Shady shady place. Unresponsive staff…would not recommend. There are plenty of other places in Chicago that offer the same if not better services…don’t waste your time. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t respond to messages. Impossible to even get scheduled. Never had a worse experience with a spa.

Edith was amazing with my first experience with micro blading. I was nervous and she was able to provide me with a service that exceeded my expectations. She was extremely patient and offered advice any time I needed it. I highly recommend Beautify for microblading. I didn’t know I would love the outcome so much!

Terrible customer service. First time I went here I waited more than an hour past my scheduled appointment for my treatment. I was pleased with the results and the doctor who did the treatment was thorough and detail oriented. So I figured I would go back for a second time. I made an appointment, but was rescheduled for 3 weeks later due to the injector not being available, promised that I would not be rescheduled if i took that appointment, but then was called 3 days before my appointment saying they have to cancel me due to the injector not being available. Now I’m left with a few days to find somewhere else to go (since my treatment was time sensitive). They are hard to get a hold of, half of the time don’t answer the phone or text messages. Very frustrating, even after giving this place a second chance...Good prices, but at the expense of professionalism and reliability...

My first initial consultation visit I sat about 30 mins to an hr just to hear that the dr was in surgery. My rescheduled appointment I’m sitting here over an hour, and no one has offered me a glass of water or an explanation of why the long wait.

I scheduled a facial with dermaplaning about a week before my appointment. On the phone, the employee told me my appointment was at 1:30pm; I received multiple emails indicating my appointment was at 1:30pm and I received a text confirming my appointment was at 1:30pm. I promptly showed up to my appointment and was greeted by a rude and unprofessional employee who dismissed me and said “your appointment was at 1:15pm babe.” I calmly showed her the emails and texts that stated my appointment was at actually 1:30pm. She was visibly agitated and said “I don’t know why it says 1:30pm. I have another appointment right after you so it’s going to cut into your treatment time.” Other customers who were seated and overhead the conversation whispered to me that she was being rude. Any scheduling mishap that occurs at your company should not be the customer’s burden to bear. Why would I get a facial from (1) an employee who was incredibly rude and dismissive and (2) who blatantly stated that my treatment time would be cut down. It would be senseless to sit through a rushed, haphazard facial with an employee who is irritated and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job. I told her she was being rude and to cancel my appointment and walked out. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone.

GREAT pricing at Beautify! I never even knew it was around. As a man, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I like my body to be hairless, so coming here and getting my chest hairs removed was an easy decision. I am a hairy guy and the laser hair removal treatment didn’t even hurt. Now started doing my fat reduction every week for 4 session to take care of my beer belly and my cellulites.

Had a true great experience for fat reduction and body sculpting. Super happy to have done my treatment with Anaheeta. Staff are so friendly and helped taking care of me. Information was true to their word and I followed the steps to help get rid of my love handles. The fat reduction procedure was different but felt great after. Love the results. I am excited to come back for the next session next week.

Love this place for their skin therapists Sabina and Tatiana. All procedures I had here were very efficient and gave long-term results. Tatiana and Sabina are very helpful, they suggest better strategies for the skin and explain everything. Love them!

I went on Saturday to have lip fillers injection and the doctor’s name was Bayran and he was amazing!! Made me feel super comfortable and made sure he gave me exactly what I wanted. Let me look in the mirror every few mins to see what he was doing and made sure I liked them. Everyone was really sweet and helpful even the receptionist. Definitely looking forward to seeing him again in 6 months!

Ive been coming here for about 3 years and while management has changed, the service has always remained the same. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable! I come for laser hair removal and recently tried microneedling, with both Ive seen amazing results. I have tried other Spas offering similar services but always return to Beautify. I’ve also recommended and brought my sister and my friends to get Botox and fillers here with Dr. Bayran.

I did skin tightening and fat reduction, in particular on the abdomen after childbirth. I did not look very nice from after labor. What can I say? In three sessions, Edith and Anaheeta made me an excellent result. Each treatment was about 40-60 minutes. Very attentive and beautiful staff. Now my tummy looks very fine. I am pleased. You know I have heard of Juvashape before but never really knew much about it till I came here. My love handles are my problems. I spoke and met with Anaheeta who went over everything with me and I am so happy. I started my first session and healthy eating style last week. There is no downtime and I love that. Very qualified and welcoming staff. The PRP treatment with microneedling was a bit painful but its worth it. My skin is clear and bright now. Maybe they should’ve applied more numbing cream. Over all was happy with my vampire facial PRP treatment.

Visited Beautify last Wednesday for their new Beautify Mencave and had a fantastic experience. Called ahead to make an appointment and the whole process was painless and efficient. Upon arrival at the medspa, everyone was friendly and welcoming, particularly Ali. Dr. Bayran did my botox listened to my concerns patiently and knew exactly what I wanted and did it expertly. The glass of scotch I was given made the whole experience even better. Fantastic service and a very knowledgeable staff. Beautify Mencave on is my new favorite spot! I feel so comfortable and welcomed at this boutique style medical spa. As a 35 years old man, I don’t go to those girly offices. Everything is so elegant and it’s my beauty man cave. I referred here to all my friends and coworkers and they love the place. Every few months I get my botox with dr. bayran and my facials with one of his estheticians at the medspa. I still look manly, but younger and refreshed.
