As far as dentist visit go, Dr. Simpson Always makes these appointments enjoyable. No pain or discomfort, always communicates what has to be done, and always remembers the little things you mentioned in passing on your previous visits. I always recommend Edison Park Smiles as well as their Wicker Park location, Wicker Park Dental Studios.

Great place with some of the friendliest staff youll ever meet. Every time I go I notice how clean and organized the office is. Dr. Simpson did a fantastic job in straightening my teeth and adding some extra length. Now I get compliments for my new bright and wider smile. The hygienists are also great. I never felt like any of the work was rushed. They really do treat you as a person and not just another number. If youre looking for a dentist this is definitely the place to go!

Very nice people, old fashioned building, liked my dentist, Dr Simpson. He made suggestions about my teeth that my other dentist never did. Dr Simpson did a great job of cleaning my teeth and pointing out future possible problems.

Dr. Simpson and all the hygienists and front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. I’ve had quite a struggle with teeth-grinding and the associated nightguard/retainer situation and they’ve been very understanding and do everything in their power to help me out. Cannot recommend them enough!

I’m one of those people that always avoided seeing a dentist. When I had a serious issue with a tooth I had to scramble finding someone who would see me ASAP. The Staff at Edison Park Smiles and Dr. Darren Simpson were able to squeeze me in for a morning slot at their office day of. Not only did they accommodate my needs, they took care of me and got me the treatment I needed. I was always anxious about going to a dentist after years away. Never once did I feel judged about my teeth or my own lack of attention to them. Dr. Simpson and staff were happy to see me and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this office for someone like me who once had apprehension about seeing a dentist.

Phenomenal service and experience!

I’ve been taking my 11 year old daughter and 12 year old son to see Dr. Simpson for the past year and couldn’t be happier with his quality of work. More than that, he goes above and beyond to develop a rapport with myself and my children. He makes going to the dentist as pleasant as it can be. A big thumbs up to his hygienist Holly as well. I have sensitive teeth and have had horrible cleanings in the past, far more painful than they should have been. Holly took her time and actually listened when I explained this, giving me a pain free cleaning. Edison Park Smiles will have my business for a long time to come.

FINALLY.. A DDS I CAN TRUST AND IS FRIENDLY. Dr. Darren Simpson is amazing!! He is super friendly and honest. I know I can trust him when he tells me I need work or everything looks great! My 45 years of service from Dr Jagodzinski(he was right out of dental school when I started) proves my point that he is a superior dentist. He explains everything, he offers choices, and he keeps up with current dental practices and policies.Recently Dr. Simpson joined the practice, and he is equally as competent. Both dentists have friendly dispositions and excellent human relations skills, as do the office staff ,such as Jen.. The dental hygienist, Holly, who served me on my June 9 visit ,was so informative as she reviewed each step she implemented in the cleaning of my teeth. This June 9 visit adhered to COVID19 precautions.. This included, but is not linited to: wiping down the clipboards, required patient hand sanitization upon entry, use of a water suctioning instrument instead of the usual spray,staff wearing masks and more, I felt safe, and my teeth thanked me for this dental cleaning visit.My April 2021 appt was equally as positive,. Holly , the dental hygienst,explained the various sanitization procedures in place. As she cleaned my teeth ,she let me know what she was doin. Dr Simpson camei n to check my teeth which he did throughly. Jennifer, the front desk receptionist, always is thorough in explaining the bill, and she always greets patients with friendliness and professionalism. The entire staff is stellar!

The affiliation with Dr. Simpson and name change to EP Smiles shows that the same quality of service will continue for many years to come.
