I recently moved to Pilsen, so you could imagine how far this place is for me now, but I couldnt see myself going anywhere else. Oneal is literally the best. Hes attentive, down to earth, and knows what hes doing. So respectful and understanding, best place to get laser hair removal from. They also pickup on social cues my Trans Sisters.

I spent $2500 for full body laser treatments with Mary and have seen less than 10% reduction in hair. Not only am I an excellent candidate for laser treatments but I followed all protocols (no tanning or plucking hair) as these treatments cost $400 per session. I kept asking her to use more aggressive settings but she felt confident that she was using the optimal settings. I feel completely ripped off by this business and would not recommend this place. I wasted thousands of dollars and also a whole year. I contacted the owner and have not heard back, what a pity when businesses stop caring about the quality of services they provide.

The staff who work here are always really friendly to me. The prices are pretty reasonable . I have seen some results . I have been getting sessions for a year now . I live in Indiana . But so far I can’t find anything closer to me that compares to this place . So I just take the drive .

Had an appointment scheduled for today at 4:30pm I show up and no one is here. I have tried calling numerous times and unable to reach someone. How unprofessional for you to call ahead and schedule an appointment after driving 40 minutes. i was a first time client. Just wasted gas and time
