I had a very great experience at this med spa. I never had a facial before and was pretty nervous about getting my treatment. The esthetician was very friendly and explained the different types of treatments and services. The receptionist was also very kind and worked with nail technician and squeezed me in for a pedicure! I don’t live nearby but I’ll be back!

I had an appointment July 18 I showed up and no one was there, I waited for 15 minutes and nothing. I have been calling them for over a week now and leaving messages and nobody has gotten to me yet. Not really happy about that. If something happened to could have confirmed the day before my appointment before I showed up for nothing.

Only give two stars because girl try to be very nice and personality is good ... but no chip was awful sorry . They shouldn’t hire people with no experience or at least send workers to courses to improve their skills ..

I decided to give this place a try since it was close to home and they had some good deals on Groupon. I got the Groupon for the no-chip manicure, although theyre mostly known for their face masks/peels and microdermabrasion. I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist. The place itself looked very clean and chic, I really loved the layout and was super excited to have maybe found a new place to do my nails.Im enjoying the soothing scent of what might have been aromatherapy in the air, when Im greated by the nail technician. We walk to the back i sit down we start my no-chip, she asks me if Im from the area we talk for about 2 minutes. I try to make conversation, she gives me 1 word answers. Im sitting there in silence when the background music stops. I literally sat there for 30 min in the most awkward silence ever. It was so awkward and uncomfortable that it was not enjoyable at all. I wouldnt go back because of that alone, and to top it off mt nails started chipping 3 days later.

This is my 2nd time coming in to Luxe Blue for a Microdermabrasion and I Love it, they convinced me to do a Pumpkin Peel but im a guy I taught that i wasnt going to like this. But I love it and the result is wonderful. My face is smooth and clean. Will recommend this for the men to do this. We need it! Definitely will be back with the wife!
