I have had such a good experience at Erickson. Dr Erickson is patient and answers all questions without rushing . The staff is incredible . Everyone is so professional and everyone focuses on you & whatever service your having. I am excited about doing other services in the future.

First I want want say how great everyone is who works there , I mean from booking , having to reschedule because of travel issues and it’s was no problem with reaching out and getting me all situated. Thanks to Geneva and Olga they were nice friendly and very helpful of making sure I was comfortable and very aware of my appointment and anything else I may have needed. Then there Dr. Erickson who is very professional and skilled in what she those from informing and making sure your fully knowledgeable about what’s going on and what to expect , what I love most is that no matter if it the Dr. herself or any Assistant they all make you feel comfortable and welcoming big shout out to the whole staff

The staff and Dr. Erickson are very nice and professional. I went for a consultation for lasering and I was considering getting some filler at the consultation, Dr. Erickson told me she didnt think I needed the filler, and we focused on talking about the lasering. I respect that she was taking into consideration what was best for me and was not trying to just get money from me. Dr. Erickson and the staff are also are very complimentary and dont make you feel bad about your imperfections. I have acne scarring and Dr. Erickson also highlighted to me the positives of my skin, it was a nice experience.

I had the first best time experience at this location. Geneva was my nurse that performed the BBL hero light to treat my sun damage on my back. She was professional, extremely informative and overall exceptional quality in her technique to fix the sun damage on my back. She took her time and clearly explained thoroughly throughout the whole process what she was doing as she was doing passes with the machine. Geneva was great, welcoming and I would recommend her to anyone! She brings a warm friendly non judgemental approach! Highly recommend her as your nurse for any skin concerns!

I got MiraDry done about 5 days ago now. First of all, the woman at the front desk was very friendly! My nurse Geneva Ringsby went above and beyond for making my experience as smooth as possible, she made sure I was comfortable and pain-free the entire time and answered any questions I had. The procedure itself wasn’t as bad as I thought, numbing was the worst part, and the first day was kinda painful but nothing Tylenol can’t fix. Nevertheless I was back to work on the third day and I haven’t had a drop of sweat since! I’m still a little swollen but that’s normal. Overall I highly recommend this procedure by geneva, and I hope these results last!

I went in office for any appointment and was greeted nicely upon arrival. My interactions with the staff were great. However I had to wait for almost an hour to see doctor Erickson. After I waited to see her, it felt like our entire visit was rushed and she barely had time to even look at me. It felt unprofessional and made me unwanted. Not exactly what you expect after paying high prices for mediocre service. Besides that, staff was great and very apologetic of this behavior and helped answer all the questions that the doctor didn’t. This has been my fifth or sixth visit at this office and I will not be returning.

I would never trust anyone other than Dr Erickson with any cosmetic services. She truly is a master and knows how to make you look so natural your own mother/significant other can’t tell you had something done. Better yet, you get compliments how pretty you look the next day 😂 She is knowledgeable in not just aesthetics but also overall medicine (supplements, vitamins, deficiencies) and every visit I learn something new from her and her amazing staff. I’ve been to Erickson Dermatology quite a few times over the past two or so years. I’ve always had great results after treatments, enjoyed events held at the office and felt welcomed every time I enter through the doors. However, I was disappointed at my most recent appointment when I didn’t see any of the usual staff. I remember noticing a shift in the girls personalities almost like they were walking on eggshells a few months ago and hearing someone “get a talking to” outside the room I was in but I shrugged it off. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a great place but when there’s such a high turnover of great staff it makes you wonder how they’re really being treated. I hope that’s not the case but I’ve seen it too many times there now. I hope it changes sooner than too late

Dr. Erickson is by far the greatest dermatologist Ive ever encountered. I had some severe issues and went to 4 other dermatologists previously. The previous never gave me the time of day, just expensive treatments that did nothing. Dr. Erickson is super honest and also personable. Ill never go to another Dermatologist.

Dr. Erickson does a wonderful job of ensuring she provides guidance and consultation on what your options are and which treatments will work well for you versus giving you whatever you ask for. This has built a great trust, which comes before anything else. I switched from Botox to try Jeuveau, and couldn’t be happier. She explained how it would differ from Botox and I would see the same result but with a more natural movement. And this is the exact result. I’ve also gotten a hydra facial, needling (Vampire facial), and chemical peels. All with great results and the above detailed consultation. Don’t walk; RUN to see Dr. Erickson!

Dr Erickson displayed very little professionalism during my first visit. I entered the office feeling optimistic and hopeful for a new skin care solution. Now I’m leaving feeling belittled and humiliated. Not once, but twice during the visit was I reminded how unimportant I was as a patient to her practice. I’d encourage anyone looking for a dermatologist in the Chicago area to stay far away.

Dr. Erickson is hands down the BEST Cosmetic Dermatologist I have ever seen. I am fairly well qualified to make this determination, having been traveling this path for almost 30 years, most of which were in Los Angeles - arguably the capital of a nation trying maintain a youthful appearance. Dr. Erickson has an uncanny ability to look at a face, and determine an optimal course of action within even a modest budget. Additionally she and her staff are very skilled in pain management. She is on the cutting edge (no pun) of non-surgical technology including body contouring and treatments for a variety of conditions such as hyper-hydrosis and more. I have been a patient here for about three years, and have always felt very well cared for.

Dr. Erickson and her staff always make me feel welcome. Visits are fast and efficient. I love how they partner with other providers in the building to create a continuous community. I would definitely refer others to their offices. In fact, I brought my 87 year old mother to see Dr. Erickson prior to a wedding and Mom was very happy to put an age spot behind her!

I went for laser and it was great. She really listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the right service. The office is really amazing and they have lots of cool technology in there. They also validated my parking, which was an added bonus since Im coming from the suburbs.

So far so good! Just started BBL treatment for acne. I am hopeful for the results, my experience was very positive overall. Dr. Erikson is very warm and nice and as it often happens we remember important questions after its over, which I hope to clarify in the future. The only reason why I gave four Stars is because she had talked about injecting some of my pimples with steroids but ended up not doing that. On the other hand I was able to get my first BBL treatment the same day of my appointment, that was kindly arranged by them. Of note I would mention that I wish they offered some payment facilitation, for example splitting payments into two to make it easier for someone to get treatments done. I had to pay for my three sessions of BBL up front and it is quite expensive, It would have made it much easier if I could split the payments into at least two times. Also I would hope to do other procedures in the future and without facilitation in payments itll be difficult to do everything I would like. This forces one to look for alternative clinics that offer that facilitation.

Ive had a few treatments at the Erickson clinic and can say without reservation its the best practice Ive been to. You get in on time and out on time. No sitting around wondering when youll be taken back. The staff is super professional, friendly and knowledgeable and Dr. Erickson is just the best. Theres no hard sell tactics to get you to do treatments you dont need and they use the most cutting edge tech to provide the best results.

I cannot say enough positive things about Erickson Dermatology! They are such a fun group, throw great events and are always so warm and welcoming. I love coming in for treatments! Never in my life has my skin looked this healthy and clear. I wouldnt trust anyone else!

I went to get my laugh lines filled. The women are nice at Erickson and they have great customer service, however I now have a grayish mark on my face from the filler that I received back in October. Dr. Erickson said that it was called the Tyndall Effect from placing the filler in superficially. She tried to diminish it, however after going back twice, she told me that she didnt know what else to do if the mark didnt go away. According to Dr. Erickson, the mark isnt noticeable, but Im asked about it often and see it in the mirror each day.

My experience with Erickson Dermatology was wonderful. Dr. Erickson and her staff are all polite, professional, and extremely informative. I underwent the Miradry procedure about a month ago, and so far the results are amazing! I previously suffered from excessive underarm perspiration, but since the procedure, I havent had to apply antiperspirant even once. I can wear colors I wouldnt consider wearing before, I no longer need undershirts, and I no longer have embarrassing pit stains that develop over the course of the day. Thanks!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Erickson and the whole staff at this office. They are so knowledgeable and friendly! I went in for a laser treatment on my bikini (which does NOT hurt at all with their amazing machine) and Dr. Erickson found a lil pre cancer on my nose which she removed with a cutting edge prescription cream and I have no scar. Also after only 2 treatments my hair stopped growing back under my arms!!! THIS PLACE IS THE BEST.

Miss Elizabeth Weiler is an aesthetician extraordinaire! Not only is she fabulous, Elizabeth is extremely genuine and listens to everything her clients have to say. She knows the right questions to ask in order to formulate the perfect, personalized treatment plan. I suffered from an unexpected onset of adult acne that left me feeling extremely helpless. After seeing Elizabeth for a consultation, she developed a regimen of high quality products and peels that after only a short time, practically cleared my skin to perfection! I now see her for routine maintenance peels and rely on her extensive knowledge of products, as she is an advocate for continued education and always has the best, most effective new lines available. She is also the practice manager for Dr. Ericksons office, where you will feel like a superstar from the moment you walk in their door and get the results you are looking for!

I found Dr. Erickson originally when I was researching places to get Miradry done. At the time, there were only 2 offices in the downtown Chicago area that did Miradry. I reached out to both offices and chose Dr. Erickson. They were able to get me in for a free consultation the same day.The procedure I was interested in getting was Miradry, a permanent solution for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). Essentially, it’s destroying the sweat glands underneath the arms and they don’t regenerate once they’re destroyed. Normally, most people only need one treatment. Well, I needed three treatments because my sweating was so severe.The treatment is not really supposed to hurt, but I’m very pain sensitive, and I had a lot of discomfort the first time. I was surprised at first that I wasn’t given a stronger painkiller other than Tylenol & Advil. From the research I did, some offices will give you a stronger painkiller to take when you come in the office. Thankfully, they can inject more numbing if you’re uncomfortable and don’t be afraid to say something if the pain gets to be too much.It takes about an hour and a half to two hours. You should usually take it easy for the rest of the day and ice, ice, ice your underarms. I always took a nap with ice packs under my arms when I got back home. I didn’t experience much pain afterwards, just more of an uncomfortable feeling if anything. I’d recommend sleeping with ice packs underneath your arms as well. I also took some Aleve or Advil to keep the swelling down for a few days.

I look forward to seeing the staff at Erickson -- theyre that friendly and knowledgable. I have referred several of my friends to this office... and that means a lot.
