I’ve been going to Lauren for my dysport injections for a couple years now, and I love her work. She’s very meticulous and truly listens when I tell her all of my concerns. She doesn’t do more than what she feels is required, and I always am very happy with her work. I’ve even recommended my sisters to go to her, and they said the same thing. She’s awesome!!

Dr. Gutowski is phenomenal! He will take the time to explain your options and listen.

Highly recommend. I saw Lauren for Dysport and loved my results. I was super nervous the first time I went but she explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I loved my results. I’ve been back a few times and will continue to see Lauren because she is so knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. If you are a first timer or a long time injectables user, I’d definitely recommend coming here.

Had dysport done in September and only lasted a month. Called and asked to speak to Lauren who did it and never got a call back. Decided to go back and try Again because with had points to use for Botox. Lauren said I needed 41 units and I have never had that before so she said fine we will do 31. In me tweet my brows and then on my forehead. I have always previously had 20 units and had a great arch in my brows and looked fresh with previous injectors. This time I noticed right after I had bad bruising and sensitivity in between the brows. Then a week later I noticed my eye kids were drooping!! I called right away and again then took my name and still have not called back!! I called again and no answer. I am so done with this place. I look like something is wrong with me and they refuse to take responsibility. The girl clearly doesnt know what she is doing and just injects wherever. Dont go here!!! She said she discussed a heavy brow with me and did not. She said it would feel heavy. I have had this area done before and never had this happen now says I have to pay to fix.

DO NOT GET A MOLE REMOVAL FROM HERE! I had a mole removal a few months back, now I have a hole in my face with the mole grown back...

I keep coming back because I love this place! I always leave more educated about my skin and different procedures that are on the market. CCI is very innovative and keeps up with the latest trends in the industry.I had a chance to meet Shari who did both of my cool sculpting procedures. I’m very pleased with her professionalism, patience and of course my results.Shari is very detailed and wants to understand your concerns and wants first. The consultation is one on one with her, where she draws on your skin with a template so that you may approve her understanding of your vision. She is practical and efficient which makes the procedure, not only painless but also go as smoothly and as effective as possible. I can’t wait to do more treatments there!!!

I have been to the Chicago Cosmetic Institute twice to see Lauren for lip fillers.I cant express just how happy I am with my results! Lauren F. has done my botox twice now and I LOVE IT. I’ve been getting botox for 3 years and have tried a few places around the city - but will never go anywhere else! Lauren took the time to listen to what I wanted, things that I’ve had done in the past what I liked and didn’t like, and it’s best results I’ve ever had. My eyebrow arch is perfect, there are no wrinkles and minimal movement - which is what I love. And it’s completely 100% natural looking. Came in for a dermaplanning treatment... my skin was nicked several times. Ive done research and a trained, experienced esthetician will complete the process without nicking your skin at all... also, they charged $200!! What a rip off. I am looking for another place to get facials and skin care treatment. It will be my first and last time here. The process was also rushed...done in 20 minutes? 5 minutes of it was me waiting for Shari to come back into my room. Are a kidding me. This place is a joke.

Found Chicago Cosmetic Institute via Google search to have an unslightly spot to be checked out. Went in for a visit the same day (thank goodness they had availability) and met with Shari who not only did a great job of asking what’s my reason of visit but also answered all my questions that arise when I was sitting in the office waiting to be called as to what else they do. Shari was informative and took the time to go through each of their services and cautioned on buying hi grade skincare products online vs buying it from the dr office. I am looking forward to my next appt to take care of what I originally came in for and possibly getting additional treatments in the future.

I’ve been debating on getting injectibles for about a year now and I finally booked an appointment with CCI’s nurse practioner Lauren at the end of November 2018. Lauren is so personable and funny which made me relax and enjoy the visit. I wound up choosing Dysport after Lauren explained the different options and am loving the results! Dr. Dhaval Patel is a very friendly, honest, funny, and detailed person. He cares for your questions and wants to ensure that you are more than informed of what is forth coming. He does not sugar coat anything procedure wise and tells you it is a major surgery and to expect just that. I am 2 months post op and I can tell you after 16 years of my old body I am pleased to say even with the fresh scaring, I am pleased with my new look. Dr. Patel not only completed the tummy tuck procedure but also lipo some areas that needed it to ensure that the overall appearance was a great shape. I had lost my breast volume after breast feeding. I did to want implants so he recommended fat transfer to my breasts. What a great suggestion! I have never felt so confident in my body . I can now shop for that two piece that I have never been able to wear. This is a life changing experience and I am grateful that other patients had reviewed him as highly as they did so that I was able to make the right choice.The question is always asked was it worth it? Yes, Yes, Yes, I am a 45 year old mother who can say I do not regret this decision in my life and it was money well spent and would do it again in a heart beat. Dr. patel has changed my way of life. He cares for results and consistently asks for your feedback so that he can fix the issues. The staff from the receptionist to Nurse are over and beyond past friendly. I want to thank Dr. Gutowski for everything he has done for me. It took me a while to make the decision to have liposuction; I guess it was the usual concerns of having something go wrong. It took me another 6 months to find the right doctor. After reading reviews online, I finally selected Dr. Gutowski and have never regretted the decision; all of the positive reviews were true.When I met Dr. Gutowski and told him I was looking to have liposuction to reduce the love handles I have had since I was 18 years old despite being an avid runner, I was given a couple of options that would work for me. I never felt pressured to choose an option that I was not comfortable with and when we discussed what I could expect in terms of results; Dr. Gutowski was spot on. Everything I was told I would experience during the healing process to the results was true. My expectations were always met, it was amazing. For the first time in my life, I have no second thoughts with taking my shirt off while running outside.
