Jenna and staff were fantastic. I had some abnormalities from a past procedure and Elite did an amazing job correcting it. I am only three weeks post-op and I already see results. The group is organized, they care, and have a great facility. I felt comfortable before and after and the surgical team was comforting and caring - they followed up that evening to make sure I was ok and the day after. I cant wait to see my 3 month results! I had the best experience at Elite Body Sculpture.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by one of the staff members. The process was explained to me in detail which gave me a sense of security and it also provided me comfort. The process itself was not very painful. I was attentive and awake the whole time. The recovery period took about a few days. It’s been one week and I feel so much better and I am happy with the results so far.

I wanted to wait several weeks after my procedure to give more details of my recovery and overall experience. I have to say that so far I am DELIGHTED with the results. I am 46 years old, 55 tall and weigh about 160 lbs and I work out consistently and have been unable to reduce fat in certain stubborn areas for years..with age this has been even harder and more frustrating. After much hesitation I finally took the leap and underwent elite body sculpting and AM SO HAPPY I DID!!! My body still looks like my body, in a good way, but just leaner and more sculpted. The healing process has been fairly easy and at 2 weeks I am back to my regular hard work outs without any problem!My experience with the staff has been outstanding! They are friendly, responsive, understanding and empathic of each of my concerns.My experience with Dr Farrugia was also superb. Elite Body Sculpture helped remove insecurities I’ve lived with for years. I’ve tried diets, exercise, and lifestyle changes to no avail. After a session of abdomen sculpting, and another session 3 days later of armpit and back sculpting, I danced in front of the camera everyday after getting dressed because my figure looked amazing. I’m using past tense because on my 3 month checkup I requested some more sculpting and today at 260 lbs (no weight loss involved) I feel and look absolutely beautiful… especially with my clothes on.And for all the big girls like me, if you’ve been turned away from several different clinics because your BMI is too high, hurry over to Elite Body Sculpture where they don’t BMI shame or discriminate.

I finally did it and decided to get my “mommy pouch” removed and the 1wk post procedure results are beyond my expectations! My recovery has been great and I experienced only the usual post procedure symptoms/effects as described. Oh my goodness, what an amazing experience! Jenna is the absolute best! She helped me get everything ready for my procedure: and even helped me get my COVID test that was required. I was stressing out about that, but she helped me through it all and I was in and out in 2 hours! The doctor left my abdomen and chin area looking flawless. I am not quite 3 weeks post op of body sculpting of my abs, upper and lower, flank and BBL. I am so thrilled I must share!Jenna was absolutely the BEST to work with. Initially I felt really awkward sending pics to get estimate, but once we started communicating about my procedure, all the awkwardness vanished. She made me feel like I was talking with a long lost friend, and I was so grateful for that!She is professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and really does put the patient first.As a provider in the medical community I am very in tune with other professionals, especailly when I am the patient. I ALWAYS felt important, heard, and informed.There was a scheduling glitch and we needed to do some rearranging. It could have been a disaster, but instead, it worked out better for me in the long run. Jenna spent hours working with me and my schedule, answering questions, helping me make the necessary arrangements needed so that procedure day was easy, stress free, with minimal discomfort.The day of the procedure went better than I had planned. Remember, I am a provider and have been a member of the medical community for over 30 years. When you plan an extensive procedure from 200 miles away, and you dont meet the staff and surgeon until the day of surgery, something is bound to go wrong!THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!!! My procedure was on a Saturday, at 7am. When we arrived a few minutes prior to 7, the nursing staff were ready and waiting. She helped complete the paperwork, answered any questions, and really put my husband ,who was not thrilled about me having the procedure, at ease. Not a simple task!The actual procedure was EXACTLY as explained to me by the staff. I was very nervous about being awake, but no need to be! I was given sedative that totally relaxed me, and pain medication prior to starting, and I was comfortable thru the entire procedure.Dr Farrugia was very professional, supportive, and soothing as he administered the numbing medication and started the procedure. We had a candid conversation and I almost forgot I was actually having surgery!!When it was complete, the staff were very good about explaining instructions to me, and to my husband. Dr Farrugia actually gave me a cell # I could contact him if I had any concerns since I immediately left Chicago and headed 3 hours south to Southern Illinois.I tested him, to see if he really would respond to a few questions and concerns I had a few days later.....within minutes he had responded to all my concerns!! He gets an A+ for that!!!Now I am not quite 3 weeks out. I have had traditional Lipo in the past. My assumption was the results and recovery of the body sculpting would be about the same as the previous experience.....BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!!My results from the body sculpting, at 3 weeks out, is 100% better than 6 MONTHS post op Lipo!!! Dr Farrugia did an INCREDIBLE JOB, of grabbing fat cells from every nook and cranny in my midsection!! The shape I have today is UNBELIEVABLE!! And its only going to improve!!! I never, in a million years, thought I could look like this! WOW!!!!Dr Farrugia helped me feel totally at ease when he initially met me on the day of the procedure. I was super nervous to pull the trigger on an Airsculpt experience and let me tell you... I am SO GLAD I did! I am a new mom and this was truly the boost I needed to get back to my pre-baby confidence. I saw Dr. Yessenow for a full ab procedure and am floored with the results. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I am 2 days post-procedure and feeling great. I was at work the next day with 0 complaints! I learned of Elite Body Sculpture while watching a segment of Windy City Live a few years ago (2017?). As an African American female, I was a bit skeptical until I saw Co-host Val Warner was getting a procedure. She was alert and talking. The staff treated her with respect. The Physician was great! The procedure was minimally invasive. I thought, let me check this place out. I called immediately after watching the segment to schedule an appointment at the Chicago, IL location. I was met with a professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I was treated with respect and all of my questions were answered. My assessment went well. I didnt have a procedure at that time. Fast forward to 2021. I scheduled an appointment because I was ready to get a procedure done. Again, I was met with a professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. This time around, I witnessed several people who looked like me there for consult, etc. I also saw an African-American nurse, which really put me at ease. Although I didnt get a procedure done, I highly recommend Elite Body Sculpture, Chicago, IL for those individuals, especially African-American women, who want to get any enhancements done. Everything was great, I just wasnt ready. Whenever, I decide to take the plunge to enhancing my body, I know where to go, Elite Body Sculpture.

I was happy with the procedure but the customer service could have been better. I never heard back in regards to follow-ups only had a phone call follow up a week later and never heard back from them again. For the price I would expect better post op care.

I went in for my procedure for my back bra roll area in February. I did my research for months, contacted them, and concluded that this procedure is the one for me. However, I was bamboozled. I am upset at the extreme disrespect, lack of clarity, and avoidance I endured throughout my time with Elite Body Sculpture.My procedure went seemingly well, and though I was advised the area will not be totally flat, they still emphasized noticeable results, and I was okay with this fact. Unfortunately, months went by, the swelling went down, and I saw no results at all. For my 3 month post-op, I sent them pictures of my results, and they that said they will forward it to a doctor. I didn’t hear back from them for weeks. I called again after hearing nothing, and asked if they ever took a look at my photos. I felt as if they were avoiding having all interactions with me. When I went in for my 5 months, the experience became worse.When I asked what may have caused my results, Dr. Vagotis explained to me that the majority of my area was loose skin, and that “they do not tighten skin, only remove fat.” This is very misleading since their website claims they do. “AirSculpt® is patented, precision-engineered technology only available at Elite Body Sculpture. It removes unwanted fat through a freckle-sized hole cell by cell with no needle... This revolutionary technology also tightens your skin while it removes your fat, providing dramatic, smooth, and natural results.” Why promote something you do not do? And if you were aware of this, why proceed with the surgery?She further added that the stretch marks on my area meant that there would be little skin elasticity. This was hard to wrap my head around, because I clearly had stretch marks before I came for my procedure. If aware that this will cause little to no results, why wasn’t I pointed towards a more suitable procedure for my body? It’s almost like they knew it wasn’t the procedure for me, and still proceeded. Misinformation to gain a few thousands is definitely a scam.It’s one thing to have little results, but no results at all is baffling, and I think anyone who spent good money, time, and pain on this would feel the same. The images spoke for themselves, and everyone in the room knew that too. As we asked Dr. Vegotis questions to clarify, she got very defensive and assumed we were trying to disrespect her expertise. She said to my mother, and I quote, “are you a plastic surgeon?”. She then abruptly left the room and had one of her assistants explain what SHE did to ME in the surgery rather than speaking with us. The lady she called in was very kind and understood that we simply wanted clarity. As a “professional” however, that was no way to deal with patients. Leaving during a conversation and sending an assistant to fill in is the last thing any surgeon should do, yet exactly what Dr. Vegotis did.For my inconvenience, they didnt mention a refund or anything. They simply gave me a card for another surgeon who can help me achieve my results. Wish they did that before I came in.Overall, my experience at Elite was shameful, and I do not recommend Dr. Vegotis. From her being very disrespectful, to failing at comprehensively explaining what may have caused my lack of results. If tightening skin is something they do not do, they should not advertise it. Furthermore, if a patient has questions about their procedure, the proper thing to do is inform them as much as possible. If you are looking for a procedure that won’t do as advertised, a surgeon that will disrespect you and fail to explain all possible outcomes, and a facility that’ll knowingly perform a procedure on a patient they know is unfit for said surgery, then this is for you. To avoid any of my experiences I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I hope this helps someone out and good luck!

I was pretty nervous because I had never had any cosmetic surgery before or anything invasive at all aside from Botox and filler. From my first consultation with Chelsea I felt so at ease. The front office girls are friendly and informative and Dr. Farrugia was amazing! Gave me great advice and a conservative approach, telling me some things weren’t even needed. (Surprising for a plastic surgeon!). I texted during the whole procedure, feeling nothing more than some rubbing, with the nurse (I think Lisa?) played my favorite music and she and Dr. Farrugia joked with me. The recovery was a little harder than expected because it was such a new thing but Dr. Farrugia answered all my nervous questions right away via text and my results are amazing. Also there is no pressure during your consultation so if you even think maybe... go in!

My surgeon was Dr. Yessenow who did an amazing job. He took the time to answer all of my questions and even while doing my procedure he would let me know what’s going on, and what to expect next. He kept me very informed and I really appreciated it. The customer service is awesome. Downtime was about a day. It really is painless and afterwards it just feels super sore like an intense workout. I’m about 20 days post op and I look and feel great. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to see permanent and fast results. I will be making my appointment very soon for other areas.

Best idea ever, my girlfriend suggested the procedure as I work out all the time but was having a lot of trouble getting my stomach back to theold days. Waste of money! I had no real results and spent $14,000 on nothing. They said after 6 months if I can’t see the results they would go back and transfer more fat but 6 months passed and the doctor didn’t want to do it. She wanted to charge me more after she told me in 6 months if I didn’t see results she would do it free of charge. This place looks nice but it’s a big scam. Nothing but frauds.

Mallory was okay blowing up my email, calling my phone, setting everything up, and CHARGING THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE to my credit card the second I asked for an online consultation. However, when it came time that my husband wanted me to think on it longer and I wanted to cancel (well before surgery date) she just can’t be reached. That instills zero confidence in y’all. I will be calling, and I will get confirmation of cancellation and proof that I’ve been refunded, or I’ll call my lawyer. As for my procedure, we will be traveling to Texas soon. I’ll see if they’re as sketchy there as you seem to be here.

Dr. Yassenow was amazing. Very patient with all my questions and helped me feel comfortable with my procedure. China and Anna were also extremely helpful and helped me feel at ease before, during, and after. I was grateful for the honesty in my consultation and can sincerely say there was nothing that surprised me or caught me off guard. Everyone I met with has been so nice and supportive. Just went for my 1 week follow up on the thighs, and my 3 months for my stomach in 2 weeks. Im very happy with even the beginning results and cannot wait to workout again to get full results. Unprofessional. Incompetent. E-mails go unanswered. Cancelled my procedure the DAY BEFORE, and now, 2 weeks later Im still trying to get over $12,000 back!! Dont waste your time and just go to a real surgeons office.Update: Zero response from the company in processing my refund. I had to dispute the charges with my bank over a procedure EBS cancelled on ME last minute. Probably the most unprofessional medical group Ive ever come across. STAY AWAY

Dont do it!!! Beware... Nicest People over the phone but when you get there in person everything changes. The doctors are rude, no explanation and just wanted to get the procedure done as quick as possible. They took very little fat from my liposuction. When I asked why they gave me very little explanation and wanted to rush me out the door. They never called for follow up to see how I was doing. After numerous inquiries the doctor got on the phone, was very rude and basically said it is what it is. They said they could not address my concerns for 6 months until everything healed. However they claim on there website 48 hour abs for men. When I confronted them on this they admitted that the pictures are taken several months after the procedure. I asked if this was false advertising however they would not respond. Never heard from them again. Biggest waste of money. Do the conventional surgery this is a joke. Also looks like lots of there reviews are staged and manufactured.

Dr. Bazell and his staff have been absolutely phenomenal through this entire process! Its been the easiest change I could have ever imagined and I am loving my results. I am currently 1 month post op and although I still have some tenderness in my arms, they definitely look smaller and have visible muscle definition, that was never there before!I have to give a special thank you to the nurses Norma and China, who helped me through this entire process. They were always there to answer ALL of my questions, and were always so kind. I felt truly cared for during and after the entire process. I can not wait to see my full results at 3 & 6 months!

I must say, I was most impressed with this office. At first I had a lot of difficulty trying to find the parking garage entrance but I think that was just because navigating downtown Chicago can be a nightmare. Once I made it into the office I was pleasantly surprised. Every single person I encountered was unbelievably pleasant, warm, and friendly. Going to a place where they do these kinds of procedures can be really daunting and overwhelming but everyone in the office really made me feel at ease. Although I have not yet decided if I want to have the procedures done I felt like I had to post a review to let others know how great of a place this is. The staff is incredibly and even though I was only in for a free consultation they did everything they could to make me feel right at home. If I do decide to move forward with my procedure I can safely say that it is because of the wonderful office atmosphere and staff.

Dr.Bazell and all of the nurses are absolutely incredible. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, from the moment I went in for my free consultation to the day of my procedure. HIGHLY recommend this place. Im barely two weeks into recovery and, despite the bruising and swelling, my results already are so impactful!

I’m a little over 3 months post op, my results are noticeable and my body does look different. I got procedures done for my abdomen and back bra roll. The consultation is free so I say just give it a try and really ask any questions or concerns you have to the doctor. I wasn’t promised a magical transformation overnight as that is unrealistic and they didn’t try to sell me everything even though I had concerns for every part of my body.Pain wise it was bearable, I won’t say completely pain free, it’s more discomfort or tickling(?) if that makes sense, and if it does hurt just tell your doctor and they can numb the area some more. During the procedure I was constantly asked if I was okay or if there was any pain so they do take care of you well throughout the procedure. Afterwards they send you home and once everything wears off you do feel some pain and discomfort, but as someone who has been through surgeries before for medical reasons it wasn’t any different. Down time, I think a week is ideal, I was feeling a lot better after 3 days or so once the initial 48 hours was over and was able to shower. I was fine after a week and the nurse said I healed quick during my first post op appointment and by that time I think I only had a little numbing in one area still. Around a month and a half post op that numbness went away and I felt completely fine and back to normal. I still have the scars from the “incision” points, but it is only 3 months post op and I hope they are able to fade away by 6 months.Any questions or concerns you have during the post op appointments they are happy to help with and answer so make sure to tell them what’s on your mind. Amazing results in little under three months. Dr. Vagotis has a great bedside manner, is honest about the timing of results and level sets expectations up front. The pain during and after the procedure is relative to cramping but nothing that a little ibuprofen cant handle. Well worth the money.... I definitely recommend Elite for those needing a little help.

I had my stomach and chest treated and overall it was a mindblowing experience. Yeah I was swollen for a week or so, it is after all a procedure that is removing fat from your body. Despite the swelling I still saw a huge difference right after my procedure. Im a little over 6 months post op and I finally am able to see definition in my chest and stomach after all these years of hitting the gym... Its such a crazy experience. Dr. Bazell and this team are so great I would recommend this to everyone and anyone.

The Chicago Elite Body Sculpture team have been absolutely amazing! I received great service from the moment I made my consultation appointment to my latest 1 week post op appointment. After doing a lot of research I found Elite Body Sculpture. Having had the traditional lipo previously I was very intrigued and wanted to know more.My initial consultation with Courtney was amazing.She took her time, explained everything to me and then I saw Dr. Yessenow, amazing disposition, he was wonderful!!I have to say on the day of my procedure I was nervous!!Between Nicole, at the Front Desk, the nurses and once again Dr. Yessenow they put me at ease.He took his time and I have to say it wasnt bad at all!!Took it easy for a few days, lots of bruising, honestly thats just me.I saw the difference the first time I took off my compression garment which was 48 hours later to take a shower (had my upper and lower abdomen done with the waist and hips)Amazing, thats all I can say Amazing -The procedure and of course the FABULOUS and AMAZING Staff!!

The entire staff at Elite Body Sculpture is amazing. I had my full abdomen and a fat transfer to breast done and my results are astonishing. I flew in from Georgia, and Nicole was able to send me information on local hotels and even a car service that took me back to the hotel and even filled my scripts. Where do I start! The staff at this place. All professional and very knowledgeable . One of the staff members Linda Zamora is super nice and very calming. I was nervous as first, she answered all of my concerns and answered all of my emails. Dr Yessenow And China are amazing! They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. There were certain parts that hurt, I mentioned it to the dr. And he right away stopped and moved to a different section. They were always concerned on the level of comfort. Even after surgery I called Dr Yessenow and not once made me feel like I was bothering them. He answered all of my crazy questions. I do recommend Elite Body Sculpture! 100%. I just went in for my 1 week follow up with nurse China making me feel comfortable and everything is looking good. Can’t wait for my 3 month follow up!

I had a great experience from start to finish at this location. My results were exactly as I hoped they would.

I scheduled a consultation with Elite Body Sculpture after doing research on liposuction/fat transfer options online. The day of my consultation everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially Jatnna! She showed me a ton of before and after photos and really listened to what I was trying to achieve. I also had the opportunity to meet Dr. Yessenow who explained the procedure with me and assured me that what I wanted was very attainable. Almost immediately after my consultation I scheduled my procedure for a month later. The day of my procedure everyone calmed my nerves by being very comforting and positive. Dr. Yessenow and the ladies in the operating room talked to me the entire time to inform me of all the steps being done, all while listening to music of my choice! I had fat taken out from my arms, upper back (bra line) and flanks (love handles) and transferred to my hips where I had hip dips that I was extremely self conscious about. The healing process has been so easy, only a little bit of discomfort in the areas that I had work done. The very next day I went out to dinner with my family and no one even knew I had any work done! It’s been a week since my procedure and everything is looking amazing even though I still have some minor bruising and swelling. I can’t wait to see how I’m going to look in another three months. I would highly recommend Elite Body Sculpture to anyone wanting to improve certain areas on your body without the painful downtime!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience for anyone that is currently in the position that I was in when I was initially searching for a cosmetic fix. Ever since I can remember, I have always felt insecure about my arms. Even at my smallest, I never felt comfortable enough to wear anything sleeveless because the only thing I could focus on was the stubborn flab of fat that diet and exercise alone could not seem to get rid of. It never really helped to have others say “oh, well it’s not that bad,” when the only one that needs to feel comfortable in your skin is you. I decided enough was enough and I was going to look into different treatments to help improve the way I saw my arms. I had invested into different noninvasive treatments that ended up having little to no results. It felt like I was throwing money down the drain and it all became very discouraging. I decided to do some more extensive research and came across the AirSculpt procedure at Elite Body Sculpture. A minimally invasive procedure with the results of having liposuction, it all seemed too good to be true! I have never had a cosmetic procedure done before and was quite skeptical, especially because I watched a lot of episodes of Botched. However, I am so glad that I took that leap of faith and decided to book a consultation! The moment you walk into Elite, you feel welcomed. I received a warm greeting from their receptionist, Nicole. She is so sweet and knowledgeable! She is willing to answer any questions that you might have upon arriving and she helped me feel at ease with deciding to look into something like this. After filling out paperwork, I was taken back into a consultation room. I was then greeted by my consultant, Linda. Let me just say that Linda was a huge reason as to why I decided Elite was the place for me! My consultation experience was made 10x better solely because of her. She’s not your typical pushy sales person, she is such a joy and actually cares to get to know you on an individual basis. I felt as if I were talking to one of my best friends! Feeling comfortable should be a huge determining factor in wherever you decide to have a procedure with. You want to make sure you are listened to when you are expressing your concerns and expectations and I was certainly being heard. Dr. Vagotis came into the room sometime after Linda and I talked and I became even more confident in my decision with Elite. Dr. Vagotis has a radiating personality! I was excited to meet a Surgeon who wasn’t so uptight and wasn’t afraid to show their passion for what they do. She informed me that the noninvasive treatments I had invested in were not good options for me as the fat in my arms needed to be removed. She believed this would be a perfect option for me without forcing her opinions on me. After my assessment, Linda took the time to help me figure out if this type of investment would even be feasible for me. After coming up with my comfortable monthly budget, I decided to book right away! I had my procedure booked for the very next week as I was trying to get in as soon as possible. The procedure itself was a walk in the park with Dr. Vagotis and my nurses, Ana and China. Dr. Vagotis was checking in on me throughout the entire process and making sure I was feeling comfortable. That’s what’s so amazing about AirSculpt! I love the fact that I was awake and aware of everything that was going on. The post op care with the nurses was an exceptional experience. They are so charismatic and it’s apparent that they love what they do! They are available to answer any questions that you might have and always encourage you call them if anything comes up prior to your follow up appointments. I have been considering a second liposuction for two years. Despite exercising and eating healthy every day, I have been unable to obtain the desired outcome. I wanted something that will not be as invasive as my first lipo and was also hoping to see a more drastic result than my first lipo from six years ago. After hours of research and reading reviews, I decided to go to Elite Body Sculpture. Just as other reviewers mentioned, everyone at Elite makes you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I am one-month post op and I love how flat my abdomen is, how small my waist and my upper arms look. Dr. Yessenow did a superb job and the result looks so much better than my first abdominal lipo. Six years ago, I did not have a wow moment when I first removed the binder one-week post op from my first lipo, but this time, I definitely said wow when I looked at myself in the mirror when I removed the compression garment 48 hours after the procedure. I also have to mention the nurse (China) who took care of me during the procedure and afterwards is wonderful! I will be getting my thighs done in two weeks, and I am confident I will be very happy with the result.

Dr. Vagotis wss incredibly soothing for an anxious person like me. Double chins run in our family and after all the hard work I was doing with diet and exercise I decided to get airsculpt on my chin and jawline. The entire staff is so welcoming, warm and makes you feel excited and at ease for your procedure. It was basically as easy as getting a cavity filled, and I was in and out in 20 minutes it seemed! I HIGHLY recommend this procedure and Elite Body Sculpture as a whole!

I had my abdomen done in late January and had my 3-month follow-up yesterday. The results so far have been PHENOMENAL; it made me a little emotional to see the massive difference between my before and after photos...and I’m not even healed all the way yet! Dr. Bazell is the real deal!!! Downtime was minimal; I took a couple of days off of work but was back to my usual routine in short order. This procedure is NOT for weight loss at all...it’s just to remove fat from stubborn areas. That is probably the misconception here. I would highly recommend this for anyone with realistic goals and in need of a little help getting there! This was the best present I’ve ever given myself!

I had my procedure done in February 2019 and it was the best decision I have made. The whole team (from my consultation to the nurses to my surgeon) were amazing. Dr. Vagotis made me feel so comfortable the day of the procedure. She was realistic with my goals I would achieve and 7 months later I am more than happy. I am wearing clothes that I didnt want to wear before and rocking them with full confidence. I love this place the staff is sooooo nice and friendly. They made my experience one of the best yet. I’m not a fan of elevators and being that the Chicago office is on the 14th floor what an experience for me right? Well, every single time I came a staff met me in the lobby and escorted me up in the elevators. Talk about going out your way! The doctor was spectacular, hilarious, and honest. The environment was clean and sanitary. The nurse will call and check on you 48hrs after your procedure. I’m writing this 2.5 weeks after the procedure and my 3 month follow up isn’t until June. I wanted to write this review because when I looked online, I didn’t find many that were extensive. I have been researching liposuction for 2 years. But I didn’t get the nerve to call because I too scared. I don’t remember how I came across Elite Body Sculpture, but after doing extensive research not only on the company, but on the providers and support staff, (I’m a healthcare professional) and watching all the videos and discussing this with my colleagues, I decided to call. I first spoke with Jatnna who answered all of my questions and I felt comfortable. I’m a size 14/16 and when I sent in my photos via electronic consultation, the entire team didn’t make me feel bad about my size. Infact, Jatnna stated to me that everything I wanted done was doable. I went into it, knowing that I wanted curves and be thinner as my body would allow, I knew I wasn’t going to be a size 2 (due to my body shape). I also knew that healthy eating and lifestyle would be the key. I booked two procedures. I flew to Chicago; I did my full abdomen on Monday and Wednesday I did my back-bra rolls, back fat and hips. From the moment I stepped through the doors every single person was so kind to me as I was nervous. I finally was able to meet Dr. Bazell in person. His bedside manner, his medical/surgical knowledge was up to date and his knowledge about clinical care was impressive. We even discussed clinical research and data that supports liposuction and the effects on chronic illness! I also appreciated that he spoke in layman’s terms even though I had a clinical understanding.I was so nervous when I was in the surgical room, but all of the nurses made me feel so calm and explained everything. Norma, Ashley and Kesha were in the room with me. The medication started to work. It really did feel like a massage but there was a time when I felt some twinge and slight pain. When that happened, Dr. Bazell stopped and I received a little more medication; that really helped.After care wasn’t as bad as I thought. I did have bruising and I realized that removing 8 liters of fat would definitely have a big change on my body (I’m down 11lbs with eating healthier and exercising as well). I want to commend Dr. Bazell on something really important to me. I had to use the after-hours cell phone to talk with Dr. Bazell as I had drainage. Dr. Bazell called me back within 10 minutes which is WELL WITHIN the industry standard for call-backs for patients. I was so impressed. He was helpful on the phone and provided the reassurance that I needed.The body compression suit is irritating after a while, but necessary LOL. I had a little confusion with the post-op directions as they are generic, but when I called the surgery center, I was able to speak with a nurse and I got everything straightened out. The post op for a full abdomen are different from the other procedures as there needs to be a gradual removal of the compression suit.Lastly, I had no real pain with post-op care. It was more discomfort, and Advil really helped with the swelling. I didn’t bounce back like I thought I would, but I really believe that it’s because of my body, the amount of fat that was removed.Every time I call with a question, everyone is kind on the phone. When I say my full name, it’s like I don’t even need to say it because they just know automatically who I am. I also appreciate how I send regular photos of myself and the changes and I get an email response from the nurses.I plan to get my arms done next and feel really comfortable and recommend without any reservations this surgery center and the team.

Dr. Vagotis and staff were amazing. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Dr. Vagotis was available by phone or text at any time for any concern. Office is clean and nice. Dramatic change in my abdomen. If I had the money I would consider doing my legs! Truly amazing. First 2 days were rough afterwards but doable. Back to full activity in 2 to 3 weeks. Hard workouts in 4 weeks. Minimal scarring.

Procedures performed 1st & 2nd week of July 2017. I had procedures performed in the Chicago office, by Dr. Francine Vagotis. Dr Vagotis is very professional & easy to talk to. She gave me her mobile number post op for any issues or concerns. I first had upper arm lipo & bra roll lipo. I am disappointed with the less than optimal results. My upper arms still have “bat wing” fat that I desperately wanted to be rid of. The bra-roll lipo successfully took me from a 36” under bust measurement to a 34”. Very minimal result. I can still visibly see the appearance of a fat roll when I wear fitted tops. The following week I returned for Full abdomin lipo, mini tummy tuck & fat transfer into my buttocks (BBL). Thing is 3-mons post op; you can barely tell I’ve had anything done unless I am wearing my Ardyss shape-wear. The mini tummy tuck did address/reduce a considerable portion of lower belly fat under my navel; but my stomach is still fat & jiggly. I did not expect a flat washboard stomach, I did however expect it to be much flatter than it is. I wish Dr. Vagotis would have better explained that I was really not a good candidate for that procedure. I’m left with still a fat tummy & a long scar (that you can’t see because my belly fat still protrudes.) A waste of time, money & recovery pain!I now realize, I would really have benefited from full abdominoplasty. A procedure not performed by Elite Body Sculpture . I can say the BBL was a success and I am happy with its results. It’s not too much & it fits my thigh to butt circumference. After surgery the nurse & asst. placed me in a compression garment that was too tight & too small. I was dressed in a medium garment when everything about me was still XL. At my 1week post op follow-up I advised Dr. Vagotis & the nurse the medium compression garment was too small & hell trying to get into & out of. The response was I really didn’t need it & I could wear Spanx shape wear... instead of providing me with a comfortable fitting compression garment. Overall my results do not justify the nearly 27k price tag paid. Needless to say, I’ve turned back to diet & exercise in hopes of achieving the results I seek. To be clear, I have seen subtle changes as a result of the cosmetic procedures. I look & feel better than before, but no results on the scale of my expectations and the cost. Perhaps, I have to wait patiently over the entire year. I’m embarrassed to admit to anyone that I had cosmetic procedures performed with that high price tag and the mediocre results attained; especially when I see friends that went elsewhere, paid much less with optimal results forming.
