On behalf of my family, this location has given us a great experience. Prices are reasonable.The staff is very friendly and professional.Dr. Beltran is very thorough with her work. I personally had very minor pain levels when she performed my wisdom teeth extraction. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Everyone here is super friendly! They always do an awesome job here. They know what they are doing. I’ve been to other dentists where they just want your money and are mean and keep changing your appointments. Not this place! This place is on top of it! My daughter comes with me often. They are amazing with kids! When it was her first time getting a cleaning she was scared and almost cried but that went away quickly because they made her feel comfortable which is pretty important. I would recommend coming here 100% one of the best dentists I’ve been to in a long time.

As it was my first time going to this place after reading reviews, I can say that its truly a place of professionalism and courteous manners within Dr. Beltran and her staff. Her assistant, Rosa was really helpful in speaking English and Spanish for me and for other patients when they werent fluent enough and her personality is one that I really felt safe with when I went in and she made me feel appreciated and heard unlike other places I went in the past where rude attitudes were present. Dr. Beltran is also very knowledgeable in what was wrong and she assured me everything would be alright! The two receptionists, German and Lupita, in the front had excellent customer service when I went to pay and schedule my next appointment. I can assure you this place is very good and I recommend it for anyone who goes there or is considering choosing this place!

I went here because someone recommended them. They do a good job but I usually do my own research. I specifically asked them do they take Cigna, but did not ask if they were in network. Most medical services will let you know if they are out of network. FYI you will be charged $500 out of pocket for an in network extraction and $8000 for braces with $2000 off. I was wondering why they were pushing to have me come in. It’s because they knew I was out of network. Service is good, but they are looking for $$$$$$$ because of the pandemic they probably lost money. They need to understand everyone lost something including jobs. So why not tell a customer we take Cigna but we are out of network.

They made my tooth extraction as painless as possible. The numbing took longer that the procedure itself.

I went here with my children for a cleaning and everyone is sooo friendly and courteous. My kids didnt even mind that they were in the dentist chair. Everyone is so professional and fast aslo. I will definitely be coming back for all my future appointments. I Strongly recommend this office to everyone.

Enviorment is really comforting, I have felt safe and secure with their covid19 percussion all the employees wear masks and check your tempature before entering for your procedure the dentist and her assistant work fast and dont hurt you i feel comfortable in the middle of the procedure... Would not recommend this place. I got my teeth done here, then when I needed to fix my retainer because it was a bit broken the Dentist Indian guy said “we will get you a new retainer”, but what he really meant was “don’t throw your retainer we will fix it like new” he always uses a translator cause his English is off. So now my teeth are somewhat moved, but not as bad as before. My main point is that I look at my teeth occasionally and get a bit upset cause I invested a lot of money. They couldn’t do anything to help me and told me I would have to pay for a new one again. That day he didn’t have anyone translated anything to me. I would go to someone else who can speak English, specially cause is a lot of money. I wanted to cry when I was finally able to get braces, but the results wasn’t worth the money.

My son Anthony has been a patient of Dr. Patel since 2016. He was 16 years old at the time he went for the consultation. We have gone to several dentists before we found Family Dental care of Chicago. Since the very first visit Dr. Patel was very informative about my sons condition and he explained every step of the procedure with great detail. My son actually looks forward to his visits with Dr. Patel and says he likes his professionalism. He has never felt like he doesn’t understand what is going on with teeth and likes that Dr. Patel explains what to expect for the next visit. Anthony says his dentist and his staff is friendly, compassionate yet professional and knowledgeable.We moved about an hour away so whenever I need to reschedule an appointment or stuck in traffic the staff always accommodate accordingly and is always understanding.They always smile and greet us when we walk in. I did not feel comfortable at all! I haven’t been to a dentist since I was young, so I’m not aware of the new ways and techniques of doing things. Every time I asked a question, the doctor seemed annoyed and would give me a short answer. The lady in the front had an annoyed attitude as well. Before I left, I wanted to ask one last question regarding my visit. The lady in front looked at me strange and said, “the doctor is going to do whatever he has to do, so there shouldn’t be any issues.” This is not an appropriate answer to give to any patient that is paying for services.The doctor then talked to me and explained what he did, but seemed annoyed. After sensing their attitude, I had to tell him I was not trying to offend him or his practice; This is just all new information to me. will not be returning; they should have patience and be open to people that have questions. Also, after my procedure, they expected me to me content and walk off without showing me a mirror or asking me how I felt. I did not like this because I kept insisting for someone to hand me a mirror so I can decide for myself if I was okay and comfortable with what was done. Sure enough, I found one minor mistake the doctor fixed but again seemed annoyed doing it. I felt rushed to get out after my visit as well.

My 3 1/2 year long experience with Dr. Patel was one Ill always be grateful for. My teeth are more beautiful than I had imagined!!! The man is an artist, to say the very least. I had a narrow pallet, a tooth way far back on the roof of my mouth, a messed up bite and jaw alignment, typical crowding of the lower teeth, and a lot of extra gums on my upper teeth. When everything was done, he took of the extra gums with laser and created a completely different smile!! I LOVE IT. My particular process was a slow one, and my patience was tried at times, but, even then, Dr. Patel and his staff were always nice and catering to my needs, even if I wasnt dong the same. Im one of those people who asks a ton of questions about everything and they always answered and explained a few times if I didnt get it the first. The payment plan he offers is another great reason I chose him. I have no regrets, and I HIGHLY recommend them.
