here because some of the reviews. My daughter is 2 years old, and I drove an hour to come here as not many places accept my insurance. The whole process was very quick, they called me in before I finished my paper work. They did an x ray within 5 mins, and the dentist talked to me about a treatment plan 5 minutes later. The dentist was so sweet, and didn’t shame me about my two year old having cavities. Her advice on how to proceed was very comforting.The place is clean and well maintained. Parking was a bit of an issue, but I figured it out pretty quickly.

Great customer service! Definitely recommend apple dental care . They took extremely great care of my 3 year old son whom needed lots of work done . DR. VILLA did an amazing job . She was patient and made sure my son got the proper help he needed . This is an amazing facility with amazing staff . I’ve had a hard time finding a good doctor to take him but I’m glad to have found apple dental care they have done an amazing job. This office is a gem!!! Everyone in the office is very welcoming and kind, the dental assistants were so good with my young children who normally have trouble sitting for the dentist. The dentist is amazing he discovered my sons submucous pallete that had been a mystery to his ENT and family doctor and he was finally able to get the treatment he needed thanks to this dentist! I can’t say enough good things really!

I took my 2 daughters recently for the first time at this location and I loved it. The front desk was helpful and the dental assistant as well as the doctor were great! Very clean facility. Overall, I liked this business.Update:(10/22/2020)It wasn’t that long ago that I was allowed to enter the room with my daughter but this second time, it is not permitted. I will NEVER allow my 5 year old to be alone with someone I do not know at all. Good facility and staff but VERY substandard policies that they have in place right now. And I completely understand it is not the staff’s own rules but I will sadly not be back and although it means nothing to the business because people come and go, I am truly sadden by this because I THOUGHT I had found a great dental place.

Im sorry to say that I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Villa at Apple Dental. This practice was recommend to me by my last dentist because of my sons difficulty with the x-rays and dental exam. A friend of mine also recommended it, saying they are very kid friendly.The assistants were nice and friendly. But thats where it ended.Dr. Villa was not friendly and all. She had a horrible bedside manner. All my simple questions were met with haughty attitude. My son was anxious and was asking a lot of questions, some of which were important questions. Dr. Villa kept cutting him off and telling him to stop talking and to listen to her, which I think is an ok thing to do after you stop and listen to what his questions are.As a pediatric dentist, Apple Dental has a policy of talk, show, do (explaining to the child what they are going to do, showing the child, and then doing it). Dr. Villa was following that policy in rush mode, with her whole vibe saying lets get this over with already!Afterwards, when Dr. Villa was going over the exam with me, her her body language was screaming: Im in a rush and have no time to talk to you! She didnt ask me if I have any questions. I had to stop her before she ran away to ask her a follow up question. She didnt even stop to give us a new toothbrush. It was the first time I ever left the dentist without receiving a new toothbrush.I left feeling extremely frustrated.I may decide to return to Apple with my kids-but Ill be sure not to make an appointment with Dr. Villa.Update: I appreciate the office reaching out to me. Monica listened respectfully and assured me that appropriate action will be taken to address my concerns. I look forward to returning to Apple Dental Care and having my kids examined by a different doctor. Thank you.

Today my son had an appointment and everything was fine but my son was really nervous because he has had bad experiences with doctors and nurses before. I was thinking today would be different but no, it was so bad the doctor didnt even try to look at my sons teeth she was so worried about getting more X-rays for what i dont know. Mind you, they had already taken three the doctor was like No i need more.So then I told her my son doesnt want to do it so then she brought two other nurses and said There is four of us now. With all of us working together we can force him to take the x-rays. They were including me. I was the fourth person. I told them that i wasnt going to force my son. She then got mad and got up grabbed my paper and put it out side. I turned to my son and asked him if he was ok the nurse then told me lady we are done you can go out side She never tried to talk to me nor my son and never tried to actually see his teeth. The only thing she cared about was how many x-rays she got.People Never force your kids to go through a process if then dont want too. That could be so traumatizing for them, and never let people hold them against there will.The Doctor was a SHE thats all i can say because she didnt even tell us her name.Worst experience I have ever had.

Im the mother of the pacient and doctor should not be telling my son to calm down so can be a little rude. He is not your child so watch how you speak other parents will say something back if i did not this time. Got saved by the bell

To not allow a parent in the BUILDING with there child ages 3 years and up is extremely unacceptable! That is not ok! Any reasonable parent would never let their young child go alone to some stranger they dont even know! Ridiculous!

I was really excited to try this place out since I have heard a lot of great things about Apple Dental. I called today to make an appointment for my 4 year old daughter then I was told that any child over the age of 3 would have to go in by themselves and I would have to wait outside the building. WHAT? This is just insane. I dont know what parent would feel comfortable allowing their BABY attend any medical visit alone. I can understand maybe 12 and over but over 3 years old?! A lot of children are still scared to go to the dentist and rely on us for comfort. What a disappointing and disturbing policy to set in place. If Apple Dental is that terrified and cautious about Covid spreading in their office, then please just close the facility as whole. No need to put children and parents though this stressful situation. And it just doesnt make sense, if the parent is exposed or might have Covid, then that makes the child covid exposed as well?

My review is simply on scheduling. Ive had nothing but good dental experiences each time Ive been here with my children. Both with the Drs and staff. Unfortunately, today I find out that appointments are being scheduled, but the parent is EXPECTED to wait out in the car! This is completely unacceptable. I cancelled my June appointment because they were allowing the parent in the lobby but NOT the check up room itself. Now, the parent cant even be in the lobby. This is not okay, my children are minors, and I dont think any parent would find it okay to just leave their child and wait in the car. They ARE minors. Obviously, the easy answer from staff and facility is to look for another place that would allow what they are not. But, is that really the answer?! I actually like the services provided here, but this is not even being done at medical dr offices or hospitals etc, it is not mandated by the CDC or in any of their protocols. It is not reasonable. I was advised by the scheduler that this policy would end in September. Okay, schedule me for September then, and she said she couldnt because they didnt know the drs schedule for September. I do scheduling, and it is unreasonable, especially, during this time to not know a drs schedule if the same drs work there day by day. I am beyond disappointed and unhappy, and I am left to having to find another provider who has a well thought out policy that meets their needs and those of a minors parent.

We’ve been with Dr. Avenetti for a long time and I have nothing but good things to say! The facilities are also clean and modern. Monica at the front desk was great and almost everyone is bilingual Spanish and English. Highly recommended!

Man they take forever to attend someone, I was eating over 1 hour and I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and also they don’t let you enter with your chI’ll NEVER LET YOUR OWN CHILD ALONE IN A ROOM WITH SOMEONE THAT YOU DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF HABITS THEY HAVE SO PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS KIND OF STUFF SND NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

Updated Review: last week I called to make an appointment since I’ve been attending this facility for 4 years and I am told that my 4 year old daughter is expected to go in the exam room ALONE and I have to wait outside! And that rule applies to children 3 and up! That’s completely illogical to expect children to go to a drs visit alone. Honestly I am very disappointed with this mentality. I used to love coming here for my daughters cleanings, they’re very thorough and gentle. Great customer service, and they work great with my insurance. Now I’m looking for a different place with more reasonable COVID-19 guidelines.

I am really impressed with Apple Dental service because it’s for the first time when my son was able to cooperate with the doctor and let his theeth checked, cleaned, even sit in chair without any refuse and effort. He told me that he liked this place when we left the facility. We will definitely come back in 6 months!

My son love the whole experience he didn’t want to leave, haha he even said “ let do it again” and hopped back in the dentist chair. All around great service, no long wait, your order n and out. They even give the kids balloons, toothbrushes, toys, and stickers. My son and I had a wonderful experience here.

I took my daughter to the Fullerton location and I really like the dentist at that particular office. He was kind and patient with her and explained what he was doing. The only negative thing I would say is that the waiting time cam be quite long. However this is where I will continue to take my daughter even if its a 40 minute drive.

Staff is very friendly, caring and compassionate. Understand children needs when it comes to dental. This place makes the fear of going to the dentist go away. I give a 10+.

I have always been particular about teeth and when my son turned 1, I went in search for a good pediatric dentist. It took me three tries until we came upon Dr. Avenetti. He is the one! He is very pleasant, and great with kids. You can tell that he is good at his job and is very knowledgable. He has undergone further studies and teaches too. Furthermore, he has the best bedside manner I have ever seen!

My granddaughter just had 2 teeth pulled and I highly recommend this place is wonderful the staff are so kind and professional I will not take her anywhere else Dr. Hillary is a saint.

Overall, this was the best dentist I’ve ever been to! And the experience wasn’t for me, it was an appt. for my daughter.This was our first time here. They have a little play place and a Merry-go-Round for the kids to have fun (which I’ve never seen in ANY doctor/dentist office ever). They had Plenty of receptionists to assist everyone (from the outside perspective it seemed everyone was well taken care of). My daughter could only play in the play room for a couple minutes because by the time I sat down and wrote her name on the paperwork, we were called. 1st time in a long time I’ve made an appt. and got in ON TIME! The Tech and the dentist were very VERY prompt and we were in and out in no time. They gave my daughter a reusable bag including teeth amenities and a timer! When we left the receptionists Gave her a ballon!The best thing a bit aren’t could hear is their kid had a GREAT time at the Dentist! If I could give more stars for this experience, I promise I would! WE WILL RETURN!

We been following the dentist since 10 years ago when they were located in Fullerton and they are always accommodate to my work schedule. Very patient for little kids and all the way now that is getting time to make the transition for the orthodontist.

Horrible experiences never again will I take my kids here. Staff was very unprofessional, i don’t know how this is a children dental care if they don’t know how to work with children. I question if law and ethics is a requirement for dental because they seemed to have forgotten what they’ve learn.

I took my son to this place for the first time, for a referral, for a check-up, whenever I go to a dental check-up with them they brush his teeth to see how his teeth are, and now they havent, Then they left me an appointment because my child has cavities and needs fillings, they tell me that if my son does not leave they will charge me an extra 75 dollars for each time he does not leave, it is impossible for a 3-year-old child to be given anesthesia without resisting, that didnt seem right at all,. The truth is a bad experience for me. Personally, I will not return.
