Came here for my first laser experience and it was great! I worked with Alyssa and she was extremely thorough. She always asked questions about my results from each session and made sure she catered the next session to what I needed. Def recommend & will be back again!

I was doing a Lasik 6 treatments w Alyssa & Im loving every minute of it. She does a great job, shes quick, always asking if the level of the laser is okay, its not like we are good friends (but I would like too cause shes just easy to talk too lol) but I always really enjoyed our conversations, shes really friendly and cool to talk too while shes doing her thing. Everything is clean, transparent and the results are great. Ive went to SpaDerma before for the same thing which is kind of known to be more on the high end salons in Chicago but I definitely like Skinovatio much more, and Alyssa haha.

I enjoyed Carol Calma and her warm personality. Got kybella and will be back for round two soon!

Great service! I went in today to get a VI Peel Purify, I got my chemical peel done by James. He did an amazing job, I felt so comfortable and he was so welcoming, as well as the owner Aleksandra super nice and professional, communicated greatly with me. 10/10 experience would definitely recommend!!

Love love love this place. This is my 2nd time having microneedling done with prp. Ive never done anything like this before, but they were very nice, professional, and informative. The treatment didnt last long, but it didnt need to. The results were priceless...I saw a huge change with just 1 treatment.

The staff is very unprofessional. I tried to cancel my appointment with them because i was feeling sick after coming home from my nightshift duty as an ER nurse and i don’t want to run the risk of getting other people sick, considering the Covid pandemic. The staff named Sabrina said she is going to charge me $25 for cancelling my appointment, telling me that i should have cancelled my appointment 2 days prior. I explained to her that nobody knows when they are going to be sick. I also told her that she could forfeit 1 of my 4 sessions which I brought from groupon and does not have to charge me $25. Instead she charged me $50 when I checked my account for a “No Show”. This staff just keeps telling me repeatedly that they are not earning money from groupon. She does not even understand that I cancelled my appointment to keep spreading any virus to others. She is just concerned with charging me money instead of forfeiting my session which I also paid for via groupon. She does not comprehend that even though they are not earning money from groupon, customers like me still paid for their purchase and forfeiting 1 session is already money lost for me. I have 3 more sessions left with my Groupon purchase but I am never coming back to this place again.

I’ve never been to this spa but they must have acquired my contact info from the previous owners (who were themselves unprofessional and had shady practices) and continued to contact me several times, even after I’d told them at least 3x to remove my information from their records. I guess they must have purchased the previous spa’s client roll and just attacked them with text message ads for business? Not a great way to bring on new customers, IMO.

So happy to take advantage of their Black Friday special! Carol is super sweet and attentive.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now for microneedling with PRP and love this place! Good prices (which was the reason I switched from another spa) and great service.

I loved this place for all kinds of services. Victoria is absolutely awesome. She excels at what she does and I trust her completely. She is very friendly and patiently answers all your queries. I had some micro-needling sessions from her. She is absolutely proficient in that domain. She is not in a rush to just complete the session but patiently performs the procedure. Totally recommend this place.

This place is amazing. First off the owner is so helpful and nice. I dont know anything about the services they offer and she walked me through everything going into detail and what to expect . I was very nervous to try the laser hair removal but she helped me and gave me the peace of mind I needed. Overall all Id recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be going back

Shamie is amazing!! She makes you feel at ease and gives you the best consultation for your skin. She doesnt up sell products which is a huge turnoff for me. She is the one reason I keep coming back to New Laser. Cant say enough about how great she is.

August 2017: Went today for Botox 20 units. Welcoming staff. Administer (Angelika?) asked if I had it before and I said no. She offered me everything to know about it and asked if I had any questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleasant and friendly experience. Will be returning! Great job, crew! :)

I have always struggled with my skin and adult acne. Ive waited a long time to get my skin in a place where I could get microneedling done. After 1 session with China, I feel like I have a second chance to treat my skin right. I havent worn foundation since and I dont plan on it (which was my goal!!). I am super impressed with my treatment and its almost hard to believe it will get even better with more sessions. THANK YOU CHINA!!

Went here for the iLipo and cut 3 inches off of my waistline in 3 weeks. He didn’t have much fast in my stomach area, but Shamie was able to help me get a 6-pack for my trip. Would definitely recommend and going back for the tattoo removal.

DANGER! This establishment deserves zero stars. They use Groupon to attract new customers but they do not want to provide the best introductory service possible. Instead, they use the groupon as a method for upselling you.If you do not agree to the upsell, do not anticipate a genuine effort. First, they will rush you into filling out their paperwork. Make sure to read the fine print. Then, they will will mislead you as to the service that they are providing you. If you object that they did not provide you the service, as would be commonly understood to be the service, anticipate a refresher on the fine print. You got what they are giving so pay up.Quality businesses use Groupon as a loss leader to prove that they deserve your future business. Benefit from my experience. Use your Groupon $ and post Groupon $$$ elsewhere.

Went there for BOTOX a few months back (just getting to the review) and first they rescheduled on me last minute..ok NBD offered me 5 additional units of BOTOX and I reschedule...then I drive to my appt in the snow late after work and get there for the woman to tell me they dont have it but due to a shipment error but rather have another injection and its actually better and more expensive... I then say that Im obviously frustrated as Ive already been rescheduled and she just says sorry..after Im seen later than my appt time the girl (who was very nice) new I was irritated and said oh well actually funny but were out of that other injection and I think I have enough Botox to get you 35 units... Super reassuring...then fast forward to 2 weeks after my appt (bc I know you need to let it set) I still have wrinkles in the same place when I normally get 20 units. Just lol to this place
