Beautiful office and the sweetest staff. My experiences with Elevare MD have been nothing but amazing. My last facial with Nicole was incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve been going to Elevare MD for the last 3 years and can’t recommend it enough. The whole staff is super friendly and listens to your concerns, providing you with the best treatment plans unique to you. I go there for Botox, hydrafacials, and microneedling and have had great experiences with all. So confident in my skin thanks to the team at Elevare MD!

They are the best! I get all my self care done here with Kelly and her crew. She’s absolutely wonderful. She knows beauty better than anyone else. They also have advanced treatment options in the latest with lasers and procedures. I refer all of my friends and patients to see them!

While I have not had any procedure done yet, the whole process of making the appointment and the consultation itself was great. I left an inqury on the website and was contacted on the same day by email. The team tried their best to accomodate both mine and Dr. DeWolfes schedule. Dr. DeWolfe took his time to discuss my issue at a complimentary online appointment, which was very nice of him. And while some other doctor could have tried to persuade me as a customer to get a surgery, even if it is a small cyst, he suggested to wait, gave some medical advice, informed me of potential cost of the surgery and assured me it might even go away. This was a very kind experience and you could tell the Elevare MD is trying their best for the customers. If I do have the surgery, definitely will come here.

I live close and have walked by multiple times. I think I was a little intimidated by the pretty exterior, but decided to finally try for my Botox and lips. I’m so glad I did because Kelly and Dr. DeWolfe are so incredibly nice and made me feel very welcome. Kelly did an amazing job with my injections and surprisingly, the lips did not even hurt! She’s truly gifted. I’ve found my new spot.

Okay. Elevare has made a believer out of me and Katie is my Goddess of rejuvenation:-) at 58, my skin has not looked this good for at least 10 years. No more expensive creams (as it just sits on your face) but chemical peels, a little botox here and there, and the latest - Vivace microneedling - which has become my favorite. No pain and the radio frequency worked on my most stubborn spots and wrinkles.Of course, to begin a good skin regimen, you have to find someone you trust for advice. Many aestheticians and clinics will charge you for treatments you don’t need and tell you things that you want to hear but not Katie. She will tell you the brutal truth of things you can fix and can’t, and how long it would take for me to get to the skin I want without surgery. I am so happy I have found Katie💗Wish I would have taken photos from our very first session almost 3 years ago but I was too self conscious. But below photos have no filters and no touch ups or makeup..ok, maybe a little lip gloss and a confident self😇

Kelly was amazing!!! I saw her for Botox 2 weeks ago- told her my history and she blew my mind. Paid less than ever for better results. She was honest, told me what I needed and did a phenomenal job! Best customer service around and incredible talent. I will def be coming back!!! Thank you!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. They are OUTSTANDING. I go here for medical Botox for my migraines and they have helped me clinically and cosmetically with all their great options. The doctors here really care about YOU as a person, Kelly and Michael and all the staff are friendly and welcoming and the price is just right for what you get. I will never go anywhere else for all my needs. They have all your surgical needs here as well, they have helped my family and my friends come too. They do laser hair removal, facials and more, I can go on and on. Highly recommend!!!!!!

A bit long but I hope this is helpful:Pre: I needed to have a lipoma removed. It was my first elective surgery, so I called almost too often, and each time the ElevareMd staff was very professional and patient, answering my questions fully.During: I was impressed with Dr. DeWolfes fluidity to analyze what would be best during my surgery. He vocalized what was occurring, and also decided on a specific suture that would be best to minimize scarring for me.Post: It has been just under 2 weeks and I am impressed with how little scarring there is. The Nurse, Kelly, following up with an email to check in on me, and provided tips on what to do to minimize scar tissue build up over the next few months.Great experience and outcome. Big thanks to the entire ElevareMD Team!

Updating my review: I absolutely love this place. Its gorgeous, first of all. But the people who work here are the best. My skin looks and feels amazing because of Kelly and Jennine. Jennine gives me regular hydrafacials. About a year ago, I stopped taking the pill and recently I was having some major issues with hormonal acne on my chin. Jennine and Kelly recommended that I try a laser treatment. It kills underlying bacteria that causes hormonal acne. It worked! Im so happy. I was afraid I was going to have to start taking the pill again. Im so thankful they suggested this treatment for me.

Amazing! The difference in my skin in just a couple of treatments is incredible. After seeing an aesthetician and a dematogist and spending thousands of dollars with little improvement , I am amazed at how accurately my problem areas were assessed and addressed. I love Kelly and Danielle! Cannot say enough about the gentle, discrete and positive treatment I received. The facility is as gorgeous as the staff is professional. Cant wait for my next visit.

Ive been going to De.Wolfe for two years. I get injections of Botox for my migraines. Simply cant say enough good things about the guy. He spends a lot of time asking questions and making sure you understand procedures.. He also helped me with eye surgery last summer. He acts like you are a family member. Later on the same year a family member who is also one of his patients became ill This doctor and his wife gave her their personal number just so she could ask him any kinds of questions about what she was going through.and to top all of this off, his prices are ridiculously reasonable compared to other plastic surgeons in the area who dont give half of their time the way he does.And finally to address one of the questions above another reviewer, the product and his application technique is outstanding. Ive been going regularly every 3 months for the last 2 1/2 years. Notable for me was how careful he was with sculptra. A few years back I went to someone else who allowed a doctors assistant to do this for me. They took about 5 minutes and left me looking like Ive been beaten up because the person was not careful. And I paid a lot more than Dr DeWolfe charges.From now on I will only see Dr DeWolfe.

I won’t say what I had done, but despite my scepticism, 3 months after the procedure I couldn’t be happier.Professional, conservative, and everything Dr. DeWolfe said was completely realized. Very much met my expectations, and will probably exceed them in time. Highly recommend, for minor maintenance and for larger investments in time and money.

Why do people talk about the buildings and employees without rating the product. Please if you only did the treatment one time and not talk about the product itself in your review then please do us all a favore and just don’t do the review.

I started out going to the laGrange location and received tremendous service. I was elated that a Chicago location (Southport) was opening as it is much closer now that I live in River North. I was even more impressed by the amazingly designed building, in that the external architecture assimilates into the neighborhood perfectly and also couldnt be more luxurious on the inside. Kasia, Danie, and Dr Dewolfe make a fantastic team and provide an unmatched level of care.
