I signed up for the Laser Hair Removal Package a few months ago, and couldnt be happier. Ive been working with Crystal who is amazing all around. I generally can get pretty anxious when it comes to others seeing parts of my body that Im not comfortable with. Ive never once felt judged or uncomfortable in her presence.Im currently 3 treatments in and can already see a noticeable difference in the hair growth that I have and am already feeling more comfortable to go out to the gym and lift my arms above my head without looking around wondering if anyone notices my baby stubble.Ill definitely keep going to LPA. 1) for the results and 2) for people like Crystal that make it a warm and comfortable place to be for an anxious person like me!

I got a hydra facial with Crystal and it was the best facial I have ever gotten! She explained everything that she was doing, the experience was very relaxing, and my face was glowing afterwards! Will definitely be coming back, I highly recommend! Book with Crystal!

Similar to other reviewers trying to use a Groupon, I had a terrible experience. They used a low setting on the laser that didnt produce any results. (Yes, was painless! But Ive had laser treatments before that did actually work so this was a waste of time.) They screwed up my scheduling several times and made me feel like it was my fault. Professional but subtly snobby. I regret that I paid extra at the beginning to add treatment areas - it felt like a bait-and-switch (under normal circumstances the extra is usually part of the standard treatment), it didnt produce results, and it didnt result in me feeling welcome.

This was the most terrible experience, I ever had, I scheduled for for laser Tattoo removal, I dont even know where I have to start.1. The staff was RUDE, extremely rude2. No results at all I went for 3 sessions, well 2 because they took 1 away because I was late, no complain about because it was the policy3. The last session the cold machine was broken and the lady (I dont really know if she was qualified) dont even offer numb cream she said it is $25 per one drop (my tattoo is a finger tattoo so really small ) so the last session was extremely painful.She gave a pack of ice and I kept it because it was a pack of ice, 4 days later I received a message ask me if I can return the pack of ice seriously in a middle of a pandemic? They said it was reusable. That was the last thing I call and I tried to talk with the manager and apparently she or he is in vacation since April because Im still waiting for the call.I filed multiple complaints and a lot of government institutions and also better business, because this is definitely not right, reusable stuff in skin procedures is just terrible not even the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic. So pls keep yourself away from this awful business

I had a Groupon for six sessions on the lower back. I’ve done laser before so I’m familiar with the procedure. They purposefully put the machine on lower settings so that my hair reduction was minimal and that I could buy more sessions. I’m not impressed. Was pretty much scammed from this place. I see no results. Wasted my time and my money by coming here.

Lincoln Park Aesthetics is such a calm, professional, clean atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Jenna did my lips beautifully with the Juvaderm Ultra. I was nervous since it was my first time getting filler but Jenna made me feel super comfortable and collected. Over all had an amazing time and walked out feeling confident and happy! I definitely will be going back.

Ive been going here for years. They treat everyone like family and I feel so comfortable when I walk in the door. Its spotless and they are always offering new services. Very reasonable prices too!

I bought the coupon on Groupon and the service was poor she could of done better and she was not detailed ... and time I had few minutes left session is 1 hour not 40 minutes ! Just because I used a coupon service will be different she didn’t even offer products

Summer is literally the best. I was referred to her through a family member and I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience. Summer is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and patient. I visited Summer for dermaplanning and a hydra facial, needless to say my skin is glowing! So happy I found her!

I have never really been one to place great care on my skin, which was all fine and dandy in my early 20s, but having just scratched the surface into my 30s, I knew it was high-time to start investing in my skin. After seeing incredible results with Jordan from a laser hair removal Groupon last year, I decided to call upon her for my skin. My first appointment was such a great experience! Beforehand, I was feeling a little embarrassed about the lack of skin care in my past, but Jordan listened without judgement and made me feel so comfortable. I have always had dry skin and thought that buying products for normal to dry skin was the best thing for me, but after that first appointment, I walked away with a much better understanding that dry skin can mean sensitive skin, so the exfoliants I was using was actually making my skin worse. AH!I have only been seeing her a few short months, but I can already see such a difference. I didnt even realize how dull my skin was looking before meeting with Jordan. The dry, wrinkled-looking skin that I had just come to expect when looking in the mirror is starting to look smooth and shiny. Not to mention, when the pandemic has let up and allowed brief glimpses at a normal life, I havent been wearing foundation while going out because the coloring of my skin is the most even it has ever been (take that, early-20s me!)I cannot recommend LPA enough and, in particular, I cannot recommend Jordan enough! If you want to look your best, it is 100% worth the investment.

I’ve had several services and treatments and each one has been clean, safe and comfortable. This is the only place I go for skin needs.

I’ve been coming here for years and have never had an appointment start on time (6-8 per year). Additionally, the interactions with front desk staff have not justified paying the premium prices for services. Had it not been for Olga or Jasmyne, I would have left long ago. Note- they have since left LPA.

I came in to LPA a few days before my wedding and received dermaplaning and a hydrafacial from Jasmyne. She did an incredible job and my face was glowing after the service! My skin was so smooth and my makeup went on flawlessly for my wedding. She is the best of the best and I had a wonderful experience!

Olga is the Absolute Best! Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable, but her understanding of the brands used as well as latest reviews and results makes her the complete package!

This review is for Lauren Budzinski. First off, I should start out by saying that I am an overly picky person. I rarely endorse anything publicly, so to reach my personal criterion says a lot. Lauren is the absolute best esthetician and the only person in Chicago that I trust with my face. Not only is she a genuine pleasure to interact with, but her work on skin is superb. I go to Lauren for microneedling, LHR, IPL, and hydrafacial procedures. Lauren worked with me to personalize a treatment plan to accomplish my personal skin texture resurfacing goals. In the three years that I have been regularly coming to her, I have been completely blown away with the results and positive change in my skin. The only reason that I would be remiss to write this review, is that her schedule would get booked up with yall and she wouldnt have time for me. Inasmuch, Lauren comes with my highest recommendation for skin care in Chicago.

So far Ive had one Brazilian LHR session with Michelle. She was so professional, and the place was very clean and quiet. I felt very comfortable here despite the fact that I was baring my lady parts. Will definitely be completing my 5 additional sessions, and I will try to report back on the success. The machine they use is new, large, quick, and powerful, so apparently theyre having great results so far.

Im doing the Brazilian laser hair removal with Judy Kim! She is very professional and makes me feel comfortable with showing her everything multiple visits if you know what I mean. The results have worked wonders so far! The place is very clean and would recommend going there.

Would be 0 if I could. Bought a Groupon for a custom facial, had email correspondence with them and made an appointment two weeks in advance. I showed up to the appointment very excited for a relaxing facial. Turns out I wasn’t on the books at all. I wouldn’t be this upset if the front desk people were apologetic and tried to make it up for their mistake. Instead I got a shrug and was told the next evening appointment was a week out. They went on saying, “we book out fast”. Yes, of course I know that. That’s why I made an appointment way in advance! I went out of my way to get there (extra Lyft cost then a typical after work commute). If you don’t want Groupon customers, why put one out? Awful customer service. I’ll be exchanging my Groupon.

Charisse is the best! I have been going to her for Botox and fillers for 5 years now. I used to live in Chicago but I moved to San Francisco 2 years ago and I fly back just so I can have my treatment done by Charisse. Totally flawless and gentle, not to mention how knowledgeable she is in skin care, plastic surgery, and aesthetics in general. I would recommend Charisse to anyone and wouldnt trust anyone else.

Im updating my original one star review after I had initially walked out of a laser hair removal appointment because I felt uncomfortable with the technician upselling me aggressively.After I expressed my concerns, the staff (particularly Jeremy, the manager) went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that they made up for their new employees mistakes. I was given a complimentary facial and was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the provider and the results from the treatment. Although my initial impression was not positive, the team did an excellent job to turn things around and I can now say that Ill be coming back to LPA again in the future because I had such a pleasant second experience!

I just got off the phone with receptionist I believe his name is Jeremy and he was extremely helpful locking me in for an appointment and recommended a few peels and was so sweet and I feel extremely comfortable and happy and I haven’t even went in for my peel yet. Amazing customer service skills!!!!

I have been going to LPA now for a few years for various things...later hair removal, filler post brain surgery and dysport. Up until last fall I really I had good experiences with the staff and services. However over the last 6 months or so things have really declined. They have had so much staff turn over service is all over the place. They are totally disorganized and do not look at client charts before making decisions on treatment. Not sure I will be returning. Very dissapointing.

LPA was an absolutely wonderful experience!! Michelle was amazing and made me feel completely comfortable. It was nice, clean, and has a great upscale Lincoln Park vibe. In preparation for my upcoming wedding, I wouldnt trust my bridal skin with anyone else. Ha. 5 stars and hats off to LPA... I cant wait to go back!

It was our first time experiencing injections and we were nervous. Maggie was so calm and gentle. She offers a vibrating wand that is placed on your face so you hardly feel pain. Vibrations and pain travel through the same pathways in our bodies to our brains but we can only experience pain or vibration, fun fact: vibration reaches there first! We felt very little pain and were comfortable in Maggies hands (literally). We enjoyed our experience so much we booked laser hair removal treatments, facials and another round of dysport/botox. We highly recommend LPA for all your beauty needs!

I have been a patient of Maggie’s for over a year. She was recommended to me by one of my friends. I initially came to see her for Botox/Dysport, which I never had before. I was nervous and not entirely sure what to expect. She spent a lot of time with me during consultation and created a specific treatment plan for me and my concerns (asymmetry in my brows, horizontal forehead lines)After getting more comfortable with her and seeing her before and after photos online, I decided that I was interested in filler. I wanted a little more volume in my cheeks and was bothered by the hollowness under my eyes. Maggie was super gentile with her injection technique and walked me through the process. It was surprisingly more comfortable that I expected. I love that my results look so natural. I didn’t want an extreme or exaggerated look (which was why I was hesitant about filler to begin with). I would recommend anyone go and see Maggie, and have sent many of my close friends there already. She is very professional, friendly, and her results are stunning.I have also seen GeeGee for laser hair removal. She is great! So friendly and fast. I absolutely recommend her as well :)
