After weeks of not getting a hold of them on the phone, I decided to stop by in person. There is now a dental practice and acupuncture spa in place of Chicago skin solutions so I am assuming they closed.

Integrity is one of the most important things when selecting a place such as this. They were honest here and urged me not to get anything for my skin that I didnt need, or would be bad for my profession. Really cool office and nice front desk staff. The doctor is really nice too. They have a lot of great things to help you take care of your skin! Thumbs up!!

Unable to get a hold of someone to make appointment,

Dillard was just the person I needed to make me feel right at home during my first facial of this level of detail; she was clear and concise about her analysis and the work shed be doing. On top of it all, shes incredibly nice!

Good luck getting a hold of them to make an appointment. Receptionists are always extremely rude and unprofessional.

If there was 0 stars, thats what I would rate this place. First, the hair removal process DOES NOT WORK. I have been doing my treatments for over 10 months and NO RESULTS YET. Second, the staff is horrible. One of the workers there was literally the rudest person Ive ever had to deal with. Third, they burned me a few times in a few different areas and I still have the marks that are now scars. Last, they are very unorganized! I come in for an appointment that I made for over a month and they tell me that I did not make an appointment. Mind you this happened multiple times. All of their staff never last, since I started going to them until now, they have new workers every month. That tells you how much they must suck within each other and as well as us customers. OH! And cant forget, the staff is lazy with making appointments on the phone and trying to get all of my areas being lasered covered good! I would rather pay more and get better results than pay less and have no results! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I was given a Groupon certificate as a gift. I called 4 times trying to make an appointment. Finally when someone actually got on the phone it sounded like I was interrupting a high school gathering of laughing girls. Made my appointment for a simple facial and light chemical peel. I have had facial as and peels for the last 25 years and never have I experienced such unprofessional behavior in my life. The girl that was doing the peel continued gossiping about how one of the other staff members was having a private afternoon meetings with the Dr H. Laughing about how his wife knows but pretends to not know. She left the room and my face was burning and had to yell out after 20 minutes. I left with a burned face and no apology. I will never return again to this ridiculous place they call a MED spa

I cant be happier with the results after three treatments of genesis, Kevin not only does an excellent job, studying and defining how hes gonna work on your skin but also hes very acknowledged with every type of skin, treatment and machine, having the ability to caliber them in a way that adjust to his clients needs, something I havent got not even with doctors and other professionals on this field, I highly recommend OUR and all its professional people, thanks

The staff here is super friendly and accommodating. I appreciate how quickly they provide service and the office is clean and comfortable! Id recommend this place for LHR to anyone! :)

Ive gone several times and never had a problem until now. My calls back to the store were ignored. I was met with extreme attitude from the receptionist. I asked to be put into contact with management and was told off basically. This is an extremely unprofessional business. I will not stop contacting them until I speak with management!

The actual treatment is clean, professional, speedy, and almost painless. They aestheticians (Ebony is my favorite!) know what they are doing and know how to minimize the pain during the treatment. COLD ICE PACKS. Before they start the actual treatment, they suggest that you literally numb the area to be lasered with cold ice packs that they provide you with (they are totally hygenic and change the wrapper/ice pack for each client). Literally, by doing this, and by actually applying the ice packs correctly to cover all areas to be lasered and holding them down so the cold makes contact with your skin, you will feel almost no pain.
